This is a well maintained store / gas station! They offer hot And cold sandwiches/subs, pizza and several other types of foods. We've always enjoyed the prepared food when we're on the go or just don't feel like cooking sometimes.There are specific times when the store can become very busy with lines that go back into the store, however they will open each register and get the lines moving pretty fast!We have a couple of other gas stations closer to where we live but we will actually drive a little further to shop at Cliffs!

I had walked on to buy a drink I decided to go with a fountain drink because it's a lot cheaper going up to the cash register I was hit with a $2.20 bill for a 24 oz fountain drink I thought I was saving money but the guy behind the counter told me they can get away with putting higher prices on stuff they know they shouldn't

The lady at the cash register didn't even look at my ID bc it's a permit and it says under 21 on it she didn't look at my birthday or anything like that and didn't sell my buddy his stuff very unsatisfied when I can go anywhere else and use it for myself and I've never had that problem I get gas here everyday but after this forget it terrible service

TL;DR They don't check the EXPIRATION DATES on their products. If you buy without checking the dates, they will blame you for THEIR fault.Bought a 6 pack of beer, got home and cracked one open to find that it was flat. I checked the dates on the bottles and see that the best by date is TWO MONTHS old. I take the (now) five pack back to the store and ask if they can at least give me a replacement pack. I have not drunk more than a sip of the flat IPA I bought. However, the clerk (to no fault of her own) said that she cannot replace the pack without a manager. She said I would have to wait until a manager is IN STORE on Monday (I bought/returned the beer on a Saturday, two days from date of purchase.) Ridiculous that they don't check the dates on their beer, let alone what else.

"Cracking down" on coupons. Tried to use a digital coupon they email every month and was told they can't scan them anymore because they're "cracking down" and you need the physical coupon? Makes no sense and kinda funny.

Stopped here on my way home to the catskills and was given an attitude from the cashier, like I'm sorry you have to do your job? But on the plus side; coffee was delicious, bought a pack to make home.

Mike makes me an awesome pizza sub for lunch. Herbs and cheese bread, garlic butter, alittle marinara, mozzarella, toasted, then adds pepperoni, sausage, bacon, peppers, onion, mushrooms, olives, more mozzarella and toasts it again.. awww so good

The cashier's are nice, place is clean. Only thing that bothers me is the food. I've gotten sick from their pizza an overpriced ham sandwiches on the hot tray. I figured trying something else wouldn't be so bad. It's actually all of it. Not sure what's going on with food prep but needs to change before the whole community gets sick.

First off I will never step back in that building ever again you people aka Cliffs management should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. I don’t need to say much just look at the reviews that everyone has posted night sift supervisor was the rudest person I have ever had the pleasure to talk with she was just absolutely disgusting and the new guy had the biggest attitude he should not be working in a convenient store let alone around people you shouldn’t talk to humans that way charge my card for the price for a 12” sub and had only a 6” sub only to be told that I was lying and if I could bring the sub back in so they could see it. Not even an apology or a refund… I will be calling my bank first thing in the morning…way to go Cliff’s…!

I was in the customer service industry in many aspects for literally my whole life. I just want to let whoever that its important to that Amber has been one of the friendlier faces and extremely kind presence during my quick stops (I work around the corner). Today she literally saved my bank account by noticing I left my card in the ATM! Now thats a WOW! Keep hiring great people Cliffs and I'll keep coming back!

I brought one soda ,gave her 30 dollars ,wanted just 5 dollars back for change and asked to put rest in gas.😀😀😀but her expression and attitude looks like she was having the hardest math .previous employees were much more efficient and professional.

Cliffs has the best pizza, and delicious sub sandwiches. There are plenty of other items they have to choose from. I recommend the chicken alfredo pizza!

Walked over to area where Subs are made- looked like a manager (Guy) standing there no masks on face! 2 girls standing there-masks not on nose, over mouth part of it, very RUDE, very LAZY! They should be trained to ask people what they want on a sandwich, don’t plaster dressing all over sandwich, don’t assume! Not everyone wants sandwiches disgusting like that! Also condiment area disgusting and not clean at all! Instead of standing around maybe you should clean the place up a little and make it more presentable!

Hey,So I work at a restaurant and people tip in ones usually. I come in to get gas after work and hand the guy at the register $25 ones because who the hell tips with tens, you know? Well, the guy scoffs at the money and says, "all ones?" and laughs at it.I'm sorry, but did you not tell by my apron and name tag I work in a restaurant? It was very humiliating and made my simple experience of getting gas really awkward. Normally I wouldn't let such things bother me, but the blatant, in my face, 'I'm judging you' really pissed me off and makes Cliff's unclassy to me.I don't think I will be back if this is how the staff treats their customers. Really awkward, really frustrating. I just wanted gas, not to be publicly humiliated.

Cashier intentionally rang sodas up wrong, said pepsi discontinued the special yesterday. I buy the same 2 soda and gallon of water daily for $7, this day it was $10.31. This morning I stop in again and find out Pepsi didn't discontinue the special and that she then cancels the transaction, corrects the total and pockets the difference. I talked to the manager on duty, but he didn't seem to care that employees are stealing from customers.

Great place to order pizza! Ordered 7 pizza's and everything was spot on from the phone order to the pickup! Delicious and a great value. Will definitely order from them again.

Always i mean always gotten pizza from here but after returning from a 3 month work trip i ordered my original and basically got puffed up crust with very very little cheese (somone must of hacked into the cows also) very dissatisfied with what i recieved! Maybe Cliffs just got cheaper who knows 🤷 ill order again but if i recive what I got last night i will not ever order again.

Under the gross pretense of convienece, these people sell grossly overpriced goods with a fake smile. The workers are overtly unbothered by their customers, the place reeks of corporational ingratitude, and the only reason why they maintain in business is their proximity to the interstate and availability. I implore you, if you can go anywhere even remotely more local, you would be supporting far better locals that need it far more than these unprofessional, ingenuine, and unhygienic (the food left out often has visible signs of unfreshness) clones that have 0 warm reception of any business.

No employee wears any masks there. They treat their customers like we bother them. I will never be back. When the sandwich makers wipe their nose with their arms. Not happy with the service

Management doesn't appear to care about employee's health- no semblance of expectation for people to wear masks. Store manager reflexively said she refers people to the central office. Not sure if you guys know that we are in the middle of a pandemic and the medical community is basically all on the same page about the importance of wearing masks...
