Typical target store. Set up like most of the other targets are.They have ample parking. Lots of different sales going on. They have a star bucks and pizza place to eat or get coffee at. They were pretty busy when we went it. Most of the store was clean. Overall I would recommend it.

My experience with the starbucks barista yesterday 4/21 at about 4p - colored hair male with glasses - could not be the most miserable employee ever. i can understand if he probably had a bad day or whatever but he could not be anymore miserable. Asked him what type of latte does he recommend or what syrup is the most popular and he’s like “ i don’t know.” said thank you to him after i paid and he didn’t even acknowledge me.

Cashier working just now, didn't get their name but they were an absolute sweetheart and made me laugh even during a busy time like the day before Easter. They were tall and wearing a red and black plaid shirt and had platinum blonde short hair. They deserve a vacation day or two!

For the last few months during my curbside pickups I've had the worst customer service. Miserable unfriendly folk. Today's took the prize. After waiting 30+ minutes for my order to come out, watching 15+ cars that arrived well after me get there orders first, I got attitude rather than an apology. "I don't normally work over here, don't complain to me". Do better Target.

Never have to wait in line for a cashier, always a clean store, friendly employees, I was able to get everything I needed in one place one stop shop, now adding Starbucks to pickup orders. How can you go wrong. Fast orders in and out.

I hate to shop, period. Especially at that supermarket that rhymes with Pegmans. Target is the exception. Their pantry is surprisingly comprehensive, well stocked & has many selections the other guys don't bother with, (Ben & Jerry's Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream, Rana pastas, Mio Orange Vanilla, and so much more). They don't force you to buy their store brand. Target is always white, clean & neat with a friendly atmosphere. Pantry prices can be a bit higher but it's worth it to me simply to be in a place that appreciates my business. "Pegmans" seems to expect it.

biggest joke of a pharmacy I have ever seen! if you need medication DO NOT GO HERE, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE, RUDE, FORGET ABOUT GETTING ANYONE ON THE PHONE.......TARGET AND CVS ARE COMPLETE TRASH AND THEY VALUE NOTHING BUT $

If I could give zero stars for today's visit I would. Have never had an issue in the past but today was awful. Customer service/managers hide behind walkie-talkies and do not come to help customers with simple, easily fixed issues. Was told to call customer relations, who then told me I had to email a specific customer service. Left cart full of items and extremely dissatisfied this visit. I've worked retail I know how it goes!

Ordered from the app for curbside pick-up. Couldn't believe how quick and easy the whole process was. I did have to go to a different store but it was only a mile out of my way and I'm so glad the item I needed was in stock! The young lady that brought my order was polite and helpful.

Not sure why, but this Target is always much better stocked than the next nearest location in Fayetteville. Especially if you are looking for toys, 9/10 this location will have what you are looking for compared to the others.

Very disappointing exp. at target, very poor customer service, when trying to make a small return for a gift for a baby shower, was impossible. Was made to feel that I was scamming target for $40, which is ridiculous. I just want to return somethings that we got 3 of.

Security guy was insanely rude. While walking out with my friend (both of us are 16) he is sitting there and mumbles under to his breath to us, “Go to Walmart.” If we did go to Walmart he wouldn’t even be getting his paycheck.

I made my Target shopping trip very fast as I only needed 1 item, which was all I bought. I was able to get complete this shopping mission in approximately 5 or 6 minutes.

July 26, 2023 Zero stars for the security guy. White elderly couple beeped in front of me on the way out, but they were not approached. Yet "security guy pops up almost everytime I check out. I call biases to put it nicely. My clerk was good! Easily more than half of the workers do not give a salutation and carry on private conversations. April 30, 2023, Very tall security guy appears almost every time I'm shopping, but has never greeted or said thank you for shopping, I am just followed, two thumbs down to him! Profiled several times by three employees on one visit. On another visit by the men and women in black and grey. I have also received great customer service from three employees on a different day, that's the reason for at least two stars. Otherwise zero stars on behalf of myself, and anyone else who are profiled while shopping. Terrible!

The order pick-up at the store was great especially given the holiday season rush. The wait time was pretty fast and exceptionally convenient. The associate who delivered the order was friendly, professional, and upbeat. It was a great experience and we are so very grateful that Target had the item we were looking for in stock, especially on such short notice. Truly made our holiday season and we would highly recommend and return again.

This was the first time I did the in-store pick up/ordering online. It was great. I received the correct items that I ordered and the whole process was easy, fast and very convenient. I was able to order what I needed and pick it up after work. Will do this again and again!

Hopefully I just picked a bad day to go to target. I usually only go here once or twice a year. I haven't seen such clutter and dis-array, since K-Mart stores in the '90s. The crazy thing was, the store was filled with associates trying to organize and restock shelves. It was like it hadn't been done in days or a week and they were trying to get it all done today.

So last Saturday I purchased a new Shark Hydrovac XL from Target in Camillus. I paid cash for the vacuum out of my Christmas money and misplaced the receipt. I accidentally bought the corded model but wanted the cordless model. So today I came in the store to exchange the item. I am not looking for a gift card or even the cash back. Julian who told me he is the store manager told me there was NOTHING he could do for me. (After the previous associate told me he would override it). I explained the situation to him and told him I just bought the wrong item. He told me I would NOT be able to exchange or return the item I purchased less than a week ago. He did not have a good attitude that I typically see in Target employees and was not helpful or pleasant. I will be shopping at other stores moving forward and believe this is unacceptable. 10/10 do not recommend

The store is very nice however one manager is continually an issue. Whenever we want to buy a seasonal display item she declines us however any other manager never has an issue and sells the appropriate items since they have no more in stock and are receiving no more. It's pretty obvious that they DO sell these items as the displays continually shrink during the season. Guess I'll try another day and hope I get another manager but it's pretty annoying 🙄

I like target. However, I have a physical disability. I use the riding carts. Targets isles are too narrow and full to be able to get through. I wasn’t able to do much shopping because I could not get to Items. One worker rolled her eyes at me when I tried to get by. I had to ask her to please let me through and then I thanked her but she had nothing to say, so I thanked her again and she said I already said you’re welcome. She had not and was quite rude. People aren’t always nice to people with disabilities. No one At the store knows anything. I asked where two items were, and I was sent all over the place by three people telling me the wrong areas. I think they give you an answer just to make you go away. Then when I asked how much over I could write a check, I spoke to six people and no one knew, So I could not do it. My card was hacked and I have no choice right now but write checks until I get a new card. Not allowed with target because they don’t know how.
