I recently had a accident which was a total loss of my Vehicle! This was a very Stressful time for me and my wife! Especially for elderly Senior Citizens! State Farm was outstanding! Karen Brown made the difference in our claim and case! She went the extra mile for customer service and is extremely professional and friendly! She returned calls immediately to help us, even on weekends and her days off! She processed numerous documents for our claim immediately! She also got us help when needed from Jim Parcels in the Main office! Who helped us when there was issues! After sending in required Documents, We had our claim settled immediately and Full payment without 4 Days! Unbelievable!!Because of Karen Brown, we will continue to remain with State Farm!!

State Farm Rep (Jim) was exceptional! I was able to easily generate a new vehicle / auto policy in addition to transferring an existing vehicle to the new policy with little effort! When Jim Purcell left Allstate, we were very disheartened. He was our insurance agent for over 20 years. Recently, my wife and I are looking to switch insurance companies. We needed someone we trust to review our current auto/home/umbrella policies and advise us on how we could save money. I was able to reconnect with Jim through State Farm. Jim was extremely patient, as always, and his professionalism was second to none. After an hour-long conversation, Jim was able to provide quotes showing significant savings. When he wrote up the new policies, I know the coverage is sound because Jim wrote it. Jim is extremely knowledgeable. I have no doubt he has his customer’s best interest. Lastly, I am old school. It’s extremely frustrating to call my local insurance office during business hours and forced to interact with an automated Voice Response unit before being rerouted to a voicemail box for a call back. It is nice to know when I do call Jim’s State Farm office, it will be answered by one of his professional staff. I wouldn’t even be surprised if Jim answered the call in person. I highly recommend Jim Purcell as your State Farm agent.
