We have had the best experience with Invisible Fence! We moved into a home with a fence and were excited to learn about it and start using it. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and not only train your dog, but also you. You learn all you need to know to have your dog learn their boundaries and be able to have freedom outside in their yard and enjoy so, safely. Our trainer, Alex, was so kind and friendly with our dog during training and very professional and knowledgeable on how to make our experience fit for our dog’s needs specifically. Alex was patient, continually asked if we had any questions and made it clear that we can reach out at any point if we have questions or concerns. After three training sessions, our dog has already learned the boundaries and we feel confident in our fence and keeping him safely outside, in our yard. Thank you Alex and the Invisible Fence team!

So glad we went the professional route vs DYI. So many options. Never thought we'd have the confidence that our herding dog would respect it...but it is perfect. The folks did a great job installing and training. They made it a very positive experience for our collie( and for us). The shockless re-entry gives us peace of mind but hasn't been needed.

I am a veterinarian and I used this company for my previous dogs at a different property. It worked wonderfully. Those dogs have since passed away and it has been over 5 years since the original set up. I still had the collars and transmitter. I now have two new dogs and am in the process of moving. Jon was excellent with helping get everything set up and running at the new house. I was able to use the same collars and transmitter from previous. This is a great company with excellent service and products.

So far, so good! Alex came today and layed all the wire. He was not able to burry it because the ground is frozen. He said he would be back in the Spring to burry it. He took the time to explain how everything works. This was the first of 3 visits. Happy so far!

We’re so happy we went with Invisible Fence to contain our dog inside the yard - so much more affordable and safer than a chain link fence. The trainers are so helpful and friendly (both named Chris) and they came back a few different times to make sure our dog was learning his new boundaries.We have so much peace of mind letting him outside now - he’s very high energy and we’re so glad to give him some more freedom!

We just love our invisible fence! They were very accommodating of our schedules when setting up installation and training. They were encouraging, professional and personable throughout the process. Our dog loves having the run of the yard. He is 4 years old and quite energetic. After the 3 week training, we are very confident having him in the yard off leash. Overall such a positive experience with the service and fencing!

Today we had our FREE estimate with Chris Mitchell, who had wonderful, personable skills and we signed up for our installation next week! Very appreciative how quickly they will get the fence installed. Very excited about the newest system. Growing up we had Invisible system for our dogs, great longevity, but the newest model is even better and I feel our dog will even be better protected and secured. Customer Service has been great, the technicians have shown up on time (or early) and everyone has been efficient. Special shout out to Chris B. who came out for our puppy's second training session today. He wore his face mask, answered all of my questions and even spent extra time to figure out a problem we were having with the system. He is very knowledgeable about the training process and went above and beyond what was expected. It's apparent that he really cares about the customers (people and pets!)

We contacted Invisible Fence to see if they would come out to help us train our dog to a in ground containment unit that we installed ourselves.Even though, they could not offer containment guarantee (because it wasn’t their product), I was so relieved that they were willing to help us even though we didn’t buy and have their fence installed. They were also reassuring in the sense that they have experience working with dogs that have hearing impairments like ours.I did all of the scheduling via email with Hope. She was super responsive and helpful. They even called the day before confirming our appt.Chris was the trainer that came out to our house to get us started on the process. He was super knowledgeable on training, you could tell he has been doing it for years! He explained that we don’t want the dog to fear the fence, instead we want them to understand it. Chris also stressed for us to not rush it and gave us some great pointers. Several times during the evaluation, Chris mentioned that we can always call and have a trainer come out to help with the next phase of training or just ask for advice over the phone. So reassuring to know that they were available if we still needed them. It was very apparent that he truly cared about our dog being successful.Overall our experience was great and both Holly and Chris were top notch! I would definitely recommend this company to a friend!

Professionalism and expertise from the first encounter. Each person who handled our calls, our installation, and our service has been the right person for the job. From our first installer Joe W., to Chris B. and Joe in training, their knowledge and sincere care for dogs was so obvious, comforting, and just spot on. Had the system installed today and so far I couldn’t be happier. The installer, Chris, was excellent. Install went well and our Labrador retriever, as hyper as she is, responded very well to both him and the new system. Can’t wait to see what the next two trainings do! Went with the Boundary Plus system. Told him my concerns and while he was completely understanding, went above and beyond to take any install concerns away. All the wire coming out of the house and under where the sidewalk is going and where the driveway is to be paved were installed plenty deep enough in conduit so as to not be an issue later. Price was excellent. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

We were hesitant about making the initial call. Was the price going to be too high? Would the fence actually keep our big guy in? Will there be enough training? Will Beckham get hurt from the fence and collar? Well, we called and are 110% satisfied. The customer service, on the phone and in person training, was amazing. Any questions that arise, we don't hesitate to call and ask about. Training was, well let's say, Chris and the others were patient and came back a few times because our baby knew to stay in the middle of the yard, but needed learn the flag boundaries. And, the price was right to keep our big guy secure in our yard! They put up a underground fence system to contain my dog and the experience was painless, well at least for me LOL. The whole team from I.F was always on time and professional. Joe Papin and Joe White installed the boundary wire and other hardware neatly and efficiently. Everyone was very informative about how the system works and how to train my dog. I’m surprised at how well the fence works, I.F team takes their time with training your dog for 3 weeks and longer if needed. After 3 weeks our dog would no longer test the boundary and it was totally worth it.

Shon installed our fence and handled the first training session. First of all I would give him 10 stars for the precise, careful installation. He was very fussy ... as if he was working on his own property. Even though it was hot and extremely muggy he took his time and explained everything to me. He was very detailed and reassuring as this is all new to me and my 19 month old golden doodle, Gracie. You can tell he LOVES dogs and takes pride in what he does! Joe modified our invisible fence today as per an idea he presented on an earlier visit. We will now have more options about what sections of the yard our dog can access (a “pinch” was installed, separating the front and back yards). A big relief as we now get lots of deliveries in the front! Joe carefully explained exactly what he was going to do, how to train our dog, and other helpful tips. Joe is thoughtful, conscientious and personable. We were grateful to have his assistance!

Everything cost a ton of money . . . No real consistence in training . . . Still waiting on the boss to call me on all the issues I had when I first received the system 11 months ago. . .Watch out for the containment guarantee . . . If you do not get papers from the tech on the changes made, it apparently never happened and they will not stand behind the containment guarantee. . .All in all the system will work my dogs love it!
