For a place that has all the products locked up and\or with some kind of extra security measures, they have nothing to buy. Lots of empty shelf space and a lack of variety for the products that are there. It's become as if Walgreens, especially this location, is operating with the trader Joe's \ sam's club model; having a very narrow selection for a variety of things. Only offering select brands and options.

Bad customer service but mostly at the pharmacy which is surprising. I feel awful for their lack of compassion. Awful attitudes especially the pharmacist who have been working prescribing our medicine for years now. Very sad

WELL IT WAS A NICE PLACE AND THEN THEY CHANGED THE STAFF AND YOU ARE TREATED LIKE YOU ARE A PROBLEM AT THE PHARMACY AND THEN THE FRONT COUNTER THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD TO THE CUSTOMER!!! BUT I AM GOING TO CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT PLACE....??????????????

I transfered my scripts to walgreens, big mistake. The people walk around like zombies. Slow and aimlessly I will be switching my scripts to another pharmacy. The line is long 1 person at checkout.

I recently switched pharmacies from CVS to Walgreens and was very hesitant and nervous due to the reviews written on here… once I came to pick up my prescription I was greeted by Mariglen my attitude toward the pharmacy instantly changed. He made the process so easy and made sure I knew all information needed and it was an experience I will never forget !!! Thank you Mariglen !!!

Terrible Service. Pharmacy is absolutely clueless. Tompkins branch closed was forced to go to this one. Screwed up all my refills every month since I went there. I get 8 to 10 refills per month.Last time I go to pick up my prescriptions they tell me one prescription for some reason didn't go through and one they were out of.While I'm there they tell me it's now going through and it'll be ten minutes. I wait 40 minutes and finally ask how much longer?? They tell me they're out of both and to come back in two days! Yet sitting right in front of them. 5 people back there, no one says anything to me while I'm waiting.I come back in two days to pick up the two prescriptions. They then tell me one needs a refill authorization from the doctor and he never called them back and we don't have any info about a second prescription you needed?? I told them forget both of them. I am NEVER returning to this Horrible Branch!! Just the Absolute Worst Pharmacy I have ever been to!!!

this blonde / brown haired old women at the pharmacy counter is so rude it’s unbelievable. Shes rude to everyone. Don’t work with people if you don’t want to talk to them. She ignores you, Talks to others asks he tries to “help you”.

their phone manner is horrendous at the pharmacy. This one particular person speaks answering your question and don't give you a chance to finish sentence and hang up on you assuming that you have no more questions. Besides this person everyone else is really nice and patient.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. They are very snobby and take their sweet time doing everything. They never answer the damn phone so I barely know when my prescription is ready to be picked up. It’s so aggravating. Hate it here. Makes getting my medicine a nightmare.

Worst walgreens experience ever. I was an intern there for about 2 months. Some of the staff there were very snobby and shady. Everything was so unorganized. I can't even tell you how many customers have said that i was one of the best people that worked there and complaining that everything was unorganized. I would never suggest you to go there.

Its April 11th,well into Covid and Walgreens Pharmacy department is still has not out safety measures in place at their pharmacy dept. The CC keypad is being used by sock people and they dont have any disenfectant wipes still. I bring my own but the people before me who were sick didnt. Its disgusting. Close this place down.

The service at this pharmacy is horrible! It took few hours for them to receive the prescription. Then they made me wait more than 2 hours to prepare it. They're understaff and completely uneffetient. AVOID IT!!

This Walgreens always has a line and stuff is always all over the place. Rarely, do they have the advertised items in stock. They have one or two cashiers and the pharmacist in the back are the only people on staff. I have yet to see anyone walking around and stocking up shelves or organizing things.

Pharmacy is a horror show. You have to do there job for them. If you don’t call about your prescription they will never call you. Take your business elsewhere

Slow service in the pharmacy, understaffed and a slow system. I was never notified the first time I tried to refill that it was completed so I tried, and again. Finally I saw through insurance it was filled but never got confirmation from Walgreen's
