This place kept us waiting a month and half for a basic gas stove, even though the supplier had over 40 of them. They finally showed up to deliver it when we weren't home and then went off the driveway in a half-dozen places.No apology, the driver never came back to fix the lawn, no phone call from the strong and independent female owner, no nothing.And still no stove.

we didn't realize all we needed was a appliance part, spoke to Jenn on the phone she knew exactly what we needed. got the part from her and within the hour I was home and everything was working great. logel appliance once again took care of us, great service as always.

We visited on 3/30/2019 based on recommendations from friends. I'm so very glad we did! Purchased a new washer because my 4 year old non-American big box store one was on a voluntary recall. The staff at the Strykersville location was so helpful and patienct with me as I pondered over my choices. Delivery was on Monday- the delivery/installer team was great. Very efficient and ran through the basic operations again with me! We'll be back for more appliance purchases! Thank you!

We have been so very pleased with the service we have received from everyone at Logels. Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable on the products guiding us toward to product that best met our family's needs. We have purchased a freezer, an oven, a washer and a dryer from them over the past several years. When we had an issue with our washing machine they guided us through dealing with the manufacturer for a resolution. I can't imagine purchasing an appliance anywhere else after the great service we have received from them over the years.

I was referred to Logel Apliances by a friend and what a pleasant surprise to have the lady I spoke to at Logel step me thru what I could try with my refrigerator before they sent someone out and I had to pay a service call/repair charge. What she suggested worked like a charm! It takes an honest business to offer what they did and lose out on a service call. They are my go to place for appliance repair from here on out!

my experience with lovels appliances was a professional one wben tbey realized I was paying cash for all new appliances. about 3 years ago I purchased a new washer, dryer,stove and refrigerator. the only thing that I have left that actually is still working is my refrigerator. I would not and will not recommend logels appliances to anybody that I know. when things started to break they would not even help with warranty work or phone numbers. I can not believe a place like this is still in business.

Nasty people. My wife and two young children were walking down the street in town in N. Java which at the time was a closed road. They some how got around the barricades then almost hit us by just feet! I called and they said "we'll look into it" condescendingly. Should have called the police. They couldn't have cared any less.
