This family dollar on West Onondaga is gotten bad lately!.They will have 3 or 5 people working in family dollar none of them cannot keep the store stocked or clean there is always stuff out where no one can't get throw with the cart's and half of the time the shelfs not even stocked like they should be! ...and there window's always getting broken they need to hair security and also stop people from stealing from the store too which they won't , sorry but they can't change then they need to close down even like the one on south salina st not to far the the heath center they are as bad too

This Family Dollar has some great deals! The store was in the process of having their merchandise re-stocked, however I was still able to find some great deals on cleaning products. Very nice cashier!

This family dollar is ghetto, I know they will not open their doors until 8a.m but I pull up 9mins prior knowing I have to wait. And every employee is standing outside smoking and yells at Me that i have 9mins(I know) only because they have a ton of trash that needs to be picked up but now they wanna work.....

Family Dollar is still on point even though we are still in a pandemic, and yes you can still get most of what you may need. Clean well lite and the workers are very helpful, if your not sure were to find it just ask. Yes i most agree with the review from Landa Me not sure what happened but under the new manger this Family Dollar sucks big time. Thee employees are okay very helpful but the store it's self is in shambles unbox goods in the isle, nothing on the self's, and as for the store manger don't know what her problem is but she has a bad attitude and i don't like to use this term addressing women but she's a real B.I.T.C.H. not cool if u don't want to be in charge don't wear the crown. well they got it together for a short period but there back to the lack of store maintenance, they need to get the product out of boxes and on to the shelves.

There is a manager there with pink and purple hair who is very disrespectful I went there tonight and she will not cash me out she was very disrespectful she threw the items at me and she called me a b****I would like to report her and have her moved she has a cast on her arm so that's an identification of who she is very rude and disrespectful

Employees are helpful, friendly, and hardworking. Can find a limited selection of just about anything. However my guess is the company is looking more at their "bottom line" than at consumer and employee satisfaction, by not hiring enough workers to get the job done. Family Dollar should have dedicated stock employees, and dedicated cashiers, not employees forced to do both at the same time

Store had gotten allot better over the last few months with the remodel that was done, and looks to be getting even better.EDIT: This place is a really dirty hole in the ground. Go only if you live in the area and you don't have a car. Else, go elsewhere... seriously.

As I was shopping here a loud speaker came on and somebody, very unprofessional, announced that if people were panhandling or begging for food that they would pack up their belongings and leave the property. I didn't see anybody doing any such things.

Most of the employees at this location are very helpful and professional. I don't like how the shelves are empty most of the time which is the only complaint I have.

I went in last night and wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes. They told me the cigarette cabinet was locked. I asked the clerk if he could open it and he said no.
