It is not an upscale grocery but a basic food store with moderate prices. Good place for moderately priced food staples such as vegetables and pet foods. Meat, bakery, deli, and seafood counters are surprisingly well stocked. Fridays, they custom cook seafood without a charge.

I went yesterday and it was pack with a lot of people and they only have two cashiers i dont get it all those register and not enough cashiers when they know this is the time of the year when stores get pack with a lot of people. If i can give zero star i would.

Love the store. But seems like a lot of items were out of stock. Also make not store hours posted online are 6AM-Midnight but they actually close at 11pm and start making announcements and rushing everyone out at 10:30pm

Best security and staff around! So nice and helpful! I locked my keys in the car with my dog, and phone. Security let me use his personal phone to call triple A who unlocked my car for free! It sucks locking your keys in the car but I it was worth it to witness true kindness in such a crazy world! Eilean the manager was fantastic as I was there again the Customer Service is out of this world such an asset to the company

One of the finest places to shop, and the prices are very reasonable for the most part 👌The produce is the freshest around, and their seafood is a little bit high but is truly worth it, though 👌Their personnel will cook it for you on demand and very fast, five or ten minutes when they are not busy👌I get the COD cooked up for my personal choice 👌Their fish are all the freshest around, also 👍🏻Their bakery personnel will slice any kind of bread 🍞 on demand in their fine bakery and will answer any questions you may have about a particular item that you may be looking for 👌This goes for most of the rest of the personnel throughout the store, as their stock clerks are the best for helping you find something that you can't find yourself 👌I can't say anymore that it's a great place to spend a couple of hours or so when knowing that you will be treated well as a customer 👍🏻

The store is clean and the isles are wide. The shelves are well-stocked. And the staff is friendly. For me, they are the only store in town that sell finlandia waste cheese!

Nice store, really good prices. The Deli/prepared food department is the best ever, well managed and great service. Nice call to carry sushi 🍣 😊. Neat and clean store. Friendly staff. Seafood department has a good selection.

I really enjoy the night personnel that's the only time I shop but I'm sad to say 98% of the time I am overcharged for items, usually items that are on sale come up regular price. its very frustrating to go back for a refund that's generally a dollar or less on items I would not have bought without the sale I did not get. And a good tip for Shoppers avoid the first week of the month at night time because they only allow one cashier and carts are full because everybody is shopping with their food stamps and the wait is incredible in a bad way.

It's been my store for over 20 years. Many great sales and good meat! Always friendly service, too bad our neighborhood doesn't treat it more respectful! ( trash in parking areas/ carts too...it's ur store, people!)

I really like shopping here, staff is always helpful. the store is always clean. Having a store card is really worth it and I get coupons in the mail for things I actually buy.

Store manager very rude not only to me but talked down to the customer service worker while helping me. She was very polite and tried her best explaining to me she was new and no one really showing her anything. She called fir store manager and after maybe 3 minutes he walked away from me when i was explaining about being over charged on my order. Clearly shows he has no idea how to run his store and shows he doesnt want to deal with customers as he was constantly trying to walk away after a minute. Piss poor management and this guy should be replaced. Will never shop here again and i will be passing it around about how he treated his employee in front of customers. Very unprofessional and uncalled for.

As far as other Price Choppers are concerned, this location is average. There's no Pharmacy in this particular location. As far as food and produce are concerned, they're selection is adequate. The prices are reasonable, as is with all Price Choppers. Nothing worth traveling out of the way for, by itself. With one of the best Wegmans in CNY across the street, I suppose it could be worth coming to the general area for that and/or the Goodwill next to it.

Good. But When Sunday evening came there was one cashers open and do yourself check out open there was two Cashers worker, working. The store was full of people's there was a manger in the office with the police and a girl came out of nowhere doing all's of that time one while male got load at the casher but they didn't show there face neither then with that I would give you (0) for no help.

I check their ads every week. Sale prices are excellent. Unique seafood dept. Pick out your favorite fish and they will fry it for you. Usually very busy, figure on long check out lines. And if you're a senior citizen or have problems walking; there aren't many places to rest

Price Chopper has really good prices, even when they have sales. Meats are decent looking especially the BEEF. (I 💘 beef).They try to keep it clean.... I just wish people would pick up what they drop themselves. Decent store

I was super surprised as to how clean this store is! The staff was very helpful! The aisles are spacious and easy to navigate. There is an enormous amount of speciality, gluten free, and organic items here! I will definetly be back for more! The lady at the Custmoer Service deak went above and beyond to give my son a huge smile. Trust me, shop here!

Price Chopper sells good items at reasonable prices, but this store tends to be un-safe. Years ago, my car was damaged in the parking lot by a hit & run driver. Today, the overall decrease in-security seems to have an effect on the staff, let alone the customers.

Lines here are ridiculous! Always 1or 2 MAX lines open with a long wait time to checkout when not prime hours. This location runs it like it's in the middle of the ghetto! Definitely not a in and out place to shop during off peak hours!

Price chopper usually has some very good deals every week, especially their BOGO deals. However, staple items such as flower, sugar, vegetable oil are not as cheap as Wegmans or Aldi's. I'm what they call a "cherry picker," which means that I shop all three chains in the Syracuse area for their specials.Subsequent to my initial post, I've been back there many. Thesaurus very clean, and well-organized. The shopping plaza is in a decent area, except for the very occasional lowlifes that coming. A few years back, my wife was shopping and took her eyes off the card for a few seconds and somebody swiped her pocketbook.

I get that sometimes it is no east to control everybody in store, but last visit here it was too much. Children running all over, lines and wait doesn't end, and overall this is not what I am used to from Price Chopper. But usually they are great so I think that 3 stars is a fair score.

This is a fairly basic store for your grocery needs. They have all the national brand names and a decent layout of products here. The prices are average and nothing really stands out here. The location is convenient for local residents, but it's just your average store.

White, clean, neat & well stocked considering the challenges of COVID. Employees were friendly & helpful once you got there attention. Their personal side conversations had to be interrupted to ask a question. Then it was back to kittens & complaining and relationship problems & other stuff I'd rather not hear about. But I left with what I needed and maybe, just maybe the two girls got all their life problems solved... And got paid for it 🙂!!!
