I have been to this Family Dolla one time in March & again in April. I was very pleased with the large/spacious aisle space. The cashier was very kind, quick & answered my questions with a lot of knowledge. For the first time ever, I did not have to witness an attention seeking distractor screaming & berating the employees. That is a huge issue at other Family Dollar stores, 90%of the time.

I was there just minutes ago. I found what I need as usuall but black Cashier very unprofessional. Talking with someone on the phone. Not paying attention to the scaned items. Wearing earbuds and raising voice when ask for something. I also work with public. If you don't want to work or feel unhappy is better if you leave or quit.

I bought a shirt from here when I got home I found a stain on it so I wanted to exchange it, when I went to return it the very next day the manager Adrianne was very rude she accused me of staining the shirt even got a co worker in on it, wouldn't exchange it after I asked several times she refunded my money and told me " if you wanted to exchange it you should've brought it when you came to the register honey". Very rude and unprofessional I won't be going back anytime soon.

I really don't go into Family Dollar very often... I'm not sure where any are except east syracuse but I hope they all aren't like this one... the store is grungy and yucky, they really should be ashamed of the place... I went into it a couple times this month looking for specific items but I will not go back the whole place is just a big mess

Walked in and perched my items and wet to leave and the alarm went off. As I'm standing at the door i showed him the item that made it go off and he said ok. I was standing outside and he asked to see what was in my pocket(the receipt with change) and I was insulted.

The store manager is a danger to the customer i was accused of shoplifting there by the manager he would not call the police i had to call the police the police knew i hadn't stolen anything told me to call corporate then they proceeded to have a talk with him about grabbing people
