As I was walking in store on butternut and lodi Dollar Tree there were 2 Vagrants begging for money . After in store I looked around employee and management were not wearing a mask.. costumer ratio super high no social distancing at all the employees stocking shelves were not properly wearing masks chin and mouth coverd no nose ... Could be a Hot Spot for Covid19 CoronaVirus.. very sad I will NOT BE BACK AS A COSTUMER ... NO LEADERSHIP FROM MANAGER

Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores but this dollar tree on Butternut street is the sketchiest one I have ever shopped at. Store was not very clean inside.I was concerned about leaving my car in the parking lot given the number of people just hanging around outside the store. When I came out of the store, I saw a drug deal happening right next to my car.Would recommend avoiding this store & driving to another one in Syracuse. Erie Boulevard one is much better.

Long line. Staff was doing their best to keep line moving.. This location wasn't a mess.. like some others. I stop in twice a week. Quick & easy on the way home. Np

The staff at this store are polite, hard working and know where everything is. They are always working. I would have given a four, but due to no fault of the store there is almost always somebody causing trouble in the store. I would not want my daughter to shop in this store alone, or at all. A guy walked away with a handful of stuff and just let him walk out. They don't even call the police because it seems as though it is more trouble then just ignoring it. The 911 operator did not even offer to send a car to ride by to see if the person was a threat, etc.

Dollar Tree is the best place for me to shop. I get all my cleaning supplies and household items like light bulbs and paper towels and much more. Why would you shop anywhere else when everything is only 1$? A dollar there or 4-5 dollar's at Walmart or a drug store. You'd be crazy not to shop at the dollar store. I absolutely love Dollar tree.

When I visited,some shelves were partly empty,it was dusty,and lacking items I would find or expect to find in DollarTree elsewhere. I was not pleased. Will not return, I was disappointed.Editing:Since giving my last opinion someone had encouraged me to visit again.I have visited a few more times and they have really stepped up their game. The supplies are huge,and the shelves are fully stocked,and inventory clean as expected. I can now think of making quick stops here for projects,food,household supplies,decores,and much more. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff friendly and helpful. There are more shopping baskets,and carts to use.However;there needs to be a lookout for things running off the lower shelves onto the floors,blocking the path at times. The doors are not wheelchair accessible, only if someone is holding them. There is lots of parking. I now give this place 4 stars.

Today it was a fine. I found lots of items I needed. The store is always clean. A few loafers outside but no trouble. It was fun shopping. I got lots of craft items and Easter fun items.

Inexpensive even though the 25cents extra. You can find everything such as breakfast items , dinner items also snack. Drinks such as sodas non name brand but my recommendation is the Arizona mango, and the strawberry / banana drink from June, martinelli sparkling cider.

It's usually crowded, not enough cashiers. The trip was pleasant and the employees were respectful. They usually have what you need, but now No filet fish (frozen) 🙄

I like this store...many Vegan possibilities. Is it Wheelchair accessible possibly. If your chair can get in the door then yes. All stores should be handicapped accessible. When everything is a dollar from hard to find expensive items you get more bang for your dollar. How about a scotter in all family dollar stores for the disabled. Accessibility for all☺☺☺

This particular store is often very messy. The aisles have items all over the floor. Things are not hung back on hooks after they've been knocked off. It's just really sloppy looking in there.The cashier Amy is really funny & kind, though, so that kind of makes up for the place being so nasty looking.

The store is always neat and tidy. The shelves are always fully stocked and workers are still stocking during the day the employees are always there to help if you ever have questions you can call and talk to the managers and they're always willing to help I've never had a problem with the place.

I can spend hours in the Dollar Tree literally is I find something new all the time they're constantly upgrading the things that they're getting there you can't go wrong again people on a budget that you could decorate your home with some of the things in there and if you know what you're doing and again there's things that you anywhere you go with the same who each is bleach and juice is juice it just an affordable place for people on a budget

Good place for greeting cards (50 cents each) and items for $1. I also pick up crossword puzzle books for $1 but you have to search through other types of books to find them. You can find pens, crayons, and writing materials here too.

Store was bit cluttered in the aisle's which made it difficult to get through to the shelves.Manager was too busy talking then to open another register.. One cashier for a busy Saturday ..Approximately 16 minutes in line to check out..That's a bit ridiculous..

Very messy store. Always unpleasant odors which makes shopping here uncomfortable. They have to get tougher on the panhandlers that lurk at the entrance and badger customers as they come and go. If there were a dollar tree closer,I wouldn't even set foot in this one.

I put in a application in September of 2020 I had called to speak to the manager and I keep getting the run around and that the supervisor has to look at it and that she'll let them know but yet still no call, email no anything then I get a email stating the my application is now under review but yet when I spoke to the manger I told her I was under review already and yet left in review but mind you there hiring people in there i have never seen before who are new don't expect to get hired in this dollar tree if you put in an application cause they'll tell you what you wanna hear just to get you off the phone then they'll take your information and never call you i guess the supervisor is lazy along with the rest.

Lousy service, workers with an attitude ,non helpful and only one cashier while the other one tries to look busy when there are lines in just one registrar. Not nice.
