Again, today, I was helped by the same girl, Alaa... And I was again having problems applying the coupon . She kindly walked me through the app and got the coupon to work. I can't thank her enough. Employees like her need to be recognized. Especially in a world that is full of rude, impatient people, also lacking knowledge.Thank you!!! She makes this store more appealing. Excellent customer service! 👌 👍👏

Well, I wanted to buy an item that had a coupon but it would not work for me. This girl, an employee was extremely helpful and patient. It took her 15, 20 minutes work on it. She wouldn't rest until it was done. Thank you so much! For sure I will be going back to this location!Her name is Alaa. Walgreens, you should be proud of her! Here's a picture:

I like this store in particular - its very clean and the lay out is nice, shelves never messy/very organized & it's well maintained. The store section staff has always been very friendly.. pharmacy however, that's a whole different story. I do not recommend going to ANY Walgreens pharmacies - unless you like being treated like dirt and waiting for every prescription you need filled. I've tried multiple Walgreens, I figured I'd like the pharmacy staff at one of them! Yet every time I was met with very rude employees and even ruder pharmacists. I go to a small family owned pharmacy now; I'd rather give my money to support them anyways.

Visited yesterday 8/3/2022, just to load a card .There was one person ahead of me that stated to the young man helping her to take care of me because she knew it would take longer to help her in photos. He totally egnored me no eye contact and didn't even call someone else to help, when the other staff realized that I needed help apologized for me having to wait ,the wait wasn't the issue it's the fact that he didn't make professional decision at least say someone will be with you shortly. This happens almost every time I visit this walgreens..just totally ignored.

It’s an overpriced Dollar General with a pharmacy bay in the rear. The last time I called the pharmacist to inquire about a drug interaction, they spent 20min looking it up; these are things pharmacists are supposed to know, having been a pharmacy technician before. As well, I once applied to be a pharmacy technician for Walgreens, and after a game of phone-tag with the manager after my resume was auto-rejected by the system, I dropped it because I can’t imagine the level of incompetence and mismanagement when working for a Walgreens.

Door and website say they open at 8 . Its 8:15 am and the cashier and another woman stared at me through the door as im patiently waiting with my 2 year old to get her medicine. They still have not opened the door or let us in. Instead the one with the wrap on her head continue to stare and ignore us while walking around. Ridiculous...

Went to mattydale walgreens tonget a. Badly needed prescription. Apparently it got sent to this walgreems on taft road but walgreens couldnt tell me that i had to call my doctor next day. I get out of work to get my prescription that I now haven't had for 24 hours to find out that even though the stores open until 10:00 p.m. they change the hours of the pharmacy to close at 7:00 p.m. on normal weekdays what kind of pharmacy closes at 7:00 p.m. when their store is open till 10:00 it's not like Wegmans which is a grocery store it's a freaking Pharmacy that's what Walgreens is Pharmacy and drugstore

I just had an online drs visit of strep throat. I had them call in my prescription to this Walgreens. Come to find out this Walgreens no longer fills prescriptions. Now I have to wait until Sunday to start my medication. Maybe theyshouldn't advertise prescriptions filled at this location. I'm very sick and now I don't have medicine.

The worst experience ever getting someone on the telephone to find out about your prescription...called five times and the person who picked up hung up in pharmacy each time...Had to call store manager Lauren to get any information whatsoever...Used to be good pharmacy...when other people left that worked there, the entire place went to garbage, especially managed by rude manager Lauren who hangs up on clients who've spent thousands of dollars at the store and from our insurance companies who pay for her to work there. She's just not worthy to work at a place like Walgreens or to represent them.

Great customer service here! We were traveling through late on Monday evening, and needed to get some pictures printed. We called around, and Walgreens was the only place open late, so we stopped in 10 minutes before closing. Having worked in retail, I know how annoying it can be to have customers coming in right at closing time, but the staff all went above and beyond, and were super helpful.

I haven't even filled my first prescription here yet, and I am ready to take my business elsewhere. The pharmacist is RUDE. Must be nice that you don't rely on your customers to stay in business. I walked up to the counter this morning at 8:58, gates down...I asked the lady with shoulder length curly hair wearing a white lab coat...assuming she is the pharmacist....I pointed to my watch and said "what time do you open" she mouthed back "I can;t hear you". She then looked down, and refused to look back up. REALLY?????? HEY LADY WHAT DO YOU THINK I WAS ASKING YOU???????? YOU COULD HAVE MOUTHED BACK "we open in 2 minutes". GFY

Very nicely laid out store. Well lit inside and has an easy to navigate layout. Store strives to make a nice impression on customers and offers a wide variety of your basic drug store needs.

I traveledto pharmacy to pick up RX.Was informed medication not covered by my insurance.I called my insurance customer service. ... going through THAT litany of facts...to find out ,yes, this medication is civered. It just needed the providers change with written ...from tablet to capsule. The medication was indeed covered.I am a nurse. I used to receive phone calls from pharmacists with that simple clarification correction all the time !No time for that consideration any more ?This is a mistake,and a disregard to all pts. Constant issues with scripts being lost in the system,or my prescriber canceled it or whatever lie they decide to tell that day.. I've been overcharged a few times and have to return to the store to get it fixed,obviously they don't train employees very well..Look elsewhere
