I have an anxious German shepherd, I myself was nervous to bring him in, but Kim has been amazing with him. I appreciate that she takes her time and does her best to make him comfortable. We are always booked in advance so we don’t have trouble getting in. The space is nice and clean, and I of course appreciate the text updates as she knows I am a worried mama! Also appreciate the lack of dog hair around the house since he started going to her!

We had our dog groomed for the first time with Kim. We had never been to her shop before. She did exactly what we asked and Gabbie looked great. She was very patient with our puppy who is quite busy!

This was my first time going to Baby’s Pawtique! I did a Google search for dog grooming and Baby’s Pawtique popped up with fantastic reviews. Kim was very easy to reach and she was gentle was my 1 year old terrier. He was a bit nervous going in but she took her time and even gave him a little break. She texted throughout his appt so I was well aware of what was going on. Thank you Kim for the great service! Geno and I will be back again soon!! :)

I have had two experiences with Baby’s Pawtique and both times Kim was great with Dallas. He comes out still looking like a golden retriever. I have a bad experiences in another place with my other golden retriever. She takes her time with him, and is very understanding and accommodating. I would highly recommend anyone bringing their dog there. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Kim for taking great care of Dallas.

My dog, Meadow, loves going to Kim! She is gentle, kind and does a great job grooming. Plus, Meadow leaves with a holiday themed scarf as an added touch of love. I have gone to many groomers in the past, but now will only go to Kim! You can tell she loves what she does! I’m grateful for how well she takes care of my pup!

Sadie gets her Mani/pedis done hereAwesome job no long wait and friendly and efficient!!Update: 6/30/23I have always had a good experience until my puppies last visit a few wks ago! I brought my puppy in for her appointment.Her appointment was no more than five mins!I was charged $3 extra than I have ever been charged before.She make matters worse she cut two of my doggies nails down to the quick,never told me this happened Wich I feel we all make mistakes but not to be told and to be charged extra was a slap in the face! A minute my dog was in my vehicle I could see that she was bleeding profusely a lot of blood! Thank God I had wipes and my leather tan seats but more importantly I was worried if my dogs to nails we're going to stop. When I arrived home I soaked her to nails in Sea saltwater the first time it did nothing and it was still bleeding like crazy the second time at stopped it thank God because I was getting ready to call the vet.I then observed that only a few of her nails were cut and I'm going to gas because she cut the other ones so sure that she just wanted her out of her pothik as quickly as possible so that I didn't notice what was going on! So I observe that her feet nails were not cut it all and I always have her nails down file them down after. None of these were done but I did pay for that.The result I will not be ever going back to her establishment ever ago. Not for the reason that she did shoddy work this but for the fact that she never let me know she cut my dog's nails too short!Totally totally unprofessional!!If I could read her zero Stars this time I would!

My dog saw Kim today for her first nail trimming outside of the vet. She was great at handling my very rambunctious, nervous dog. She is easy to communicate with and very fast while doing an amazing job. We will definitely be back!

My fur-babies, Roo and Lilly are so very special to me and I am quite particular about their grooming. Kim does an absolutely wonderful grooming on both of them. She takes the extra time to write down notes on the details of my requests for each dog and keeps a file on them. Kim will also call if she has any questions during the grooming, I really appreciate that detail of care. She has my complete trust because she treats them like they are her own fur-babies and that is why I can recommend her to you for your groomer.

My dog smelled like she didn't get a bath, she had several cuts on her (6) which means the cutting blade weren't sharp and hair (all different dog hair) was all over her leash, which makes me think maybe they don't sweep. Very nice people, but would NEVER take my dog there again.

Took my boy (Pitt bull ) to get his nails trimmed. Was greeted quickly and she was very calm with my hyper boy . Took him back and felt like a minute later and she was done . She also took the time to help me get to the car with axle and my daughter Emma . Can’t say enough good things about Kim . And also her prices are just as great as the service! You definitely won’t be disappointed. ! I’m definitely going back with my other dog .

Charlie is my first little dog who requires grooming. I have a 96 lb lab who I do all my own stuff with except nails. Kim helped me with Ollie one day and I just felt so comfortable with her I decided to start bringing Charlie to her. Kim did amazing with Prince today! He can be stubborn when away from us. The two got along wonderfully and Prince allowed Kim to groom him and look fantastic again! No more winter coat!!
