Always clean and pleasant. They always have taken good care of their lizards, snakes, and birds and I have bought from them for years. I haven't had a lot of success with their fish but that can happen anywhere. They have great bulk bird food dispensers. They have a discount card program and great sale prices.

Good prices and selection of food and other small animal items like the generic natural paper bedding. Love the discounts in my email and the store club offers $5 savings after a certain amount of purchases. Also, friendly staff!

They carry just about anything you need for your pets including the occasional cats from Wander's Rest for adoption. They have great sales including, quite often special $5. off coupons. They will match competitors ad prices, etc. with proof (ad or receipt). They are always friendly & helpful. They also have Vet clinics, call for details.

I do all of my pet shopping at this PET SUPPLIES PLUS. Not only do they have good prices and coupons, but the staff could not be any nicer! From filling special requests to carrying out big heavy purchases, they always go the extra mile, and they remember you the next time.

Staff is very helpful and very well informed about caring for animals as well as the pet industry. They currently do not carry small mammals or birds but I hope that they will only carry rescues if and when they decide to carry pets again. They price match all items, too.

They were the only pet supply store that carried my special brand of dog food - Zignature. We were far from home with no food for our dog since I forgot to pack it. They saved us much grief since he is on a special diet.

My sister saw something she wanted to purchase for her cat, had am additional $5 off coupon..I bring her to the Dewitt store, we were greeter nicely as we entered the store!! The item my sister wanted ,there were a few dufferent ones displayed , an employee asked if she needed help,my sister accepted and showed what she was looking for, we were brought to the correct item , as my sister was looking at it , another customer comes up and asks for the same item-- employee says nothing to my sister but walks away to assist the other person, stunned at this rudeness ..I walk up to the register where said employee is checking out the customer and let her know 1-its rude to simply walk away when assisting a customer, 2 she could have and should have said to my sister , do you need anything else? If i can assist you further please let me know-- she SHOULD NOT have simply walked away as she did-- the item was large and fairly heavy for my sister so i carried it to the register-- another gal at the register asked if i needed help , i declined and said that should have happened with my sister and put item down to ring up , your 2nd rude employee smiled and said you can always shop someplace else, said i was being rude?? If only that kid knew how i was struggling to keep calm -- shocked!! Understatement as i was far from rude, didn't raise my voice , simply stated the truth and called her on her lack of customer service ability, it would have ended then and there but when i asked for a manager i was told the 2 gals on 5-27-2018 they were both managers , shocked i said seriously? And locals wonder why businesses fail around here ? There is more, but I'm tired of typing, so...To end this I've made it known to every person contact i have, to every Facebook contact i have and now here-of my threatment at this store and the people i know who " use" to shop there, will do as your employee suggested and shop elsewhere!! As will my sister and myself!! You can trust I'll never suggest or refer that place to anyone!!! And you can thank your employees for that loss-- as someone who had a business and am retired any loss from $1 to $1000 is a vast loss in any business!! Good luck !!

Staff is extremely helpful and they carry many products especially food for your pets. It has always been nicely cleaned. They will even offer to help carry out large items.

Went to the store in Cicero to buy wee pads. Found some on sale, took them to the counter to pay for them. Cashier tells me the price is double what the shelf says. I show him where I got them. There's no other spot for the ones I have. He tells me he will give them to me at that price. Next, two other people get involved, one I assume is the manager. She comes and tells me she will give me $5 off the pads. That is not what her employee just told me, #1, #2, I did not put those pads in the wrong space. If they could've showed me where they SHOULD'VE gone I wouldn't't have gotten so irked. But, their employee's obvious sloppiness cost me time and aggravation, not to mention they acted like I caused the mess up. So, Pet Supplies Plus has lost a Damn good customer....considering I have two dogs, two cats, two hamsters. I'll take my business to Petsmart.

I am so livid @ the manager. I spoke with her on dec. 26, I told her who I was and I am battling Cancer. I told her I had sent my aide for Natural zupreem conure feed. Nonetheless, it was the large pellets whuch were wrong . My aide has cockatiel and must have purchased zupreem/ bulk . Im a senior and advised the manager I soend @ least $150 month for dog n bird food. I informed mgr. That my receipts for past year was with housing. I even told her what I pd. For a 3.5 pound pkg. She told me she would refund my $.!! So on dec. 27 during a snow fall I drove 1 hour to return food. I get there n Emily, supervisor wanted to give me $8.00 when it was $19.97!! I spend a lot of money there and referred my aide there for her Bird feed. Well, Pet supplies PLUS, you just LOST my business for bird n DOG food. I am informing my aide to not do business @ pet PLUS for her bird feed. I have my 2 friends shop @ your store in N. Syr. Well, Pet supplies YOU JUST 4 BIG SPENDERS. YOU , RESCINDED IN YOUR PROMISE, SO NOW I WILL CONTACT BBB AND STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL. IM SORRY, TYLER US NO LONGER THE MANAGER. I WILL DO BUSINESS FOR MY EARTHBORN DOG FOOD ELSEWHERE. & I WILL CONTACT ZUPREEM AND INFORM THEM OF THE INCIDENT.

fish i bought were infested with fungus and parasites all 20 died in 2 days. they do not take care of their fish evidently. staff was friendly however.
