Stopped down to get my pups nails trimmed and he didn’t want to go in cause vacuums are scary, but was still able to get his nails trimmed as they came outside, got on his level. So very appreciative of the staff for taking the time to come out and work on him where he felt more comfortable.

We are traveling through the area and our pup needed a grooming. I called Ruff Cuts on Monday and they were able to accommodate our scheduling needs. The staff were quick and efficient in our pups grooming and they did a fantastic job. I will definitely be saving this location as a grooming stop on our travels. Thank you Ruff Cuts!

We recently moved to Sylvan Beach and were in search of a groomer for Parker, my Lab mix. I can’t express my gratitude for the outstanding and very thorough service Denise provided. Parker’s coat is soooo soft, his nails were trimmed to perfection and he’s a very happy boy. Thank you, Ruff Cuts!

I have never been told my dog was not groomable , he is 9. He was miserable when we left today , skittish and ducked away from me afterwards. A first for him. He has never had a reaction to grooming like this he is always a very happy dog. she did give me a break on the cost since only partial grooming was able to be completed ? we went here a few years ago and no issues . pic is from just now

this little hidden gem of a pet shop is completely under rated and unexposed. a quaint little spot in the heart of Sylvan Beach. this place does a super job with definitive detailing and precision workmanship year after year. and i will continue to come. keep on keeping on Ruff Cuts!

Took my Morkie there the other day, was very pleased with summer hair cut, my puppy doesn't stand very still, had a few strains I cut around ears once she was relaxed on my lap, I know she was a hand full to groom, she looks great and staff was too, highly recommend Ruff Cuts

Absolutely terrible service. Will never go or recommend. Pitbul is the #1 dog breed to have as a pet and they wouldn’t groom my dog. I’m disgusted
