Tanya groomed our fur baby Dani and I truly couldn’t be happier with the results. She smells amazing and her fur is so smooth now. Tanya was so so sweet and professional, I can tell our dog had a good time while in her care. This was our first time coming here and sadly our last as we’re traveling and only in NY for a few more weeks. I highly recommend Tanya! 10/10

I brought my recently rescued dog in to be groomed for the first time last Friday, and they were absolutely wonderful! She wasn’t stressed at all when I picked her up and they gave me some tips for clipping her nails, and were just all around so sweet. Thanks so much!

Groomers did an okay job. I wanted a shorter cut for the mane but I told them shoulders so I guess they left it lengthy. She smells better. Didn't seem to be all that clean though, I don't know. I feel $60 was way too much. I am thinking of just doing it myself next time. She's 5lbs! 😂 They did a fantastic job on her nails though.

My dog became extremely aggressive after getting 2 toes cut. He’s never been a problem grooming and vaccinating but not he pulls and nips at every one. Extremely disappointed and will not be coming back here ever again. Not to mention he’s only a 25 pound sweet puppy.

$100 for both my dogs to get a shampoo and blow dry. Came in with them for the rest of the things on the package that I can’t actually do at home myself, and it couldn’t be completed.Most expensive uncompleted grooming I’ve ever paid for

Ok, WOW. I usually go to Petco ill keep it real. But, after our visit last night we will drive the extra 20 min to come here. Staff is just incredibly friendly and KIND. They either actually love their job or they're in acting classes.. either way, job well done!Plus, they only had 1 register opened which sometimes make me want to just walk out when I see a line ( I only have 1 thing ) BUT, he was so fast and friendly. I am glad we have PetSmart a try.

This location is doing it right! The animals are lively, have clean enclosures and appropriate amounts of space. The staff are so sweet, they actually care. There’s always good deals running and the prices are competitive with farm stores/small business pet shops in the area. Happy to come here.

Felicia was absolutely wonderful with our Ruby! She was kind, caring, loving and patient with her. Ruby looked fantastic and was so happy when I picked her up.We had 2 previous groomers at 2 different businesses. One said she was naughty and the other on said she was awful, and she would never take her again.Thank you Felicia and PetSmart for a great job!

Well this review is for manda in the grooming department I’ve been bringing my dog Benji to her since he was a puppy she’s so good with him and he always walks out looking so handsome I will never change my groomer unless she leaves petsmart I now bring two dogs to her she’s so amazing 🤩!!!!!!!

I love Pet Smart because they havE virtually EVERYTHING we need to keep Reba (the most beautiful dog in the whole wide world) happy. And when Reba's happy, I'm happy. And when I'm happy... Anyhoo- I digress. A new "Kong" was needed so we always have one in the freezer. She goes through chew toys like I go through Froot Loop Pop Tarts! Also grabbed some food and one of the cool bags that fold up to the size of my fingernail. It's got little, teeny tiny dogs all over it. It's the little things🐾🐾

Asked 5 employees standing at front of store chatting, including the manager, if someone could help me. They all looked up and back to each other and continued their conversation. I went back to look for the items I needed (working instacart) and still couldn’t locate them so I lost money driving there for an incompetent staff to be working, probably making more than me to sit and chat while i try to deliver cat food to people. Jesus H Christ.

The points system does help when you have large purchases. Very professional approach to business. Excellent shopping experience.

I recently adopted a great Dane puppy and decided to do all 3 levels of puppy training with Jodie. She is great with the dogs and was able to get one of the puppies who was nonstop whining to stop within 20 minutes of working with him.

A few months ago I bought two society finches that they told me had to be bought together due to the fact they mated for life. One of the birds had a growth that they claimed was benign and did not hurt him, the lady claimed they had him fully checked out and it would not at all shorten his lifespan and did not cause him pain. They even made me sign a paper acknowledging his condition, that they were clearly untruthful about. Now I am burying my sweet boy after few months of having him. Do better.

Way to go Cheryl telling somebody they're going to kill a fish before they even take it home she asked how big our tank was she didn't ask if we had a second tank that we were going to start the new fish in she just told us flat out four times that we were going to kill the rest of the fish in the tank a little presumptuous of her to decide that we would integrate a brand new fish into existing fish without even letting it get acclimated.Quite opinionated and by the way all the fish are doing well and thriving

I went in to get some fish for the kids and needless to say if Kyra (might have spelled that wrong) didn’t step in & help me I would have 2 dead fish this AM. I did not have the tank already set up, I didnt have a heater and the fish I was buying required a small one. I would not have had the right water conditioner etc… she helped point me in the right direction and took the time to explain why each thing was important. I really appreciated all the help and the kids love the set up!

The selection is good, and the staff are quite nice. One day, when we had our dog in the store and he was pulling hard against his collar and almost choking, one of the staff members immediately showed us which harness to get for him to prevent that. They even fitted him for it. We haven't used other harness since. As first time dog owners, we really appreciated the time they took to help us!

PetSmart is a great store. Where I used to live I frequented PetSmart regularly. Unfortunately now, the closest store is an hour away from me. With 7 cats and 3 dogs, I so wish there was a PetSmart closer.
