I was pleasantly surprised by the selection here. It's a tiny grocery store and deli disguised as a gas station.All of the staff I have encountered are very nice and helpful.Many of the prices are simply horrendous, though. You can find some reasonably-priced things, but the produce prices are especially obscene. I guess they do this because they know they've got some of the only produce for miles, especially in the dead of winter. I can't believe I paid 2 bucks for one red onion. Things like that.At the deli, they have a great hot food bar that is sold by the weight. It's not cheap, but it's good. I can squeeze two servings/meals out of a 13-14 dollar container of food. They also always have two soups that are self-serve.I found some unique and delicious cheeses here as well.Overall, I am thankful this place is nearby while I am in town for 3 weeks. There are not a lot of grocery options within 30 minutes of where I'm staying.

I love having the Daves market in our small area. Kenney, with the help of his family and local employees, keeps the store super clean and friendly. With the availability of fresh produce, meat, vegetables, dairy, any house items one would want, and a selection of all different beer and liquor. This store is a one-stop shop I would recommend anyone to check out! To get a quick sandwich, from the deli or buying all you need to cook a nice dinner, this store is a choice place to shop.

I don't typically take the time to review a pit stop, but this place smelled awful, which was especially surpring given the only toliet was a porta john outside and around the corner.

I was vacationing nearby, and quite honestly this store was the most welcoming place I'd ever been.Besides a great selection of goods and amazing service the folks at Dave's even helped me fine a nearby state park that my family loved!One last note, big shout out to the deli department at Dave's Market. The woman who helped us, made the best sandwiches (breakfast and lunch). She even finished our order despite having a dislocated shoulder while waiting for the EMT arrive.If I'm ever in the area again I know where I'm stopping.

While out enjoying our UTVs we stopped for lunch. Our group got a bunch of different things to eat. I had a chicken parm sub and it was great. I have never had a sandwich with so much chicken on it. The coleslaw was also fresh and tasty. My wife got a ham sandwich which she also enjoyed. They have lots of hot specials and everything looked really good. Stop on for some great food.

I like it that it's a little grocery store in town. It is cute. The hot buffet food they have is always very good it definitely does not disappoint. I think 25 cents for a bag is outrageous though.

I came here on 3 June and a female cashier followed me around the store like I was a criminal. I'm not sure why she did that, but it made me feel very uncomfortable. I won't be back.

They are a Local convenience store. Including gas and Kerosene, and diesel. With also deli,, including sandwich meats hot homemade hot foods rotisserie chicken if it's not sold out already and lots of items you don't usually find. It stead of the junk you will find at the chain store down the road. Yes they have junk food for those so desiring. Nice friendly people. Hey give them a try.

While we all love the idea of a good small-town grocery store, this one has a lot of work to do. Every time I go here I find moldy and rotten produce, and I seem to pull "fresh" baked goods from the shelf to hide mold from other customers quite often. The hot bar food and the deli tend to be decent for the most part.

This place is the definition of a small town grocer who values their interactions with the local public. I pulled in at 9am on my way to Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort and was impressed to see a huge deli counter and quite extensive menu with breakfast and lunch options. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese and was happy to see the bacon fresh cooked on a flattop grill. Decided to grab lunch while there and went with the New Lebanon sub which for 9.99 blew my mind as it weighed over 2lbs!! Lady at register was very friendly and will definitely be doing business with this respectable establishment in the near future.

They will most likely have what you need if your staying at the Vacation Village resort and do not want to drive 20 minutes to Target or Walmart. I was able to get some fresh vegetables, but pickins were slim. The staff were super friendly though.

Great hot food for those days when dinner just isn’t going to happen. We love the eggplant parm, shepherd’s pie and rotisserie chicken. Appreciate them being open a little later than other businesses in the area too!

A nice, friendly community market. All employees are very respectful and compassionate to their customers. They remember your name when you come back (I was extremely surprised when the owner himself rang me out and remembered my name from a previous visit) Also, extremely convenient for a town that requires you to drive 25 mins to another state (Massachusetts) or 25 mins to the closest market in New York. I absolutely recommend Dave's Market & Gas to anybody thats looking for reasonable prices and an uplifting environment to do their grocery shopping.*Edit: The deli is absolutely amazing.
