This particular Walmart was horrible. They need to revamp this store Big Time. The Isles are much too narrow. The lines to the check out were ridiculous. The shelves were empty. Whatever was left was picked through.

Firstly, I want to admit a little secret, their sweats are the BEST! Walmart sweats=comfy :)Secondly, the store was very nice and organized, which is pretty good for such a big store!It is a bit out of the way to go to, in terms of location, but other than that, 10/10

I recently visited the Walmart store located in this area and I must say that they have an amazing stock of products. They have a wide range of items including live plants, plant seeds, pet supplies, food, clothes, and bakery items. The prices are quite reasonable and they even have sensory-friendly quiet hours. The staff members are extremely kind and helpful. The store timings are very convenient as well. The store is located just a few minutes away from hotels and they have a great collection of summer clothing and beach items.

This is not a super Walmart, it’s an old style one that has added a little bit of food to try and serve peoples need. The store is super cluttered, very hard to push a cart around. The checkout lines were ok, and they do have some self checkouts. The cluttering and layout make it difficult to shop, which prevents a good rating. They have the basics of what you need, but I’d do a dollar general or something else anyway. The parking lot is newly paved and has clear parking stripes.

Doesn't have fresh fruits but have limited number of dairy products and frozen food.The only thing that was weird to me that in 10 minutes I encountered 3 different ladies in black skirts who were in different locations in the store were asking to buy food for them and their children. Of note, I realized two of them were sisters. Asking staff there, I couldn't figure out if this is common thing here or not.

I'd never been inside a Walmart store although I've been online shopping from them for more than a decade.There's a lot going on in the brick and mortar store! I had fun just looking around at all the items, it's a big place! I'll have to go back again soon. From toys to groceries and so much in-between, Walmart has it!

This is an old and small Walmart not like others newer or bigger. The products offered are the same as all other wal-mart cheap - at a good price.They have all clothing sections for mens, boys, women etc.They also carry electronics, automotive home goods and garden supplies.There is a pharmacy inside as well.no produce or bakery section in this location. The store is old and gives a depressing look.The parking lot is very old and in bad condition, asphalt is in terrible condition.

So. I've been going to this Walmart for at least a decade and I've never had issues that needed to be stated, till now.I went to this Walmart last night LOOKING FORWARD to finding clothes in my size which is now 'Plus Ladies'. There were NO plus size blue/black jeans on ANY of the racks, the regular sizes spilled over to this section and the 'Plus Ladies' pant section is NON-EXISTENT. I was really excited to go in and find pants in my size but I found NOTHING!!!!! VERY disappointing!!!!!!!Also, I went to use the restroom and there was toilet paper ALL over the floor in EVERY stall. DISGUSTING and not to mention WASTEFUL!!! I rarely go in the restroom but I was extremely disgusted. When's the last time the restroom was CLEANED????? I saw two people who look like they were on the cleaning staff (if Walmart even HAS cleaning staff) not even WAITING for the restroom to be emptied so they can go in and clean. They were just standing around talking.I came to Walmart because the prices were decent but now I've lost all faith that this store will ever be well stocked in ALL sizes and CLEAN. This has become a TRASH WALMART. The ONLY reason I go is because my best friend needs something and even HE'S disappointed.

Came here to purchase a baby monitor, $59 online and 59$ on the shelf. It rang up as $89 and customer service would not price match it. She specifically told me “that’s an online price order from online I don’t know what to tell you” ( even tho it was $59 on the shelf as well) and then threw it in the go backs basket and called next without even finishing a conversation with me. This location is just overall bad.

The store is cluttered. Employees are reluctant to help you at times because they are overwhelmed. The self checkout line is always a mile long and their card reader machine NEVER works. They make you swipe your card numerous times or switch machines. They need to upgrade their cash registers to have the option of Apple Pay. Many times I’ve left and not bought my items bc of self checkout machine malfunctions

This Walmart is well stocked in clothes, tech, outdoor gear, cooking and household wares, but is certainly not a go-to destination for grocery shopping. No Butcher shop, no Deli counter, no fresh fruit or vegetables. only one aisle with some frozen meal menus and some canned food, chips, and a juices and soda aisle.

There’s really no gooods here. Not enough good selections. No too many all purpose cleaners. The directions or signs to guide customers to the right direction are BARELY Available. Not much customer service. Very overly packed. It’s chaos. I was a frustrated shopper. Driving from afar to find absolutely little to none of what came to shop for. The lines are also chaos and not structured right.

