This pharmacy never fills prescriptions without having to call to tell them to do so, even after the doctor has sent it over. Its always "sorry, we'll take care of it next time" but they never do. They will not tell you if your prescription is backordered or unavailable - you have to call to get that information even though CVS is supposed to have an automated system for this...this pharmacy just refuses to use it.Additional caution: if your prescription is back-ordered or out of stock, do not believe them when they tell you that you are "on the list" or that you'll "get a message when it's available". You won't - you'll need to call to get them to actually check and fill it. Better to go elsewhere in that event, no matter how much of a pain it is.Simply awful.

Servuce is always very slow, been waiting 15 min at the drive through while there are only two cars in front of me. Sadly if you know this drive through- you would understand when I say "I am trapped" cant get out of the lane so im forced to wait. CVS Shame on you, get more staff or more efficient staff. Need I mention they are now closed for lunch, and other times as staff feels like closing the drive through or maybe thereis nonkne to cover the bathroom breaks. Several times I drove up, and it was closed. Time for a new pharmacy

Go back to 24 hours please This is ridiculous. So many years of being 24 hours all the sudden you stop.?? There are people that depend on you and on top of it your drive-through window is closed. You do know you’re across the street from the hospital right? Great job the only 24 hour CVS in the area and you close. Unbelievable.

I never had a good experience. Always tell myself I'm never going back yet it's the closest to me so I try again and regret it big time.After making me verify my insurance and calling back doctor and waiting half an hour they tell me it's out of stock....

Giving two stars because there’s a store in here, but the pharmacy is the probably the worst. I didn’t think it’s possible but the wait time has gotten worse since they stopped being a 24-hr pharmacy. Their drive-thru is most of the time closed, and you’d think they’d put up orange cones before you enter the driveway. Nope, you’ll only find out when you drive all they around to see a handwritten sign on the window. And then you get inside and wait for 30-40 mins standing in line for your prescription, which they’re almost always out of stock. Absolute worst. They need to change whoever’s doing their staffing schedule.

This is a trash pharmacy with trash employees. Literally got me, a normally extremely calm person, to break down crying screaming saying I'm poor and on Medicaid so I shouldn't have to pay for my prescription. They chastise you for not being able to afford medications, they never jave basic prescription medications in stock and to your fave the employees are always with an attitude. All this on top of the long wait times and poorM management in general of the store

NOTE still OPENthey are closed half hour between 1:30 and 2:00Just saw people complaining it is just a lunch break!!...pharmacy i got my prescription fast i called in to check wasn't long on phone waiting pickup was smooth I think they have a good system, front lady was nice and helpful and gave me all information I needed

The staff is nice and helpful. The issue there is the wait times for the pharmacy. This past Friday, my doctor sent a prescription into them at 2:30. I got there to pick it up around 6:00 that evening, not only was it not ready, I had to wait an hour to get it, literally took until 7:00. They were totally overwhelmed, phone was ringing off the hook in the back, one of the staff member’s was taking incoming prescriptions from the computer, many people were in line waiting, they need to come up with a more efficient system there

Called 3 times, each time left on hold for 20 minutes. Went to the store and it was understaffed only one technician and one pharmacist. I've worked at CVS's as a technician in much higher profile areas and even we would answer the phones quicker than this location did. Could not even get my medication transferred to another location because they would not answer their phones!

This place has become a disgrace. The Pharmacy never picks up a call, looses refill information, directs you to the wrong products and the inventory is not close to being what it once was. What a terrible place. Taking my business down the road to where the customer is treated correctly. I should have done this years ago. Good by CEO Karen Lynch. Another once great company gone to the dogs by people who couldn’t manage a one car funeral procession.

