I used to love it here but customer service has gone down hill. The best manager and employees have left, and what's left is lacking greatly. I shop here multiple times a month, but since I am a regular it seems I no longer get good treatment, specifically from manager John. I waited for over 30 min today but was told he was too busy trying to make a big fish tank sale. It's sad that he is a money chaser instead of treating regulars well. Don't advertise timed events if no employee can run them. And find someone who doesn't make snide comments and has a temper issue to run your store.

Very helpful employees. A good selection. Fair prices. Plenty of reasons to go to PetSmart on Belmont Street. Last time I went I was going to make a purchase and the trainer happened to be working the register as I was leaving and help me make the proper purchase for my pet.

I will be using this Petsmart from now on. I really like the variety in their fish section. I went in and easily found what I was looking for. And when I needed help, there was an associate named Pat that went above and beyond to help me. I asked him for help while he was with another customer and he came and found me when he was done. I wasn't sure which filter cartridge was right for the type of filter I had and he helped me find the right size. I appreciate his help and patience. Thanks again, Pat!

Great store and great people working there. This is our go-to place for anything for the cat or dog. Everybody is very helpful. Membership card always offers perks and discounts. We are doing training classes for our puppy Sammie here. Sally is the best. Great trainer and salesperson. She shows a genuine interest and love towards our Sammie.

They have beautiful betta fish. Great selection. Some employees are very knowledgeable, while others know very little. I suggest you do your own research prior to shopping. The live aquarium plant selection was limited, but nice, and a mo th later they're thriving. They have limited live feed options for tropical fish (flightless fruit flies, and ghost shrimp). Reptiles are ALWAYS on "sale". They have cats for adoption (*high fee) only sometimes, call first.

I’m absolutely appalled with this place. This is the third week in a row our classes have been cancelled. I understand that the trainer quit and that isn’t the fault of the store but it’s completely unacceptable that they didn’t call us prior. THREE WHOLE WEEKS of cancellations with no call or notice for a class we spent $120 on. Now out puppy is 3 weeks behind in training and we can’t sign up for any at other facilities because they already started. How do you run a business when you clearly have no respect for the owners or their pets. Especially when we were promised the new trainer was hired and classes were finally starting, and then we call this morning to find out tonight classes are cancelled. Now we’re being told they Are having a temporary trainer come Sunday to do a class which we can’t attend because I work on Sunday afternoons, we specifically chose these classes because they fit our schedule. Not even an offer for a refund, and no additional timeline to when the classes may start now. I would really never shop at this petsmart since again their customer service and care of their customers is so non existent. Do yourself a favor and find another place to go.

I love when I can afford to shop at PetSmart it's cheaper than Petco but still a little bit too much money for my budget but when it comes to my animals they come first so always end up spending the money anyways they have a good variety and lots of Specialty Foods and treats for all sorts of animal including my dog also they have a very large selection of reptiles and fish and plenty of toys for all animals would recommend this place

They have a great selection of just about everything for almost any kind of pet. I'll be a little more pricey than Walmart? Absolutely that's to be expected. If you really care about your pet do you really want to give them 2nd rate food? Spend the extra $ and either go here or your local pet shop.

Love the place!! I sometimes i just go to get information. Just recently not by choice of my own(blame the kid lol) i purchased a fish. With no knowledge of aquatic animals i going in , coming out i had more than enough to start my pet owner journey

Friendly staff especially in the fish department, I love the quality of guppies they have especially the females. Wish they sold red cherry shrimp tho and had a better aquarium plants options to pick from. For guppies and endlers or live bearing aquarium fish their hands down better then any other pet chain around because they actually order strains and not just assorted/mixed guppies that have no value to most. Hopefully they get even bigger volume in guppies or liver bearing in future. Large choices to pick from in all your pet food and toys. Fish department is fantastic for supplies. Only annoying this is when you call you’ll be lucky to have your call answered but it’s an overall great place to go shop for pets.

Pet Smart has been a good place in my heart for a long time and I love the people that works at Pet Smart in Brockton. Plus I adopted my cat Austin at Petsmart in Brockton as well. They are the best store ever!

My little Shih Tzu loves this store!Dog friendly. Great variety of food for anything that crawlies, swims, fly's, or walks! Staff loves animals and it shows. Grooming is first rate. Gift this place a try!

For some background, we are 5, 17-18 year old honors and AP English students working on a group project, and for a short break, we thought that some animals might cheer us up. We decided to go to PetSmart where I could also buy a Christmas gift for my dog, Casper. As soon as we entered you could tell that we were profiled for our age as one certain woman, who may have been the manager, had her employees detail us at the fish wall because we were children. Yes, we could hear her request help with the "bunch of children at the fish wall." Later, I had finally gotten in line to pay for my goods. My 4 friends went to discover more of the store to which she scolded "this is not a playground." It seems to me, she was bitter at us for having the child-like wonder and happiness that their pets obviously are not treated to. I hope she learns kindness and her employees have the perseverance to deal with her. I will take my business elsewhere for all of my future pet needs.

I can't speak on all the the employees but the girl who assisted me was courteous and knowledgeable they had well stocked aisles and healthy looking animals for sale better than the local petco

If I could rate a zero I would. Whoever is charge of deciding which breeds are allowed should be ashamed of themselves. Banning the Pit Bull breed from a Doggy Day Camp is a P.O.S. move. I hope they end up out of business. Aside from this discrimination their pricing is outrageous! But this news about the ban is something I will NEVER shop there again for. I have three different animals and I have made purchases there and donated money to whatever causes they need money for. I wish I never did. This place should be boycotted and run into the ground!

HORRIBLE i was told my bearded dragons injured tail would fall off by staff, little did i know i fell in love with him but 3 days later had to pay 110$ in vet fees to treat his infected tail.. horrible they neglected this poor dragon and did not give him the treatment he was supposed to receive.

It needs to be cleaned up a little....have to say Petsense the new store in Hannafords Plaze in Easton has great customer service and carries most of what is needed. Will be doing my shopping there...great personal experience.
