Very disappointing! Since they are no longer a 24-hour pharmacy, the pickup lines have become even longer and slower.Im not sure anymore what the benefit of going there is..Sorry guys, i used to like your place. It was convenient, but unfortunately, it is no more 😕. You gotta make some changes, perhaps open more rows...

Not only is this location staffed with slowest and most incompetent people they are no longer - and haven't been for a month - a 24-hour pharmacy, yet they still advertise themselves as such. Coming in here and having to wait in line for 20+ minutes almost every single time while hearing their queue announcement atate they have 11 calls on hold while the pharmacy people are either spaced out or having a nice chat in the back is enraging, to say the least.

Let's face it: the state of healthcare is a mess right now. But this CVS pharmacy has a knowledgeable, reasonable, insightful pharmacist and some hardworking people doing the best they can to meet the needs of the community, despite all the red tape, complications, tangled technology, and frustrations that are built into the crazy system of doctors, providers, payors, and suppliers being run so clumsily and disjointedly by the various parts of the dysfunctional healthcare corporations. The bottom line is that the members of the pharmacy staff at this location still appear to manage to be as helpful and as cheerful as possible through all of that, with courtesy and respect to customers/patients. Personally, I find that to be impressive.

They have significantly improved their overall service and performance from years past. Their staff is excellent. They are always very kind, and courteous. Furthermore if an issue arises they look to resolve it rather than to just dismiss it or you. Plus their drive through section is a life saver in times like these. I’m very happy to use them and I’d highly recommend them to anyone else.

Visited the store last night around 9pm to pick up a couple of items. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and pleasant. Asked me if I found what I was looking for. Asked how my day was going. And also helped with the a coupon that wasn’t working properly. Keep up the great work!

In-store experience: great. Over the phone: impossible. Nobody picks up the phone for 20, 30, 40 minutes. Every single issue becomes a full-time job. And issues they have - prescriptions that should have 6 months of refills are only refilled ONCE then show "must contact prescriber"; things are not ready when promised; and so on. This is not an isolated incident - it's every time.
