Do NOT use EMILY! She is so rough with dogs and even her customers. She purposely shaves my dog and then blames it on her being matted when she even tells me prior to the visit she is not matted. Emily also yelled at me for coming on time and not giving her a warning however , I am on to her she does not like this because last time I walked in on her screaming at my poor baby and rough handling them. Lastly, she insinuated that my dog is not well taken care of, and asked if I own a brush.My dog is terrified of her. I even have pictures to prove. My fur baby does not even look recognizable. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BABY WITH HER SHE WILL HARM THEM and leave them bald. Not to mention she literally keeps the dog in the cage for 3 hours a 37 minutes to literally just shave them off bald and unevenly. I can do that in like 5 minutes. I am telling you she is not a good groomer and should be fired. There are others posts on here discussing how she is not professional, please listen to them.

I love taking my Maltese to the Stony Point Pet Supplies to have my dog groomed. Emily Martin has been his groomer for a long time. My dog has anxiety and Emily took the time to get to know him and work around his anxiety. He always looks like a stuffed animal when she is done grooming him. FIRST TIME HERE TAKING ROCCO FOR SPA AND NAIL CUTTING. We were concerned at first of how he would react. Laura reassured us and made us feel soo comfortable and at ease. She texted us and let us know there was a cancelation and we could bring Rocco sooner. Rocco did great! We are soo happy with the whole experience! This will be our go to place for Rocco! Thank you soo much Laura for making this such a great experience for us and Rocco! He looks sooo cute! Thank youu!!!

Recently moved to the area, found this place. Went straight to the grooming section and Emily was very professional and attentive even as she was busy grooming. Never neglecting the dog she was working with. She provided me info and I quickly was able to schedule an appt. I did not feel like I was waiting for anyone to acknowledge my presence. Great customer service by Emily and Sammy who did the grooming for my dog and the staff at the register. The place has good products and Reasonable pricing and my dog came back looking cute.

I have two Cheweenies, 11 and 12 years old. One of them is extremely afraid of nail trimming. She is a sweet dog, but she has joint pain and her demeanor has changed recently when she is stressed to the point of nipping. Sammy (Samantha) Baez, the groomer at Pet Supplies Plus in Stony Point, NY had every reason and right to say she could not trim my little one’s nails. But instead she worked with me to make it happen (keeping my dog’s legs at a comfortable angle due to her joint pain which was not easy!). This may sound small, but when my dog’s nails are too long, they cause her even more pain and affect her gate. I cannot say how much her efforts meant to me! I gave her a tip of $20, but it should have been more. There are so many people providing amazing service for which they are paid less than they deserve. Sammy is a talented professional!

Very good service in this store. Staff has knowledge of any kind of pets. Prices were good and they had a clearance section. I'm not a per person but now that I have a dog everything I learn about her is from reading and this store's staff.

I bring my big of love here for grooming and the to buy them their food and treats and it’s always a great expirience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can find almost anything and everything and if not available they will order for you if able. My dogs like their food. But we and they always carry fresh goat milk

After coming home from a weekend stay in New Orleans, Diamond, my adolescent corn snake, had been surprised to see me back home. It was a silly mistake of me trying to handle her first thing back but Bryonna had reassured me that everything will be okay! With over the phone communications & in person expertise, Bryonna assisted me immensely throughout my process & would recommend anyone with a snake that has questions to reach out to the store.

was walking through the store and overheard one of the groomers yelling at the dog on their table. she was very loud and nasty. went closer to see and the womans shirt said her name was Emily. she had glasses, face piercings, and was heavyset. poor dog. i wouldnt trust her with any dog. she was very rough with it too.. they shouldnt allow her to work with animals. anyone who knows dogs can tell you that yelling at them only makes it worse. i dont know why they would have someone like that working there. it was very upsetting.

only thing they do right is price match and that’s only if they have what you need. Came in for frozen rats they said they order when they run out and could be a week or 2. Like who is in charge here with there inventory because you don’t wait to run out of anything before restocking. Now I have to leave again empty handed. I figured a couple days. They were out a couple weeks ago when I came in. They need to figure out what there doing but I’m done with this place. What good is it to have a pet store when they have nothing for you. And I have multiple different species of animals so they haven’t come through for anything really.

I took my dog today for grooming. I am so happy with Samantha, she was so professional, kind and care about my dog. Other places did not want to take him because he was too big or old. However pet supplies took him with open arms, love it. I will recommend this store to my friends

First time hearing of this store in a Google search this month. Needing a frozen food, online only (so I thought) product, I found out about this store. And to my delight there's a local store in my area! They were courteous and helpful and delivered my order as promised. Pleasant people and a really good experience. Just placed another order as my dog is unwell and I can't leave her to go shop for her food. My local Pet Supplies Plus will be my primary go to for my dog's needs.

The place is always crowded with shopping carts full of boxes and its hard to navigate through the store.They likely still reprint customer receipts to fill out the reviews for themselves to skew the numbers. One of my best friends used to work there and thats what they had her do as a supervisor.Really dishonest people with no integrity.And that blimp karen is still in there, shocker, she was always so rude to myself and my child- pretending to do work while actually hiding in the office eating snacks

I had my dog groomed by Diana last weekend and she did a great job! My dog smelled and looked amazing! She was very kind and understanding of my needs and wants. She took the time out to explain to me the different packages and helped me understand what would be best for my dog. Diana was very patient. I even checked up on my dog without her knowing and saw her giving my dog kisses and reassurance. This definitely made me feel at ease. I have found my new groomer from now on! There was another groomer there that I heard yelling at the dog she was grooming. She had blonde and red hair with glasses so I would just be cautious. I will make sure to ask for Diana when I need my dog groomed.

If i could give this place negative stars i would. What a terrible place. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE, unless you’re into some form of torture. Yesterday we brought my dog here around 12:30pm and we called twice to ask if he was ready for pickup. Repeatedly we were told “no”. Eventually we decided to go and found my dog sitting in a cage. Who would leave a dog like that? Do not recommend.

I washed my dog there . The staff is friendly , but be for warned. It can get busy we some aggressive looking dogs. If you use your head issues can be prevented. I will most likely go every month. Her coat is soft and shiny. Most of all she smells great!

This place is amazing! Everyone is nice and helpful. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and they are very knowledgeable. The grooming department is FANTASTIC! They do an AMAZING job and are so nice! The store has a great variety of choices and you can even ask if they can special order things for you. They go above and beyond to keep customers happy. They also have great prices and will price match major retailers. I LOVE THIS PLACE!
