OMG exactly what Rockland County needed! While they’re not officially open, they are approved to do pop-ups and tonight was a pizza extravaganza. Believe me folks you’re going to want to follow them on Instagram and make sure you don’t miss their menu and their specials. Angelo is an extremely talented chef, and this is going to be his passion project, so I expect nothing but the most amazing Italian food, specialty items, and likely some things you’ve never heard of before, but will quickly become your favorites. Run to this place but first you must follow them on Instagram to know what’s happening and when it’s happening. You heard it here first.

It’s like eating your way from Tuscany, through Roma, then Napoli and Campagna Region all under one roof right here in Suffern NY. The Porchetta and Neapolitan style pizzas are my favorites but always walk away with a new favorite to add to the list. #BuonAppetito
