Great prices; even with shipping costs cheaper than other online retailers. I ordered eight sheet pans, two of which arrived dented. They sent two replacement pans quickly and without fuss. Overall, a good experience and I will definitely order from Tiger Chef again.

I originally ordered snowball syrup because they had Wild Cherry and i ordered Green Apple. I get an email explaining that Green Apple was discontinued. Then when my order of Wild Cherry arrived, the label said Cherry. I called and was eventually called back saying their distributor told them it was Wild Cherry and that they don't even have Cherry. So when a customer ordered a Wild Cherry snowball we used the syrup, only for the customer to accuse us of lying. We then personally tasted the 2 gallons and they were regular cherry not wild Cherry. I called back again and was finally emailed a return label and told once I shipped it out to email them about the refund. I shipped the items back and emailed them, it took more than a week to get a response.

Placed an order early April. My order was never fulfilled or shipped. Called Tigerchef 15 days later and they informed me there was an error in the system. Shipping process doesn’t work.

I canceled my order because of bad service and took too long to ship my product out , they couldn’t even tell me if they were in stock, I called them (3) times and on one call I got, even Amazon doesn’t ship out that fast. I sent an email , and got the same kind of bleak reply, then I replied canceled. Thy did refund my money fast which was good.Funny they said Amazon doesn’t ship that fast, that’s who I exactly ordered from and it was shipped the same day I placed it, and I’ll have it faster than they could even ship it, go figure.Who could be so busy they can’t ship thing out in stock faster than 3-5 days ?I agree , definitely need to learn the word customer service, it’s not their forte.Who can’t tell product availability today ?Clarified my post on phone or emails

Ordered a personalized recliner for our granddaughter’s first birthday almost 3 years ago. Just recently ordered a matching one for her sister’s first birthday. I’m not sure why so many other retailers are having trouble processing and shipping orders in a timely manner when in a week’s time my personalized recliner was delivered to my doorstep! A month sooner than I needed it! Exceptional product and service. Highly recommend!!

First time purchasing this product and ordering from this company. I highly recommend this company time shipping and great customer communication. The Microban has been great. We use it three times a week throughout the entire house. We really like the 24hr life of this product vs the contact and done of Lysol. Highly recommend others to get this.

I’ve had at least 3 changes in my Lysol order. I still have not received my order. I called and left messages 3 separate times with no call back.I have waited on hold for great lengths of time to get an update on a product I ordered over the summer.Today, still no delivery or update. I have to call again and wait on hold to find the new eta...I have ordered in the past and it was seamless. This time, i can’t believe this process. This will be my last order.

Ordered 3 high chairs back on 6/30. Was told product has shipped and arrive. After not receiving my product after 2 weeks, contacted customer support. While they were responsive,I have been given a few different responses that “product has shipped”. It’s now August 9th. And no product. Bottom line, if you want product, order elsewhere. Tiger Chef can’t keep track of their suppliers or customers. One star is a gift considering I’ve yet to receive product nearly 6 weeks later.

Poor customer service and mismarked productsI ordered the an 18"x26" sheet pan with a 25"x17" cooling rack. The rack does not fit the sheet pan. I called and was told that I could return these two items, at my expense, for a refund. The items totaled around $20 with shipping, the return shipping would be around $30+ because of the size. There was no assistance to get the correct rack for this product, just the ability to return it, again at my expense. In addition, I ordered some towels, which still haven't come, although it has been two months. Not at all happy with my experience or their responsiveness. I will not shop here again!

We ordered 3 heavy chaffing pans (I think this is what they are called...my wife actually placed the order). One of the frames came in damaged and I let Tiger Chef know about it. Within 3 days I had a replacement at my door. This was an excellent response to what could have been a bad experience. Despite the initially damaged unit, the quality is superb and we plan to order more units now that we know they stand behind their products.

TigerChef is pretty amazing for my first time use on this website. My order was placed and I received it very promptly (within 3-5 days). Very impressed and recommended to family, friends and coworkers who also received their products within days of ordering. Will be using them again in the near future. Very nice website for the alternative products during this pandemic.

ordered Crestware, received TigerChef brand; doesn't fit standard sheet pans (too loose, doesn't snap onto the sheet pan). think you have to buy TigerChef brand full sheet pans for these to fit properly.

I placed an online order and a few days later, numerous fraudulent transactions were made with my card info. I had not used this credit card in a long time and this was the first purchase with a company that I had not previously used, so the compromise is obviously with them. I tried to contact them via phone, email, and Facebook and was finally able to get someone on the phone today. This has happened to another reviewer and I got the same spill that he got. I also ordered my item a week ago and was told there are delays with the manufacturer; who knows when or if I'll ever get it.

