I appreciate Tractor Supply. I've bought my dog food here for a decade, 4 Health. And there are times when I need a part or product that just doesn't exist in the big box stores. Take a walk through sometime just to see what they have. Also, in the Sprint they have cages of chicks. Now I know why people buy them. But while at the store its fulfilling to see life starting out.

It's January. We have 2 more months of winter left and you haven't restocked winter boots. This store literally has no selection of boots anytime I go there. 😒

An incompetent bunch at this TS. I bought a lawn mower there - the salesperson didn’t know there was a promotion, that the store can arrange for delivery, what oil to use, etc.When I set it up for delivery, I was given a “firm” date. I took a day off from work and waited in vain. I was then advised that delivery was “rescheduled” (a call would have been nice) to Saturday. I was later told that delivery would now be on Monday. Long story short, I paid someone to be here on Monday and delivery was never made. When I called in I was told it would now be Thursday as “nobody picked up the phone” (It is my cell phone, and I had no messages or even missed deliveries).I obviously do not recommend this store at all. Go elsewhere!

This location needs an overhaul. The employees there are completely unprofessional and I felt like I was at Walmart. The cashier named EJ was very unhelpful, crass and rude. He watched me struggle to try and put my items in the bag I bought. I asked where the coveralls were and they were not interested in helping me be able to buy one since they said they were just put away in the back. They are incredibly lazy, instead of asking me if I wanted to look at them they should have said I’ll bring some out to you. Luckily I found one online on Amazon in time for my fiancées birthday! He cursed in front of my child at the register and went on about wanting to buy another rear wheel drive car for winter basically so he can get stuck…. Wish I cared buddy! Little did he know I didn’t give two cents about what he had to say. I’m glad I didn’t pursue a job here, the manager wasn’t even there for my interview in October, and that shows the unprofessionalism of this location.

ok i really got the shaft from them this time. after asking the staff who didnt have a clue what i wanted. i bought what looked like a well made "professional quality" puller from a Koch Industries. the thing is actually barely usable. it gets jammed in the same spot every time and goes into self destruct mode trying to get it to work. eating its own cable. then i found out i could get the junk alot cheaper elsewhere. $119 at tractor supply les than $50 elsewhere. . goodbye tractor supply.

I usually go to the Pulaski TC, However, the entire team in East Syracuse was extremely helpful. So helpful in fact, that I wound up purchasing the last two headlamps that I was looking for in their store.The girl at the register was very helpful. As was Anthony. I did have to hunt him down in order to thank him for saving the light for me. But that was because he was working. A working manager is a GOOD Manager.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. When looking for a particular item, instead of trying sell me a product that was borderline useless, they actual store manager gave me advice. She related her personal experience with my problem, walked me through the steps and gave me a recommendation for a store where I could find the supplies. Not only giving me a tip of where to go, but also where I could find the cheapest/most effective products. The store manager was also stocking shelves but approached me almost instantly to offer help. In my experience, being offered help without having to track an employee down is the usual process. Let alone right off the bat and especially by the manager. This particular store is top notch. Very pleased with the whole experience. I would recommend this location to everyone. 13/10, would shop again.

Redhead cashier completely abrasive upon greeting us at the cashier for a simple transaction. Then proceeds to yell at coworker making it extremely uncomfortable for my wife and I. Left the store without purchase. Called to complain and told boss was on lunch... convenient!

We needed a live trap to catch a family of 3 kittens and their mom under a porch and my daughter called ahead. They had what we wanted and it was reasonably priced. 30.00 I think. It came with a smaller one inside. They also had her dog food (Purina one puppy for large breeds) on hand. We stopped to visit the baby chicks and check out the cute farmhouse decor. We did catch the family of cats and hope to find them good homes.

Not a bad place to find a multitude of outdoor needs and hardware. Hardware had some decent prices compared to Amazon, HD and Lowe's.They had a pretty awesome selection of toys if you ever need a quick gift

I went there because I ran out of pellets for my stove. I wasn't alone. They had bring a new pallet around. That was done fairly quickly. I was very disappointed, being and older woman, that one of the employees came out to count how many bags I was getting but, never offered to help me load them. A much younger, stronger man, watching me. He worked there or showed up anyway. Maybe the counting of bags was all he could handle at one time.

