The groomer was so caring with my dog Max. When dropped off he left with ease and followed the groomer inside. We received a good report. Max was so clean and smelled amazing. Definitely will take Max there again.

I brought my 8 month old Shih Tzu puppies to get groomed. The woman at the counter was combative and not listening to my requests. She insisted that my dog be shaved down my dog, had a few mats that I had cut out and she said that it would not blend and was concerned for her name being put on what she called a ridiculous haircut anyway, I did not wanna argue and said do whatever but please maybe leave her face longer . My dog came out almost skinned . I had to put a sweater on her . The haircut was $100 ok so my other puppy who had a few mats behind her ears I said please leave hair on her . Again DID NOT LISTEN said sure and then my dog was shaved down . I asked for round they were squared looking like a schnauzer cut. So disappointed and dissatisfied. I would never bring them there again so $200 I said thank you & left no need to argue when clearly they just don’t listen or have the expertise for a nice cut .

I chose the basic bath for my dog , but they tried to get you some add on without telling you and let you sign the paper. Be careful of what they give you to sign before the grooming. They didn’t even check the vaccination records before the grooming but they are supposed to do which make me wonder if they have a safety environment. My dog was still wet after 2.5 hrs of service and the nail wasn’t trim at all. I hope people really check their dog after the service and let others know how the staff work in this facility.

Not many options of fish and reptiles. Wasn't too please with the decor selections either.But the great thing is, they sell live worms. My Snake Urby loves his food alive. Lol and we did find most of what was need to for a starter fish tank.