I was hoping to leave a message for the manager of this particular CVS but I guess I have to settle for a review. Right now it's 320 in the morning and we just came back from CVS that Indian rock. We showed up at 2 AM after a prescription for pain medication has been sent in from the local emergency room for a broken wrist. We waited for 45 minutes while the lone pharmacist waited on a customer at the drive up window, another customer at the counter, and us. Each one of those other customers needed significant and timely insurance information, neither of which they had available. It was only after 45 minutes of watching my increasing frustration did the pharmacist ask the customers in front of me to allow me to go ahead of them. My transaction took a total of four minutes. What I don't understand is why a company as large and, seemingly as intelligent, as a major pharmaceutical chain would allow a single, solitary, pharmacist to be the only professional on staff dealing with computers, insurance information, telephones, drive-up windows, and walk-ins. It seems logical that the one simple thing this pharmacy should be doing is shutting down the drive-up window when there is only one pharmacist on duty. That allows the pharmacist to focus just on what is in front of and not behind him or her. I want to emphasize this was no fault of the pharmacist. This is strictly a managerial issue and I point the blame directly at the people making the decision to keep only one pharmacist on staff at that time running ragged trying to handle multiple points of transaction. If the management wants to contact me about this they have my number in their records.Order for me to post this I have to give it some rating. The one star I gave it his way too generous.

Not the employees' fault but the pharmacy is always understaffed and very rarely can I just get my medicine without an issue. it's the same dosage every month and somehow there is ALWAYS a mix-up. often results in a few day gap between refills and i have to convince them to let me pay out of pocket because they would rather me go without meds for a few days apparently.

Pretty standard pharmacy. The staff at the drive through are nice and helpful. One big problem is that the drive through is at a really awkward angle and that makes it very difficult to pull up near the window. Also if you have a prescription that is ready to pick up they will bombard you with calls until you get it.

I received my second Moderna vaccine this morning. Store and staff clean, friendly and efficient. Waiting on line for 20 minutes then another 15 minutes for post-vaccine observation, I needed to use the ladies restroom. Disgusting and filthy. No toilet paper. No paper towels. No hand dry-blower. No soap. A dirty half-filled sanitizer pump dispenser. Urine or water on the floor around the toilet. Urine on the toilet seat? No garbage bin.

Okay so every time I use that pharmacy, my scripts are never ready. The pharmacy is mostly clueless with a few exceptions. Today was particularly bad though, I was forced to prove my identification in multiple documents when all that's required to pick up a controlled is valid I.d. Recently went in yesterday and today..poor poor service..when asked 3 employees if there was a cashier 4 people on line were told NOT REALLY..BROUGHT $8.99 CARD THAT DIDNT PLAY..WAS TOLD BY EMPLOYEE I WOULDNT PAY MORE THAN $1. They don’t have enough help. What should have been a 5 minute wait took well over an hour. Then they finally told me they didn’t have the medicine, only because I asked. It took them another 5 minutes to tell me the next closest pharmacy didn’t have it either; only because I asked. Finally some called another store 10 minutes away to see if they had it. I drove to the next CVS and they made me wait 20 minutes. Never again. They just lost a customer. I spend hundreds of dollars there. There loss.

I have been calling the pharmacy for over half an hour. No one answers. I called the store and finally get someone to answer and they said that there was a line at the pharmacy. I get transferred to the pharmacy and put on hold again for another 20 mins. Horrible service. I understand they might be busy but how are they not answering phones at all.

Horrendous. Not only did they fill my rx with the wrong medication... the pharmacy staff is also rude, slow, and unprofessional. They are understaffed and incompetent. The store end of this CVS is great, always friendly, but I highly recommend using another pharmacy if you need a prescription filled. Please note, this review is based on several frustrating interactions with this location.

I work late nights so this is the only CVS or sometimes only place in the area that is open to pick up little things that I may need when nothing else is open such as body wash and tooth paste and random things like that. I have to say I used to avoid this place like the plague because I was not a big fan of the service but I am extremely impressed with one of the employees enthusiasm, personality and knowledge of the store. Any time I come in the store, Valerie is always helpful, and informational. I can say I will continue to shop here and CVS you need to keep hiring employees like Valerie. Hard worker and very dedicated to the job!

Pharmacy staff is rude. They Fill the wrong prescriptions and then blame it on the doctor or you. They are going to kill someone with the wrong prescription. I have even called the corporate headquarters. I am going to go to the news media if there are anymore stupid mistakes. They have fgiven the wrong medication to my family members twice this month.
