It’s the uneasiness of not knowing if you’re gonna get your prescription or not. It’s the old pharmacy worker that just simply tells you no they can’t give you the birth control cause your insurance doesn’t cover it until another week. She watches you cry and drive away. I mean why would it affect her?!? You go in and try again hoping to get more help, you need THAT birth control. The old woman that lives in a shoe approaches… QUICKLY the actual pharmacist slides in to help because she sees you’re CRYINGGGGG. She looks up my account to tell me I must have a missing pack at home and that’s why it doesn’t line up with my insurance. Omg thank you so much I wish someone would have told me that 👵🏻. She also then allowed me to just buy a pack right there. Omg thank you so much I wish someone would have told me that 👵🏻👈🏼.Next time: Yeah I messed up, I kept calling my prescription there…. Some people don’t like going back to the pharmacy for birth control every month so a three pack is requested. Well 👵🏻 gave me a single pack! She’s good. I asked if I could have 3 and she asked if I can come back later because “I can’t just pull them off the shelf”. I’m fine I’m okay but I’m not going back.

I had an amazing experience at the pharmacy everyone was over the top helpful in explaining and making sure I was aware of everything especially Shakelia and Ari they were very efficient and kind very warm and welcoming with smiles I would happily come back!

I’ve always had good and friendly service at this Walgreens. The only wait times seem to be when the pharmacy is understaffed (several employees out), which left just the Pharmacist and one cashier/ assistant — not surprisingly there was a wait as the Pharmacist was trying to dispense medications, handle the phone as well as dealing with the drive through window. This store is too busy to be that shorthanded, and we felt bad for the two employees trying to hold the fort. Other than that, we’ve always been treated with a smile, a warm welcome, and people who, for the most part, know our names!

The pharmacist on 3/30/2022 was incredibly unprofessional. She made my family and I wait an hour for a scheduled covid shot. I walked up to see what was taking soo long and why we are 50 minutes out and there is no one in the pharmacy. The female thin long brown greasy looking pharmacist was eating a sandwich while my family and I wait for our covid shot that is already 50 minutes late. When I questioned staff they retorted rudely your just gonna have to wait. If I felt it was worth it I would go above and beyond to corporate, get her name and the white bearded twenty something young man that was working with her who also gave us attitude, but this review will say it all. unprofessional pharmacist, rude staff that are incompetent. There is one woman who is always working at the drive thru that no one helps. She is kind, and I feel sorry for her.

So I go to the Doctor's Saturday morning, the doctor sends my prescription over to Walgreens , ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE PHARMACY IS CLOSED UNTIL MONDAY. NO MORE WALGREENS. Side note; also there is alot of other complaints I won't get into but really they should loose their business license!

The pharmacy is a disaster. Showed up for covid test scheduled online when I arrived they said they can't do it they forgot the paperwork. Scheduled a covid shot. Showed up and the pharmacy had a closed sign on it. No cancelation or anything. Thirdly I went to get my booster and waited for 45 minutes as no one was waiting. I peeked over the counter and a young white male was on his phone and the pharmacist was stuffing her face. I informed them I was waiting for 45 minutes and they ignored me and said you will have to wait. I'm done.

This is the worse Pharmacy on earth. I don’t even write reviews but the customer service is sooo AWFUL, I had to say something. I waited for entire day to get my pain medication as this pharmacy gave me the run around all day about it not being able to be filled. My doctors call them several times for them to then say oh we close at 7pm. I get there at 6:55pm, there’s a lot confusion about my entire prescription. Then they tell me oh we never filled it because we didn’t think you would make it in time. Meanwhile I’m in the worse pain of my life. They tell me to go to Camillus Walgreens and there I still couldn’t get the medication because the original Pharmacy had it locked in the system that it was filled over there. Even though it wasn’t filled. Thankfully that Walgreens gave me some of my meds, the little they could which was nights worth. The next day I still have to deal with this pharmacy to get the rest. I call at 9am and the person sounded confused AGAIN and rude and says give her 2 hours. Meanwhile I am in extreme pain waiting for it to be ready.NEVER AGAIN.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Pharmacist turned us away from getting a second vaccine because she said my son had to be a NY resident. 2 days before at the same Walgreens location my son's friend from out of state received his second vaccine. I called CDC and the representative said this restriction was lifted and no longer true. This pharmacist should have known this!

I am totally switching to another pharmacy as soon as possible. After I lost my favorite Rite Aid on Onondaga boulevard to this Walgreens, the service has been horrible. Myself and two additional patrons literally sat in the Drive-Thru for well over half an hour tonight. The attendant at the window did not even look at the patron in front of me he said. I even called to speak to the store manager and was told, "I am sorry. I work the front. I'm sure the supervisor back there will handle it." After 20 minutes we finally received service. When I finally approached the window, I did not even get an apology for the delay nor did I receive a bag for my multiple prescriptions, so one hit the ground. Again, totally unacceptable and you will never receive my service again!

Wish I had read the reviews before I scheduled a covid test with the pharmacy. I showed up and the drive through window closed. I called into the store and they said the pharmacist no-showed. They still took online appointments and never notified anyone.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life had all my precriptions transferred from price chopper when they closed theor pharmacy for the last three months they have shoryed me two boxes of a three box med now they want me to wait until tomorrow and go to nottingham store to pick it up.if they can't count why should they be trusted to pull the right pills. They are incapable of correcting their mistakes. The worst

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with! In the 6 months I've been going here they've screwed up more than every other pharmacy I've been to combined!! I seriously don't think they have gotten a single script right!!! Wish I could give negative stars.Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!!!

I scheduled a drive thru covid test for Friday November 26th at 3pm. Understanding that it could take up to 72 hours to receive test results. I just called the pharmacy today, Wednesday December 1st, and was informed that the tests on Friday “accidentally” didn’t go out. In other words they forgot to send them. I don’t know about anyone else, but I don’t just take covid tests for fun. Obviously I had a need for it. If they can’t remember to send those tests out, what other incompetences do they have?

I went to the store intending on buying a number of things and they had no carts for customers. Really? In this competitive market place who does that? I guess Amazon gets my money today. I like to buy things locally, but I am not taking multiple trips to the checkout with everything I need in my arms. Ridiculous.

They have 3 or so people working in the pharmacy and only one lady working the counter and the drive thru. She is always super busy and no one ever comes up to give her a hand. Poor customer service

They don’t take care of their customers in the order that they arrive. I arrived for my vaccination appointment on time. Filled out the paperwork then waited and watched as the pharmacist helped other customers who arrived after me. Received my shot 25 minutes after my appointment.

I must say my experience at this store was outstanding the time and patience that the associate Merely went above and beyond assisting me in the photo shop as we had a big celebration she was friendly and very courteous in every way . I also wanted to thank Erwin as well for his kindness and courteous help as well love coming to this store.

They were 20 minutes late for a booster shot and so I had to leave without it so I could get back to work, and they were acting like I was the problem for having to leave. Never coming here again.

The worst service you may get ever... They say wait minutes, but you have to wait hours to get your prescription ... I see them also ignore people outside for the drive-through during working hours ... Some of the staff in the pharmacy doesn’t wear a mask... When you ask some of the employees for any help they act as if they are not listening to you (especially the ones who are working inside the pharmacy)...

This Walgreens in particular doesn't have open their pharmacy on Saturdays and Sundays anymore, so I am not a customer anymore. I switched to Wegmans now.