"At Walmart, I had a shopping adventure that played out like a comedy sketch. After a perfectly normal self-checkout, the doorman insisted on inspecting my receipt as if I were smuggling the Eiffel Tower in my bag. Just when I thought it couldn't get any weirder, two sprinting black market sprinters whizzed past, grabbed merchandise, and dashed out like they were auditioning for the Olympics. I half expected the doorman to ask them for their receipts too. Walmart: Where shopping turns into a real-life sitcom!"

Being that today us Christmas Eve I would have expected the pace to be much more chaotic and messy then it was. I was surprised by the level of communication between associates and shoppers as well as the organization of check out lines leaving us waiting for less then 5 mins to be checked out

I have purchased online an inverter on Walmart website. It stopped working after only 6 months. It's been neatly 3 months that I try to obtain a replacement of the item. After multiple chats with Walmart, they initially pretended that it was not them, but the seller they used. The seller "Goldfield" replies to all my message that I should be patient, this is peak season, etc. Walmart said this morning on the chat that a letter of escalation will be sent to Goldfield and thanked me for my patience and understanding... never again with Walmart online, this is absolutely inacceptable !

This review is specifically for the Tech Department. I wanted to buy an item which was locked in the glass casing. I waited 25 minutes for an associate who had the key to open the casing. I asked other employees for help but they couldn’t seem to find the associate who had the key for the casing. Terrible customer service.

I'm a supporter of Walmart. Every state I've every gone to I've made sure to go there local Walmart. Now being a Combat Veteran 28 years military. I have injuries and I use a walker every single time I ask them to hold my walker till I finish with the scooter. It's a problem. I guess Customer service isn't a hallmark. And helping the handicapped not a priority. So since it happened too many time . I will nologer be a Walmart customer. In store or on line

I would like to make a complaint. I just left your store today 11/8/2023 about 15min ago. I must say I’m disgusted in the lack of customer service at this location. I was shopping for my agency which is a nonprofit organization for the developmentally disabled and we want to cook a meal for our individuals. I know for a FACT that my houses shop here regularly and use the tax exempt form I provided. Not only did the cashier not know who the manager on duty was she did not even try to find one. Instead she went to another associate who was behind the counter near the batteries on her phone sitting down doing nothing. As a former employee to this same Walmart I knew she wasn’t a manager and they both lied saying she was. The woman didn’t even try to resolve the issue she didn’t budge just sat there yelling at me from where she sat. I know the service in the location is terrible but tonight was it for me I am not in the mood for it at all. It’s one thing if I’m shopping for myself but because I was shopping for work it’s even more annoying. I have called the store number 7 times and not once has anyone picked up. Your Suffern location is horrible I’m sure you get a few good reviews but as a former employee and shopper (only because it’s near me) I know your employees suck, stop by any given day and see everyone on their phones I’m Caribbean and many of the staff are as well and they insult the shoppers frequently and seem annoyed when asked a question. Unfortunately I know the selection for good help is very low but I plan on not only taking this to corporate but making it known to the local news. Absolutely unacceptable in the morning I will be calling the store again to speak to the manager about her employees. Now I’m at another grocery store buying this food for my clients because I promised to make them this meal and I won’t break my promise because YOUR employees don’t think customer service is a priority.

Not a nice place. Store is dirty and unkempt. I went there to buy something advertised as “in stock”. Got there and it wasn’t. I had to order it online. Next time I’ll skip the trip. Sad.

Came here looking for an item that showed in stock. I asked 6 or 7 workers (NOT KIDDING) for help finding the item. They all pointed to an area and said if it isn't there, then there's no more. No one scanned their Walmart device, not even anyone came with me to help look for it. I asked for them to look in back told me no. Alot claimed to not speak English, the 1s who were Spanish when I switched to Spanish still no help. I ordered for pickup when I left and guess what the item is ready for pickup 12 hours later. The item was definitely in stock, staff here are no help and this Walmart sucks. There's no good customer service here, go to a different Walmart.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Placed an order online and drove 45 minutes with TOLL, just to arrive and be told the item is out of stock and they will ship it to me. Then I get a email from Walmart saying they are unable to ship it and I’ll be refunded. Complete waste of my time, gas, and money. I will never place another order for store pickup with Walmart.

Currently I can only share my experience about the pharmacy, and not the store as a whole but if the level of service is anything on part with what I receive at the pharmacy I'd be extremely happy. The staff at the pharmacy were friendly, patient and able to answer all of my questions. Overall a good experience :)
