Dr. Ness is very knowledgeable, answers all your questions and doesn’t rush you. The staff is also very friendly and professional. I took my seven month old puppy there for a check up and they were very thorough and treated her with lots of tlc. I definitely recommend them.

We had to take our cat Cookie to the vet because she had dental problems and it caused her to have an infection. Dr. Ness was very knowledgeable and took care of our cats teeth. The price is very reasonable and her treatment was excellent. I would highly recommend this veterinary hospital ! 🐱

Dr. Ness & staff, Thank you so much for your time and attention these past few years with my senior dog Otis. I cannot recommend Dr. Ness enough. When Otis was diagnosed with a deadly tumor in 2020 Dr. Ness took the time to call me, answer or return every call I ever made to him, no matter the date and time and offered me compassionate guidance through it all. Otis lived longer than expected (15 months!) and just recently passed. It was sudden and our plan to have him go at home was not able to happen. We took him to Dr. Ness on New Years Eve and thankfully they were there and helped us with the most difficult thing we've ever had to do. We are bereft but grateful to this wonderful place for helping us send our baby to the rainbow bridge peacefully and respectfully. We miss you Dr. Ness and know when the time is right we will see you again.

Extremely rude, micro-aggressive front desk/office manager. When I arrived to the door, waited a few minutes before attempting to enter. The staff member without a proper greeting asked why I was there! As if me coming with a dog on a leash wouldn’t be reason enough. Extremely cold experience while there. Especially after declining to spend an extra $200 on testing with an unnecessary list of shots. Very disappointed overall and will not ever return with my precious puppy.This place is not welcoming and made me feel unwanted. The only one member of the office spoke to me during the entire visit besides the actual vet who did not appear genuine either.This is why it is extremely important to seek restorative education and practice diversity within your practice. I wish I never step foot within this establishment.

Dr. Ness is such a caring Veterinarian with an amazing staff who will do anything to help our pets! When I needed my Roxy to he boarded for medical purposes, he accepted her last minute and without any hesitation. I felt so relieved knowing she was in such good hands! Thank you!

Dr Ness is amazing. Gentle and knowledgeable he explains every question he answers to the layman. Great with the animals, was able to clip my cats claws and give him shots and draw blood in under 4 minutes and my cat was not flipped out when he came back to me [I understand a lot of animals do not enjoy this and will cause a fuss so they take the animal out of the room]. Extremely happy with my service, and I recommend him to every animal owner in the area

Had a 2.15 pm appointment, for a limp in her leg, got there 8 mins after due to running late from another appointment. My dog has sever anxiety, had diarrhea getting into car then peed in the car on the way over, was told I have to make another appointment, I apologized for being late and requested due to my dogs major anxiety and leg issues if they can see her.I was told I must make another appointment that’s all they can do.So much for caring for animals. No doctor/ specialist I have even been too had such a policy. Suggested they tell people that on the phone if you are a few minutes late you will be turned away. Staff was very rude to me, another came out yelling at me that I had a 2.15 appointment, yes I did but due to unforeseen circumstances I was 8 mins late. Glad I didn’t have my poor dog go here and that I didn’t spend my money at this place. I

Dr. Ness is the best! I havent encountered another vet of the same caliber or quality. We drive 40 minutes for our visits and it is worth it! Other vets couldnt give us an answer about our lil pup but Dr.Ness listened and gave us a new diet and we havent had any issues since. Petsmart charged us more for a visit and my dog was still not well. You get a better experience and value with Dr.Ness. My family has used AAH for 15+ years, I will drive my fur babies to see Dr.Ness wherever I live!

Dr. Ness is our go to Vet. We have a male marmalade cat, who suffers from urinary issues. In an emergency we brought him to an over night vet, as we noticed signs of urinary issues and in cats this can be deadly if not treated right away. Well we thought after the amount of tests and medications he received, that he would be ok for a year or so like when Dr. Ness treats him. Unfortunately within 2 week he was exhibiting signs again. This time we waited til the next morning and brought him to Dr. Ness. As always Dr. Ness diagnosed and treated our cat, put him on the proper medications and food. An to no surprise Charlie is back to his sweet self again... No longer exhibiting signs of discomfort. We only trust Dr. Ness with the care of our fur children.
