I bought an aux cord and asked what the return policy was, and I was told that it can be returned if it was unopened; and I was told this by "Tracy". Realizing that without testing it I can't know if it's going to fit in my headphones or not, I more or less immediately went back into the store and tried to return it and the same "Tracy" told me, that she wasn't supposed to do it because it was electronics and its exchange only but, she made an exception because it was so soon after I bought it. I told her I would have held it to what she said regardless because she told me it was returnable. Tracy then said returning it wasn't company policy and she wouldn't have had to return it regardless of what she said; she then denied that she said that it could be returned, in front of everyone who has heard her say I could return it like two minutes ago... So I would say don't plan on being able to return or exchange anything here after you buy it. A guy came in who was trying to return some kind of bed sheet and she denied him during my (same) second visit.

This is a great store location. There are lots of products, easy to find. The store employees are friendly. Easy check out. Public transportation right outside.
