The prices here are pretty decent. But the quality of the soft serve is atrocious. As I was eating I noticed it had the consistency of whipped cream. Airy and fluffy. As an experiment my husband and I wanted to see if it would melt. (Proof of real ice cream) sadly this picture was take an hour and fifteen minutes after it was served. It has barely melted.

Best Ice Cream Shop in the town hands down….Great Quality & Flavors are amazing…. I tried there Banana Split Sundae OMG with chocolate peanut butter cup, soft vanilla & strawberry.Every bite was delicious….will come back & recommend my friends 😛

Chocolate peanut butter twist with peanut butter dip.... awesome!!! She had Dark Chocolate raspberry hard ice cream. That was nice. We were there 30 minutes before closing time. Not one employee was put off by us. All we extremely nice and accommodating. Quick. Easy. Good product. Nice pleasant Staff. They should add some wild and crazy menu items. Fun ice cream stuff that you don't see every other place. They would kill it. I loved this place!

WOW!Couldn't wait until they opened for the season!Best soft-serve cone value in town!10-18-2023 Not store's fault but this page says that they are open until 10:00 pm. We drove all the way there and they were CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. Very disappointed.

This is a great place with fair prices and friendly service. Neat and clean with a good amount of covered outdoor seating. The Pumpkin - Vanilla twist custard was excellent.

I love coming here. Many people have their own favorite place to get a refresher but for me it's plank road. I'm not typical and go for soft serve I'd rather enjoy one of their peanut butter chocolate milkshakes or an orange vanilla float. I've had most things on their menu but the shakes are my favorite. An unseasonably warm day in April calls for a walk down a cool forest trail and a nice cold treat afterwards.

Amazing ice cream stand with huge portions. Also, super accommodating… tried the pumpkin ice cream expecting something sweet and it was quite the opposite.. more like nutmeg and clove .. pumpkin “spice” for sure, someone may have the desire for it. Nonetheless, we asked to exchange it for something different and just pay the difference and a gentleman (one of the owners?) was so apologetic and helped us right away. Experiences like that keeping us coming back! Highly recommend.

We stopped here on the way back from the beach because of a friends recommendation and were glad we did. I'm very glad I hadn't eaten dinner yet...I ordered the large banana split and wow! It was huge, all ingredients were top notch, and the prices were great! Take the family. You will be glad you did.

I've had it with this place raising their prices every year. Find another place.Went last week for 1st time this season and yep everything went up again. $4.85 for a medium ice cream w peanut butter dip! I said, you guys raised your prices AGAIN?! They said yes. Stop going here, call ownership and tell them why. They'll say but "we have large portions", well so do other ice cream shops for lower prices, and people don't need to be over-served anyways, which is one reason why America is the fattest country in the world. And the cash only thing, in 2023??? ... we know what ownership is thinking come tax time!That price for one ice cream is unacceptable. $10 should be able to buy 4 medium ice creams for your family, not $20. The profit margins on ice cream is massive and this place is massively greedy. I'm no longer going there. Look at the photo of their menu from not too long ago in the customer photos and compare it to the current prices and you'll see what I'm talking about its crazy! It says $2.80 for a medium ice cream and that was only like two years ago. It's over $4 now lol.I'll update this review soon w the current menu photo when I drive by there.

We've had ice cream all over town. The ice cream at Plank Road is so far the best yet. It's a deeper, richer flavor and it's delicious.

Huge portion sizes for the money. Peanut butter doesn't taste like PB, but vanilla. The orange vanilla twist was great tho! The grassy sitting area is lovely :)

I absolutely love the white lightning flavor ice cream!!! The prices are super reasonable and the portions are generous. Well worth the drive.

Went here for the first time this summer! They have really great ice cream and the portion sizes are huge! Definitely worth the trip out here. I also love that they have multiple picnic benches to be able to sit and eat. The lines can get long here, but that just means that it's a really popular place around here. The lines go by fast though so nothing to worry about. We've been back multiple times since and it was always a great experience. 5/5 stars.
