This Suffern NY, Store location 4029 is very unprofessional! Horrible, nasty attitude. I've had numerous encounters with staff, that never provided the service mentioned which is hopefully on a pre-recorded line. My elderly mom prescription has been filled/ canceled several times on hold for pick-up/ delivery. l've been getting a run around from staff, all making empty promises and not providing the service requested for weeks. What took the cake was when I asked an employee on the phone; "isn't it your job to help me" she replied; "I can't help you, and I hate this job anyway" and hung up. This incident happened Thurs, Oct 13, 2023, at about 550PM. Not the type of staff you want hired and servicing customers handling medication, real scary to have individuals employed in a position of such high regards. Something has to be done, and I have reported to corporate as well. Let’s see how far that goes! 😡😡😡😡

Friendly staff. Great place to drop off Fedex parcels. Pictures are quick. Passport photos are a breeze. And pricing is what you expect from a convenience store.

Will never step into this Walgreens again!! The manager is just as rude and nasty as the rest of the staff. Was trying to schedule online my 80 year mothers medicine to be delivered. For some reason it wasn't letting me. I called and spoke with the manager and with an attitude she told me there was nothing she could do. I explained the situation and she raised her voice and saus I cannot make an exception for you because I would then have to make an exception for anyone that calls with a sob story. Unbelievable how anyone could stop in this store!!😡

Ordered a prescription to this Walgreens. Called them to make sure it would be ready and the pharmacist said it’s ready to come pick up. So, I drove to go pick it up and they told me when I got there that they never received the prescription. Despite being annoyed, I called my doctor to have it prescribed again. A couple of days later, I called at 5:45 pm to make sure they had it. They said yes and it will be ready in 3 hours. I can’t imagine why it would take 3 hours, but they told me it would be ready at 8:30. So I drove there again at 8:30 and they told me that my prescription was out of stock. I’ve never heard of a pharmacy so poorly run.

No one ever picks up the phone. Ever. The longest I’ve waited to speak to someone - whether in the store or pharmacy - is one hour. CVS in Suffern has much better customer service…….. How does Walgreens in Suffern not have customer service or pick up the phone during a time like this? It’s not right.

I went to pick up my antiviral meds and was treated like I had the plague. I have my mask on I have my gloves on but was told to leave the store and go through the drive-thru. I understand everyone's fear of covid but it made me feel worse when there's no empathy. If anyone walking into the store without a mask and was not ask, no one would know any better. Nobody wants to be in contact with covid, so please have some empathy for those picking up medicine to counteract the virus.

This Pharmacy is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced. They have about 10 staff in the dispensary seemingly doing nothing while customers wait online forever, mostly to either be told their prescriptions are out of stock or they've provided the wrong thing. Absolute waste of time.

Very nice pharmacy staff., nice people who are always understaffed. Don't blame them, blame management. They take customers in order. If 2 waiting inside and you pull in drive thru you will be serviced 3rd. They've always have done a great job for me, and they have caught drugs ordered by doctors, and they found bad medicine interactions with other drugs. Oh, by the way if you go into CVS, they have a lot of employees there, but even so, they are even slower. It appears CVS workers are quite slow. The Walgreens person working with you will do so without other things between. Ask for Allison (drugist) and say "Bob says hello"

Pharmacy staff is very good, very helpful. They are a very busy pharmacy, so nothing happens quickly. Been using this pharmacy for over a decade. Has a drive thru window. Very helpful pharmacists. Will put your meds thru as many discount cards and insurance as you want to find the cheapest prices. Also does flu shots in season in a private area. You get points worth money, and sometimes you get points for meds. You definitely want the Walgreens customer card.

This pharmacy is a disgrace. No one picks up a phone. You cannot get status of prescriptions in a timely manner. There is no customer service at this location. I guess they take lessons in not answering a phone from CVS.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Sales and clearance can lead to some incredible deals. Stock is already available. The pharmacy is fantastic. Very helpful always going out of their way to help with prescriptions. Highly recommend this pharmacy over others in the area.

Nikki at the Pharmacy was so helpful and friendly. She was patient and had such a lovely demeanor. Love this Pharmacy!Lenny at the register was so polite and such a delight!Makes me want to move to this area 🙂

The old guy that was doing the cashier I didn’t get his name but Im pretty sure he was new. He was very rude and arrogant.I ask ask him a question he rolled his eyes on me so I said to his manager “i dont know why he has to make that face when I only have questions” after I said something he changed his attitude immediately.I just feel its un necessary to do that to customers especially if u are new.

This is the worst pharmacy. You can wait up till an hour to get a script that was called in or dropped off prior. Sometimes, they are out of the medication you need which causes big problems. The staff is not so nice also. They do not have a sympathetic bone in their bodies.

It's a great neighborhood pharmacy and great sales. You need to time it right. But my favorite Walgreens. The people working there are nice. Once they regonise you ,they are super friendly.

I went in for a Covid-test I scheduled prior to. Stood on line for over 10 mins just to be told they ran out of supplies. I took off from work and wasted time/gas when a simple phone call from them would have sufficed. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Okay I went in asking if they were hiring (because I was job hunting.) and the person who "helped" me said go online and check in a very nasty tone. Then "try to give me friendly advice on my clothing" at the time I was wearing a professional black pants and my button down white jacket. (Both were clean and ironed.) By far the WORSE customer service. I am be in need for a job but I will NEVER work there. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS WALGREEN!!!!

Worst costumer service . Being ignored at drive through defeats purpose of drive through. I can barely walk & simply needed to drop off a prescription. It literally took almost 20 minutes