Great experience. I bought the 6 inch deep steam pans. Checkout was easy. Shipping was quick. I didn't actually use them for cooking as I bought them to use as litterboxes for my kittens, but they are working out fantastic for that!

Bad customer service, slow delivery time. I had a small order and it's been days and i have no update on the status. I called today and was told that the standard to ship out orders is 5 business days! I understand if I had a large order...but this is ridiculous and whats even more ridiculous is that they don't give you any kind of update. They can do better....

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THE ABSOLUTE #1 SOURCE OF NOTHING! We ordered 180 glass, gold rimmed charger plates. I SPECIFICALLY asked the sales guy on the phone...DO YOU HAVE THESE IN STOCK. I was told they do. I placed the order online for $3200.00. I was told I would be sent by a NAFTA certificate, a commerical bill of sale and a tracking number after I emailed them for it.Two days go by and I have received nothing so I decide to call. I am told they actually DONT HAVE those plates in stock! Furthermore, when were they going to refund our MONEY?This is a completely dishonest company. Lazy staff who couldn't even go and check if the products they had in stock were actually in stock. Still waiting on our refund...

Ordered Clorox wipes in October, which was expected to be shipped in December 11 and 17. Expected delivery passed with no communication from tiger chef. Although they did refund promptly when asked, if they weren’t gonna deliver when they said they would or even be late they should have let me know so I can look elsewhere.

This time I ordered the ZEP Disinfectant Spray. It wasn’t in stock, but the company gave an estimated date it will be available, and once it was, it shipped and I received it the next day. Not going to lie...it doesn’t smell too good. I know it does the job...but it smells really weird. Pricing wasn’t bad for 12 cans, but I don’t think I would order this product again. ZEP needs to work on a better smelling disinfectant spray.

I had a good experience with my order. I ordered 250 chargers and they were packed very well. Out of the 250 only one was slightly cracked. I ordered the gold and was very pleased with the color. I would use the company again.

13 November 2019, I ordered 12/ea chargers as I prepared for Thanksgiving and guests. Plates arrive on the 21st November and they are the incorrect chargers. I get right onto this matter with Customer Service. A request is made for a photo of the incorrect chargers. Shortly after, an email is received asking for a photo of the box. It was a little confusing, however, we finally worked out everything that was needed and I ask, "When I can expect to get the correct plates"? Several requests later, still asking the same question over the next couple of days. Finally, I telephone the company and speak with an individual who does a little research and tells me the correct shipment will go out on the 08th December. All is not lost, I will have them for Christmas! Or, so I think. They do not ship out on the 08th and they finally arrive on the 30th December. Wow! The chargers are beautiful, but honestly, I am discouraged. I return them for a refund. Please note, they were not inexpensive to ship and with the 15% restocking fee, my refund will be about 50% of my original payment. Given that I received the wrong plates originally, the correct plates were vastly overdo and late - I was surprised I was still going be charged a 15% restocking fee. There is some great dining and cooking gear, priced right, or, so I think, on the TigerChef website, nonetheless, I am going to shop elsewhere in the future. I hope your experience with this company will be better than mine.

They had the product I was looking for, the cheapest on the web, w/efficient eco shipping. Product (2.5 qt 4 mm aluminum sauce pot w/lid) arrived on time, w/box fully in tack, no visual damage... Upon opening box, I found aluminum pot sufficiently wrapped, yet upon Unwrapping it, I found it had several dings & scratched; but nothing that would effect it function or performance. The lid (wrapped separately) on other hand, had about 1/8" deep, 1/2" wide dimple/downward dent, on the very edge where it rests on pot, preventing it from making a gravitational seal; but was easily remedied via a pr of pliers, verse wasting time returning a $3 lid. For those reasons, I withheld 1 star, awarding only 4; but in all honesty, this is what I expect it will look like after my goofball sister-in-law uses it a time or two anyway, lol... I'm merely providing this review, since this is clearly a warehouse quality control issue, & not shipping; that such might be addressed. I'm sure such trivial issue's are simply shrugged-off via an actual Chef/commercial use, But have a greater chance of rejection via a domestic customer wound tighter... All in all, respectable product/price/shipping/experience; would recommend & will be back! Thanks!

Well, I ordered half pan lids and was sent full size lids. Called the company made them aware of the situation, then I placed another order for small lids, when they arrived Guess what?? More full size lids wow! Is all I can say so now I'm waiting on the small lids they said it will be taken care of. Keep a a finger CROSSED😡

Hi. Tiger Chef comes through! I had written a bad review a few months ago when I did not receive the correct order. But, not only did Tiger Chef rectify any issues, they kept me up to date on outstanding orders and always got me whatever I needed. They are a great company and got me cleaning supplies during the darkest days of Covid when you couldn’t t find even a tissue. I continue to order all my supplies from them. I highly recommend them.
