I was visiting the store with my boyfriend who needed a specific battery. The associate in the front named Carlo, had sent us to the back where customer service is. April was the associate who didn’t greet us and disregarded the fact that we needed help. She was gladly helping the white guy and then saw us (people of color) and said she couldn’t help us even though she was at the customer service desk. She then left us without answers or getting other help. I can’t imagine us being the only customers that have been disregarded the same way. Later we went back to Carlo who was very helpful and kind. The manager also was able to help us.

VERY DECENT STORE FOR ORDERING THINGS RELATED TO POULTRY AND LIVESTOCK FOR MY COUSINS WHO LIVE ON SMALL FARMS OVERSEAS.HAVEN'T BEEN INSIDE THE STORE YET BUT MY FRIEND WHO PICKS UP MY ORDERS LIVES A HALF HOUR AWAY FROM THE STORE. HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR HASSLES GETTING MY THINGS. THIS IS A LARGE SPRAWLING SINGLE FLOOR STORE THAT CAN GO TOE TO TOE WITH A HOME DEPOT STORE ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.MY FRIEND WENT THERE A WEEK AGO TO TAKE HIS TIME TO LOOK AROUND, SAYS THERE'S PLENTY OF THINGS TO LOOK AROUND FOR PETS - USUAL CATS AND DOGS ALONG WITH LIVESTOCK SUPPLIES. ALMOST LIKE A HOME DEPOT OR LOWE'S BUT GEARED MORE TO FARMERS AND LIVESTOCK BREEDERS. I REALLY HAVE TO MAKE A TRIP UP THERE BEFORE THANKSGIVING TO CHECK IT OUT FOR MYSELF AND SEE WHAT ELSE I NEED 👍👍.

I was greeted at the Door by gentleman who shook my hand. It was nice to have interactions like this post COVID. I purchased a trailer, Gabriel assisted me the whole way. Kind and courteous. I enjoyed my experience. Will definitely come again!

Love Tractor Supply...1st time going here was last year to pick up food for one of our rescues!! Gibbs was raised on puppy food from here, so we go here for their food now, but it's got lots more!! Whether you have a garden plot or a field of crops , they've got it. Seasonal decorations, funny t-shirts, boots, work clothes, pet supplies, bbqs, supplies to make repairs to farm machinery, your work trucks....and so much more!! The best part...EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT WORKS HERE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, HELPFUL, AND SO FRIENDLY!!!!

Staff is always nice. There was onw night we had bad smoke coming from the Canada wildfires and the lady there was sooooooo nice. Very sweet lady we ended up chatting while she scanned our stuff and my bf ran out to get the car. They're so friendly when ever we go. We recently got chickens and have a pet rabbit so we go there often for food and materials. We also go for my dogs vet check ups and vaccine updates. Tbh idk what we'd do without this store around its pretty well priced compared to target and Walmart for the size of food and quantity of things they have.

Manager Alberto and Cashier Carmen would extremely patient and helpful in facilitating a very complicated order for a zero turn mower. I was trying to capitalize on a financing promo and the clock was ticking on expiration of the offer, so it was urgemt i get the order in. The unit was several thousand dollars, so the financing deal was contingent for purchase. Alberto stayed well past his shift to make sure everything went through despite technical challenges with ordering. Carmen was also bery helpful and patient. At no time did either employee lose their cool and they were pleasant and professional. Manager Alberto also helped me in getting the order delivered when there were issues with the third party delivery service. This location has great staff and i had a great experience there.

Huge selection of animal products for horses, chickens, dogs and even cats! They also have supplies for gardening whether its a flower garden or vegetable garden this is the place to go!You can also order ahead and they'll bring your order out to you! Which is convenient especially if it's big heavy bags of provisions or other such things.They have plenty of parking any day of the week.Staff can be a little curt sometimes, but are extremely knowledgeable about the product that they are selling and worth the time chatting with them!

Unfortunately today, whoever opened on June 19th is not a helpful employee since they can’t even tell me why they don’t do same day delivery in my area... Every store has their Roadie app & can ask a manager to extend the radius… Yet you’re sending me to customer service that has me on hold for 15+ mins.Disappointing for a Monday morning.

I needed pelletized horse bedding in the 40# bags. (I use it as cat litter. It is literally the same product as the pet stores sell, except it is $7.00 a bag, rather than $20.00) I showed the cashier my item on my phone and paid 1, 2, 3. He called someone to load them and they arrived promptly. Can't get better service than this! You can also order online and do curbside pickup!!

Very rude employees. I saw the only cart I could find in the front of the store and it happened to have four bags of pellets on it and that's what I came in for. I asked the guy at the register if I could take that cart and he said yes. I gotba couple other items and went to check out. When I was finally at the register after a long line a female worker came over and saw I had the cart and said that it was pulled for someone else. She took my other items off and very rudely took the cart and said there is a pallet of them outside. I payed for items and went outside to find about 8 bags all with holes in them spillingbout pellets. I took the best ones I could find. They offered no help and had such an attitude.

City girl rented a Home Depot pickup to drive an hour to Stony Point to go pick up 5 cattle panels for her urban garden to make her life-long dream of having an arch covered with vining plants a reality. Was given some incorrect information that the cattle panels could all be tied together to make for easier transport, but it turned out this wasn't possible. An angel named Peter stayed with us while we tried to figure out how we could safely transport these 16' panels so that we wouldn't have to nix our plans or make 3 trips back and forth and was so helpful and patient with us. I really appreciated his can-do attitude and helpful approach. And alas - I now have arches in my garden!! Amazing!

Their website said that they had a product in stock, but when I went to the store ten minutes later they had none. Even a sales associate said that the computer was showing one in stock... not a very friendly sales associate, too, although everyone else I encountered there were friendly.

We went to tractor supply to get a large dog run, as well as accessories for it. (It was modular, so we got the attachable dog house, rotating food and water bins, and cover/roof.) The staff is very friendly and helpful. We used in store pickup, as we had ordered online. A big plus is the online system allows you to pay by PayPal, thus eliminating the need to have to take out a credit card. The store itself is clean and well organized. We ended up buying a few other items in there during our trip. A great plus is that they allow dogs in their stores!
