Bought two prime rib roasts for Christmas dinner. Fair prices. The meat was cut well and package well. Most importantly, they both tasted wonderful after a night of dry brining and smoking the next day.

Awesome local store that is super convenient for everyone who lives nearby. Great beer selection, fingerlakes coffee, and great deli sandwiches. 4 stars only because I wish they carried some gluten free options (e.g. banza bean pasta, brazi bites, etc.)

You wouldn't expect a small area market to hold so much like Big M does. They have a great deli and fine selection of hot and cold foods for the road. They have a huge selection of NAME BRAND items and at low prices at that! They truly are a diamond in the rough. Plus I feel a little better shopping locally here than at big chains when I can. It's just unfortunate that less people know about this little gem 💎 ❤️

Nice local grocery store. They carry items I like that Wegmans does not like Chi Chi salsa, restaurant style mild flavor! Plus, they always have a sale on certain meats. 5/ $25. Mix & match items.

I love their meat pack deals. I also love their sales. The only thing I do not really like is that the merchandise that is not on sale or come with deals... is a bit pricey. The employees are always nice and the manager is very nice and helpful.

A "family "atmosphere to shop at with courteous staff. Prices are more than reasonable and shelves are stocked and neat. Their cold cuts at the deli are very good and meats are superb. A good place to shop.

This store has better meat than any other in town. Produce is not their strong point. Decent prices without the sales games of the big stores. Very rarely has a line at checkout.

This is the epitome of neighborhood grocery stores. Locally owned and operated. Owners are frequently there. Hires local students for staff. Great selection of food - name brands also. Weekly specials. Within walking distance of many homes. In a strip mall that contains other great stores. Plenty of free parking. Handicap accessible. Great fresh produce. Highly recommend.

If you want to be treated like your a walking virus this is the spot for you. Not once or twice but the last 3 times the cashier basically throws my change at me. I get covid-19 is a real challenge but I too work in customer service and I would never treat people the way you all do. Also New York state law if you look under 30 ask for ID news flash I am 50 and look over 30. Thanks for the compliment. No longer shopping here gonna take my business where the service has some class.

Love the Seneca Knolls Big M Supermarket! There is nothing like a small town store. Always find something different than at chain Supermarket. Also, the customer service is small town genuine and friendly!

I love Big M supermarkets. I grew up with them and still like shopping there for "Special Finds" that other stores don't carry.Employees always helpful and friendly and I am glad I am close enough for that, oh I forgot that moment.

Bad meat !! Sells at discount when already bad, amongst worst cuts of meat when pay full price!!Discounted shelves!! I haven't been to a Big M in years. It was super clean and organized. Cashier was very sweet and helpful. Prices were ok, similar to Tops prices.

Only 4 stars, why? No in-store bakery. There is a deli, and great deals are throughout the store. A male employee was bit condescending to a Mexican, but this is all over the Upstate. I am used to Green Hills Farms, in Nedrow, a very friendly store with an awesome in-store bakery, a deli; and, sometimes, a garden center.

I used to shop here often however customer service has taken a huge downward spiral and my biggest issue is Saturday night I was walking into the store when an employee (chubby woman with dark hair and glasses) was smoking right in front of the doors so you had to walk through her disgusting cloud of smoke and I pointed out the sign that said smoke free premises and she replied if I dont like it,I dont have to shop there. Imagine how appalled I was when I found out shes the night manager!!! This store is turning into a dump because the owner employs people like that!

They jack up a box of donuts to 7 dollars and then put it as BOGO. If you just want a box of donuts, it's 7 dollars. Deli Bologna they jack up a dollar more than Tops, that's after the 50c off coupon. Still 4 dollars a lb. Tops is 3, without a coupon. They have great cashiers though. The friendliest in town. And the 20 dollar meat deals are decent.... To the anti smoking nazi who gave a review below. Did you not see that BIG ashtray outside the door ? Go protest something, you'll feel better.

If I could give the deli negative stars, I would! I’ve gotten rotten macaroni salad from them and the other day I got a full sub $9.99 I was eating it and after about 5 bites I seen something black inside it fell onto my plate and it was a FLY AND IT WAS STILL ALIVE. I got a refund but I am scared for life.

This supermarket is a little dated, but the staff is fabulous. You can almost always find what is needed. And the deli in back makes sandwiches. And it is never super crowded if you need a quick in and out stop.

I really appreciate this place. It's like stepping back in time compared to a place like Wegmans or Whole Foods.
