This place is a mess, The items are cheep (well that is expected) but do a better job at stocking the items. I always dread coming here also sometimes the shelves are completely empty! Do not recommend.

Always find some great finds in this new Dollar Tree location & the staff for the most part, are some of the nicest people I've ever met working in a store in AGES at this specific locations Dollar Tree store!!! Understaffed for a Saturday, tried to get balloons inflated and there were only 2 cashiers who told me that they’ll get someone to help me. me and a couple other customers were waiting for balloons for a pretty extensive time so i put matters into my own hands and inflated the balloons myself since i know how to inflate them and i didn’t wanna annoy out the already overworked staff. then the MANAGER came out of her office and told me that i shouldn’t do that and that i needed to get a cashier.WHY WASNT THE MANAGER HELPING AT THE REGISTERS?!POOR EMPLOYEES ARE GETTING OVERWORKED WHEN THE MANAGER IS JUST SITTING AROUND LIKE NOTHING WAS GOING ON?!DO BETTER MANAGEMENT!!

This place needs to be CLEANED. .. Every time I come in here there's stuff scattered everywhere, not in order or its on the floor. You think that managers and if it's not too busy, cashier's can help clean and put the stuff back on the shelves where they belong. If I can take fives minutes of my time and clean before I leave, they can take the time and do the same. It's a Dollar Store not 5 and 10 KEEP IT CLEAN.

This Dollar Tree always looks disheveled. Items are always thrown everywhere, empty shelves are filthy, and one day I visited garbage bags were given to put purchases in. There is always one cashier at the register no matter the length of the line. This location needs new management or someone that will help clean it up. Its insulting to customers in the area. People should stop shopping there until they get it together. This store is a far cry from when it first opened.

I always prefer going to this Dollar Tree in West Haverstraw. They always seem to have what I need and aren't as messy as the Middletown, Ny Dollar Tree. But they are very empty and even though trying to restock they don't have enough staff. I did see they are hiring so that is a bonus if someone is looking for a job. They have a table located in front with how to apply and what the benefits are.

The cashier was very respectfull. Very polite and helpfull . I was very impressed how very educated and polite and clean . I congratulate the owners for having such a very well proffesional young gentlement . He looks like Hispanic about 5' 9" about 160 lbs light skin green eyes with short draids.To him all my Respects and thank you so much for your services. He is very welcome in our first responders EMS world. Tha is the type of men that are welcome

Good, convenient location with a wide variety of things. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's the only one of only four dollar trees in the county WITHOUT a frozen/refrigerator section.

I like dollar tree.but it's always a mess and they are never coupon friendly.they are under staff and that's why the store always looks a mess. The employees are helpful and nice but it's hard to rumage through items.

Im not sure what yall where expecting its a dollar store. Try being the only person scheduled and juggle cashiering, stocking, cleaning etc. maybe if people weren't so savage and had basic manners this place wouldn't look so disheveled.

I was lucky & satisfied to find 16" Bamboo Skewers at this store. I' ve been in several supermarkets & they don't have them.

Decent enough place to shop if you're working on a budget. Place changed since the pandemic. Something you have to get used to. Check out this place if you're working with a budget.
