I just want to commend Lisa ( a pharmacist who came from Corporate) who was brought in to fill in at the pharmacy at the Taft Rd store. I was there picking up a prescription for my daughter. Due to this store being short staffed, and because it was 6:30 pm with many customers there to pick up their prescriptions or to get flu shots etc., it was pretty chaotic inside and at the drive thru window of the pharmacy . But Lisa kept everything running like a well oiled machine in an extremely pleasant manner. Also, there was another male pharmacist (who’s name I apologize I did not get) but he was also brought in from another Kinney’s store to help out. He was equally efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend this store.Amy H .

They’re actually pretty amazing there but sometimes there’s a communication issue but especially compared to Walgreens they’re exceptional 😊

Amazing!!! I was unable to get my daughter’s prescription filled at our regular pharmacy. Tried getting it filled at Walgreens, but they don’t work with my insurance company. Went to Kinney’s and WOW! Kinney’s went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. Brianna was understanding and empathetic. Absolutely amazing staff. Thank you all so much!!!

You wait in the drive through forever . SLOW. Supervisors in incapable of an adult conversation. Sounds like a high school kid with high school vocabulary. The person at the drive-through completely misunderstood me resulting in me not getting the correct medication‘s to go home with. Instead of providing good customer service and making sure it got to me that night by delivering it I would have to wait the entire weekend for it or come out again and get it myself feeling as sickly as I am. Thank you Kenny drugs for showing such great service. I will never be back.

Wonderful Staff. Very helpful up front as well as the Pharmacy. I also purchased a really cool cooler (pardon the pun) there for 1/3rd the price of a Yeti! Brows the isles for unexpected treasures in your local drug store.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful, the pharmacy is quick, especially at the drive through window, and the store is very clean. I feel lucky to have them so close by.

Good place but everything is marked up designed to make you get a kinney card to pay normal prices sometimes less. Pharmacy is good unless you get the pharmacists assistant that think shes a pharmacist and will literally refuse to give you meds prescribed by Dr. because she doesnt think they should be taken together even though DR. already knew but she made such a fuss over it the DR. gave in and cancelled script more than once due to this miserable little girl that wants to be a pharmacist so bad she thinks shes smarter then the DRs!

They store unregistered vehicles in the back of the building and manager doesn’t care who it belongs to. Been there for over three weeks.
