Absolutely. Great as a matter of fact, I just opened up a well. I took my dog there for they are now my new vet. They have the vets, the hospital. They do everything their operation. Whatever you need is right there. They even have daycare for the dogs. The people that worked there were absolutely great. The doctor was great, the vet was great. Everything was wonderful

It's the first time that I went there with a bunch of people from The JCC. It was on a Thursday and I was very unfamiliar with the place.🤨 When I went in this place it has it all. There was birds fish cats and dogs. Also they were guinea pigs too. And all the way in the back they have this hotel day care center for dogs. There was also one for cats too. I looked in the window and there were a bunch of dogs playing around. Some of them were Huskies and rottweilers. But I didn't see no golden retrievers. It had this zoo feeling when I came in the store and I like it. I would like to come here again just so I can see the cats and the dogs. I recommend you go to this place if you want to find something for your pet.🐱🐶👍

I was told to call the following day after visiting to see if a prescription food came in. When I called the staff member on the phone was so rude stating they do not do sku checks. I let her know a manager told me to call and she had a terrible attitude. It is also beyond ridiculous to have entry doors that are not always open. Having to walk with 2 kids & 9 months pregnant all the way around through the roof garage is more than some are able to walk. The level of care/ customer service in this location has become nonexistent.

My dog got marijuana poisoning that lasted 24+ hours of symptoms (vomiting,gagging, lethargy, lack of response, weakness, limping, tics, shivering, low body temperature, no appetite, no muscle tone, slow movement, dehydration, and more ) and a day long admission to pet urgent care. They were in denial but she could not have consumed substances outside of the pets hotel within the time frame. There must be changes that impact the integrity of the workers and/or the sanitary efforts of this location. This will remain a big shock for the remainder of my dog's life. On top of this, some minor mistakes were misplacing her bed and losing her treat bag (week's worth of treats for the rest of the week that I specifically asked that it remained in the bag even if they don't use it due to treat policies). They did not report what food she had or bathroom use, unlike other petsmart locations. They said she was "nervous" or "sad" the whole time. LVT said she was very dehydrated on top of being intoxicated.

Dealing with the groomer Xenlia C. Is absolutely the worst experience ever! She is not capable to do her job. She refused to take my pet because she doesn’t know how to read a veterinary report! Really disappointed PetSmart have this kind of people working there. Not to mention her hands are full of mail fungus.

Today December 26th was my FIRST time visiting this location I usually go to the Forest Ave location but they were sold out of what I needed. The first thing I see is the disgusting floors. There was water lines all over the store floor, if people would've fell it would have been an extremely large lawsuit. I'm not sure if an employee was dragging something and did not notice but it was a safety hazard for employees and customers. No wet floor signs, no one mopping during my 20 minutes of shopping. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Absolutely wonderful! The workers in theHotel are such kind and caring people ! When my puppy Swayze had a seizure they were proactive brought him to Banfield to have him checked out and called me right away. (Seizures are not common for him)when I arrived balling my eyes out waiting in the room for the doctor to speak to me almost every hotel associate came to see me and console me. I cannot express how grateful I am to them all ! Angelina is a saint and I’m thankful to everyone!

Super! We came for the first time to PetSmart for Shiba Inu grooming: bath and brush with FURminanor to reduce shedding, and Shibas are shedding horribly, I can say it was worth to come! Thank you Bradley for your awesome job! 🤩

PetSmart should hire a person whose job it is to provide coverage for the front desk of grooming and daycare intake at all times. No multitasking. No disappearing in the back. The front desk should never be left unmanned. When I got there a couple was there with their dog, grumbling that they had been waiting too long. From the time I walked up, they'd waited 15 minutes before someone came from the back. When the woman was done taking their dog I called to her, "Hi I'm here to --" and the woman just walked to the back and let the door shut behind her. I was standing at the grooming section, and I find it difficult to believe she did not see or hear me. Another two women were grooming a dog and it was as if they were in front of a one-way mirror (instead of a window) and couldn't see a customer trying to get their attention. I paid $500 for daycare and grooming and I waited 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I existed. The phones kept ringing and no one came to answer them. I even called to see if that would lure someone to the front desk, but nope! A nice gentleman finally came from the front area into the back and assisted me. This is terrible customer service! Having said that, Anthony, the groomer, did a FABULOUS job grooming my dog and he was courteous and professional. The young lady who did my initial intake for daycare was always professional, attentive and kind (unfortunately she was not there today) and it appears the dogs in the hotel are well taken care of. I would take my dog back, but I hope PetSmart hires another staff member to ensure excellent customer service.

