I was a tourist on holiday n they disrespected me, I order a cheese n ham burger, there was no cheese in burger.:( stale burger bread :( WASTE OF MY MONEY N TIME, they gave me evil stare down and wanted me out of shop ASAP, as I have bad skin allergies on my arms, they judge me as a junkie etc

Great place with an open grill in back but because it's a private own and run store certain items are more expensive then need be. But only a very few items and those items you really can't get anywhere else in Syracuse. And great coffee! I just wished they would start to carry flavored creamers

Sure it can feel a bit iffy shopping in downtown but I only have had positive experiences with the owners. It's a bit pricier than the mega mart but the convenience of not driving just to pick up snacks is worth it.Also, as of tonight, they still had bar/liquid soap, cleaning products, pasta, etc so they're good in my book.

I've been shopping here for a couple years now and have never had an unpleasant experience (besides the infrequent unruly customer, which is in no way a reflection of the staff; more so a reflection of the area). The prices are very fair for the area and type of store and they will try to accommodate any requests you may have for a particular product.They're currently undergoing a renovation in order to serve food to order, so the back part of the store is as would be expected from somewhere under construction, but I anticipate it will look great and have spectacular service once opened.

A truly amazing place to shop!!.... Clean atmosphere... friendly knowledgeable staff...An inventory that includes everything and anything you could ever want or need....Sub station.. great variety of hot foods.. reasonable pricing...And conveniently located in the heart of downtown SYRACUSE..Stop down.. you'll be as impressed as I was.

This grocery store is located right next to Pavones which is one of my favorite pizzeria's in Syracuse. I like the coffee & hot chocolate options here as well as the fact that I can find a piece of fresh fruit up by the cash register. Over the course of the last decade, I have visited this store anytime I am going to Pavones. There is also Hiscock Legal Aide located right next to this store.

It's more of a big convenience store. The store has basics and a lot of quick processed stuff. Very clean though and the staff was friendly.

Nice place ro get some grup friendly, fast, good tasting. Soming to eat at a reasonable price give it a try. You won't be disappointed.They haven't brought back the hot food or sandwich deli but, it's still good for playing your numbers and getting household items. hey my follow Syracusins guess what there back yes the downtown Grocery is now servring hot food and sandwiches 🥪 come and get it, they had to shut down for while because of COVID-19. but there back in action now and like i said before good place to get some grup.

My wife and I were staying downtown and found ourselves needing a few things, we found this store and bought our items. They literally carry most things big box stores carry. Slightly more expensive but store was very clean and convenient.

Good Hot Coffee that doesn't COST $5.00---$12.00 a cup like the rest of the Downtown Specialty Coffee shop's!! But thier Cheeseburgers START at $8.50!!!! TOO RICH for my blood!!

This is a good place for one stop meal for breakfast and lunch and dinner if you feel like eating a quick healthy bite to eat you can buy your coffee to a lite small lunch to frozen dinner.