I like this place but no matter what time during a weekend you go in to shop, there is only one cashier and a very, very long line. The cashiers are all very nice, helpful, and courteous but I can imagine how stressful it must be for them to have a giant line that seems to never end.

Tractor Supply East Syracuse NY. The lady who helped me was outstanding! I think her name was Becca. Not sure if she is a manager, if she isn't she should be. Very knowledgeable and caring about the store contents and location. More important She was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and help me decide which item would be best suited for my needs.

I like this store and all they sell. That being said, my complaint is that I went in to get some winter gloves and it looked like a grocery store the day before a hurricane. I checked their website and the gloves said they were in stock. Asked an employee and they said all the gloves they had were on the rack. So that's frustrating. Maybe it will improve.

Susan, the cashier was extremely rude. I also overheard other patrons comment negatively regarding her demeanor. The 2 items I came in for on sale, the store was out of stock, though she said she had them, and was skeptical when I informed her that the store was out and I would need a refund. Not happy at all with lackluster service.

Little store with lots of stuff in it. It's really geared towards farm owners but I come here to buy bird seed and horse bedding which I use as cat litter. It's great stuff and it's 4.99 for a 40# bag. I also like to, stop in during Spring when they have those adorable little chicks and geese for sale. Anyway, they have everything from clothing to commercial lawn mowers here and lots of stuff in-between for home, farm and garden.

I'd love to give this a higher rating, but I can't at the moment. I wear a size small in men's and this place doesn't sell it. Literally every piece of clothing is sizes M - 2XL. Why? I just don't understand it. There isn't a single size small in the entire store. Guess I'll just keep shopping online.

Amazing prices and generally wonderful employees. However, Frayann(possibly misspelled) at the DeWitt NY store may need some retraining on customer service. It's a bit insulting to have an employee with their straw hat ask a customer if you need help olny to give you an answet of "its over there in the corner somewhere" for "their store" and then proceed to engage with the till and other customers. I cant say this will stop my business yet as there are many other employees that are amazing and have helpedus greatfully in the past. But if her attitude towads myself and my family's presence remains to be apparently offensive towards her I'll be happy to pay more to go to a company that can at least say "i apologize, i have *insert duty* to perform" vs sending us in a rude manner on a scavenger hunt. Then after we check out (without the product we were looking for) see her helping other customers.

If you like rude employees who don't want to do their job, have I got the place for you! My family attempted to refill our large propane tank yesterday. We visit this location many times throughout the year for this purpose alone. Half the time we are told the machine isn't working or that there's no one working the outdoor lot. Yesterday the excuse was "due to covid-19 we're not filling." When my husband pressed further it was "the machine isn't working." The time before that they were incredibly rude when we had a question about the price. Something to the effect of " I can't answer your question, I'm training someone." Ew. I will NEVER go there again.

True to their words, have your receipt and take back w/in 30 days and no problem. I had Diamond dog food opened- probiotics were way too much for my dogs' Digestive system- took the bag back and returned my money, no problem.

Tractor Supply has everything! Clothes, footwear, cat food, bird feeders, plants and of course tractor parts. The prices are very reasonable. I was buying my cat food at Pet smart and paying significantly more. So glad I found Tractor Supply!! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and efficient! Great shopping experience all around.

They allow dogs and our lab loves this place! what a great marketing for them we spend at least $20 per visit as our dog begs for a toy every visit.Plus their speciality tools get me everytime...

It's a fun store,there is a lot to look at(they even have baby chicks) they have a clinic for dogs to get there shots and nails trimmed.

I just learned they have vet care on Thursdays. Staff was awesome. Vet techs and vet were great with Xena while she got her nails.clipped. I plan to return.

I was very disappointed with the casheirs.. I spent close too 200.00. And rose charged me,3.00 for,each pallet which Rodney gave too me on a previous purchase.. and rod ey 3rd her top sell them for 2.op and rose jacked the procecup too 3.oo. i.m offended and gone.