Amazing place!! Best place to shop for all ur pets needs & there is no safer place at Petshotel to leave ur pet overnight or multiple nights. They treat ur pet like their own & that's what makes them so awesome!!

There was a travel bowl showing in stock on the website. I needed this bowl to meet the travel requirements for The staff just shrugged. Petsmart I went to in NJ was quick to help me and showed me that this specific bowl was with the crates but not with the bowls. If Hylan had taken 60 seconds to look or ask someone... they could have saved me a trip.

I took my Siberian Husky - Toby for a bath and brush Furminator.He is constantly shedding.Now he looks so beautiful and well groomed.Anthony his groomer took great care of my dog. And did an excellent job on his fur.Thank you Anthony.Dominic and Toby

The area for the dogs day care is not that clean,they are short of staff so I always wonder how good they take care of the dogs when left there for a day or days.

Sick Animals!. Dead animals! The birds are curled up clearly Shaking and nearly falling off the porch. Very sad and disgusting. Nothing is being done and more birds will die soon.I wish I could attach video of the poor birds shaking and suffering badly. Very heartbreaking.

When you visit store and you see sticker show buy 1 second 1 50% off make sure you take a picture otherwise they would said oh let me check and when the time they go check they took off the discount sticker and come to you said they were never on discount!! Do you really think we are all blind??

Went to this location to set up daycare for Loki, a 5 month old mixed breed. Excellent with all people, children & animals of every kind. When asked for a picture, i was turned down because he looks like a pitbull. Excuse me? 1st of all, that's putting a bad label against a breed, 2nd of all it's a boxer mix that the vet thinks is great dane. Are they kidding me? Putting a bad label on an animal? & they pretend to love all animals. Come on now!! I'm furious

Giving it 2 stars because of the the three people who did that Santa pictures for my 9 mother old puppy and were amazing with her they even got her to smile for the picture. But I really want to give the company -10 for them telling me she can't go to day camp because she's a pitbull but the Australian Shepherd who was growing and trying to take his general lead off to get at other dogs in the store is aloud to go to day camp with no problem. Do better petsmart how do you so love for all pets and animals but let still so hate to some breeds

I would not use this locations pick up at store option. This all started when my order was accidently sent to the hylan location. After recieving my ready for pick up order email i called to make sure it was actually there due to me originally ordering the item to forest ave.. when i called i was sent to 4 different departments and i was put on hold for about 40 minutes in total. Once i was sent to the correct person i was told that my order was not there and that they were sold out. When i asked them why i was sent a reqdy to pick up message i was told that they picked the wrong item originally. I was then told that they are refunding me but this is unfair. I would have preferred a gift card because now i have to wait a few days for the refund to be processed. Im in a emergency situation my fish tanks filter is broken and i need to replace it immediately. If i knew ordering from petsmart would cause me this much of a hassle i would have just went somewhere else

The store is very well stocked and clean. The staff is always very helpful and kind. Highly recommend going to this place. They also have in-house Veterinary service should you need that.

The entrance doors have been broken for weeks forcing customers to walk upstairs along a very deserted area. Not worth the risk with the crime increase overall. I'll take my business elsewhere until the problem is fixed. A big corporation can't fix sliding doors for weeks???? Ridiculous!

I think this place has staffing issues because shelves are often out of stock and half empty, doesn't seem like they are restocking fast enough. People who do work there are nice enough except for the life of me I cannot understand why there are never any shopping carts at the entrance... Even when store is empty

This PetSmart store is very convenient since the store has a lot of supplies. Although I have not used these services, it is also nice to know that PetSmart has an animal hotel and an animal hospital.

Store is good. Cleanliness can be better. Staff is in short supply and take a very long time to attend to you if the store has many customers. Betta fish seems to be mishandled poorly; I've seen so many dead bettas in their cups. Supply on reptile feed is limited.

I prefer this store over others on the island. You can visibly see the animals are well cared for here. Their habitats are always clean, they look healthy and happy. The store always smells fresh &clean and its always fully stocked as well. The staff is polite and efficient.
