I ordered some Tecuma No Matta from them in January and have gotten nothing but the run around ever since. First it was shipping issues so I was patient. Then after 4 months asked for a refund. More run around. Been almost two more months and still no refund. DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS from them. This has happened to a few groomers I know. Very unfortunate. I would have bought that spray the rest of my grooming career and I was always recommending it. 😞

This store provides the best environment for all your pets needs. I have shopped here since they opened last year. I can't find a better spot for all my fur babies/scales too.

Complete scam artist, this is a pet store banking your hard earned money and donations on personal bills, houses cars all paid off because people like you donate to them!!’ Beware this is a terrible place .....
