Fast and friendly service. Always a greeting when I walk in. This has been my prime pet store for the last two years I've had my dog. The workers are knowledgeable about their products, and they all show a genuine concern for my best friend's well being, especially after vet visits when I go there to find the perfect item or treat to make her more comfortable. I will always go to Rosalbo's, and I encourage all to do the same. FIVE STAR 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Wish I could give 6!

Cons: When asked advice on how to go about starting up a tank the man in the fish section treated us as if he was the too knowledgeable/ high and mighty to be bothered wth beginner questions and we should be greatful to even be in his store. He barely gave us his full attention and choose to clean up rather then stop and focus on his customers. Only learned information We needed through his bragging.Pros: friendly counter girls. They were quick to help and very polite.Very organized and clean store.Fish guy knows his stuff about fish but he himself can be a bit abrasive.

Fish guy was not friendly nor helpful at all. It was suppose to be a fun experience for my granddaughter we walked out with just two snails. I agree with the guy who said he's racist. Never again and would never recommend.

Decided to go with my family to buy some fish. We did not feel welcome walking in. The older guy in the fish section was extremely rude. Didn't seem like he wanted to help at all, or even sell fish at that. I will not be returning here ever again. Such a bad experience.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, variety of products is impressive, and they will order what you need if they don't carry it. They even let me block the driveway while I shopped. Will definitely return

Horrible experience with the manager EP at this store. I asked what the return policy was as I purchased an item. His response was that there was a 48 hour refund policy with a receipt. I tried to return my item an hour later that same day with my receipt and EP did not give me a refund because I paid with a credit card. Instead he gave me a hand written store credit. I returned a few days later to purchase an item with my store credit. EP would not allow me to use part of the credit. He said it had to be used all at once. Shady place, buyer be ware.

They completely out of stock, if anything you need needs to be ordered. Stuff is unprofessional and doesn’t know their product. Use to be good store but right now I think it’s time for them to go out of business and close these door as some greedy kid is running this business and looks like he does not care at all about their clientele.

I found the staff to be courteous and helpful. The store seemed to have a good selection of products and foods, although I couldn't find the food my cat usually eats.

If my dog had lived they might have got a higher rate. I think i was mislead about how my dogs operation went was told hes doing great the evening after the minor operation the same thing in the early morning wanted to go and visit him and within 1 hour got 2 calls and was told he got asperation pneumonia and then he died...thought it was kind of odd either way my healthy dog is dead. I was told this could be a problem of the surgery but i think it was downplayed and 4 thousand dollars plus later and a dead dog.

A pretty big and what looks to be a family owned pet store that actually has alot of stuff you wouldn't find at a Petco or PetSmart. I recommend at least checking this place out...
