If I can give it 0 stars I would, I booked an appointment for a wash and nail trim with Lisette. Just to be turned away, not even two minutes into the session she came out and complained saying my kitten was being aggressive and hissing mind you my kitten is only 8weeks old he’s a baby. They also have clear/glass window where you can watch and I saw my kitten just sitting down I didn’t see where he was being aggressive. This lady was just being extra. & I’ve washed it a couple of times and he’s never acted in any sorta of way. If I personally knew he had this type of behavior I wouldn’t bring him to someone else to get a nail trim. I wouldn’t jeopardize someone. Either she did not want to do her job or she was afraid of a small kitten. If she’s afraid of small things she shouldn’t be working as an animal groomer that’s your job! & The minute I walked in I knew she didn’t want to service me. Anyways I wouldn’t recommend this place for this service.

PetSmart is a awesome place to get your animal stuff and major discounts on medical for your pet grooming awesome training so if you are looking for a place where you can get all the help that you need for your pet and your pets needs and wants I highly recommend you to go over there they go above and beyond to try to help you the best way they can to make sure that they're customers are happy and your pets

i booked an appointment for grooming for my dog with Liz. i normally book all services at the hylan blvd location, however they had no availability for grooming for the days i needed. i booked the appointment for 7:30am. my groomer Liz was late and the other employees who were already in the store wouldn't let me inside until a groomer showed up. after about 20 minutes of waiting outside, Liz finally showed up. once i approached the checkin area, Liz told me that she called me the day prior and left me a voicemail asking if i can come in for 8am instead of 7:30am... at this point, it was 7:45-7:50am so i was confused how 10-15 minutes of me being at the store was an issue when she showed up late anyways (red flag). Liz gave me more details of the services that i booked for my dog, and she took him to the grooming station with no sense of enthusiasm whatsoever. i left and continued on with my day. an hour and a half later, Liz calls me back and basically told me that my dog was misbehaving during his appointment and she is refusing to finish his service. i drove all the way back to pick him up. when i got back to the store, another groomer told me that Liz said my dog was "too wild for her". the other groomer asked Liz if she needed assistance during the service, and Liz declined her offer and instead just called me and told me he has to be picked up. my dog happens to be very social and friendly and loves meeting new people. he loves to be touched and played with so i was very confused as to how he was too wild. at the hylan blvd location, he tolerated a full 4 hour bath and haircut with no issues. after expressing my concerns, Liz said the total of my service was $60. i expressed that $60 for a bath is ridiculous as there was no haircut, nail trimming, or ear cleaning that was done. she told me she would take my dog back to the station and attempt to clean his ears and when i came home i found them to still be dirty. after i paid, i thanked the other groomer and left (and no i did not leave a tip). after reading other reviews, it looks like Liz will only be nice to your dog if they are a frequent client of hers or they are between 5-10 pounds. any bigger than that and she wont tolerate it. it seems like she may be scared of animals! to add on, the moment i walked into the store i heard my dog barking nonstop after she threw him in a kennel. i pretty much paid for a bath and for my poor dog to be traumatized. shame on you Liz! she didn’t even give him a little bandana or show him any kind of affection or care. i am completely appalled.

The staff is actually super helpful and accommodating. One of my fish died in the tank. I brought it to them with a water sample, and they gave a replacement and checked the water to ensure no harmful contaminates were present to effect the fish. Just helpfull, knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely return for any pets needs

Everything you'd need and more, no matter what you want for your pet. Clothes, food, treats, toys they have it all, or even if you don't have a pet yet! I recommend going by petsmart and picking yourself up your new bestfriend!

This place has changed on November 18 23 I got my dog haircut bath the usual I also took the vaccine updated that why it was done. Now on January I had an appointment for my pet they refused stating she wasn't up to date with her vaccine but I proved it was . They canceled my appointment without a chance to get the proof. Manger of grooming and store verified my finding but it was too late.

Terrible store. Filthy don’t clean their live animal cages very unwelcoming not to mention Liers who work there. Turned me away when I went for cat food. Cat was allergic manager said I can bring the whole box in when I got there pretended never had the conversation

I especially appreciate the new quick wash they have. 410.00 more I would rather go there and have my dog professionally washed then go across the street to Petco with their subpar do-it-yourself wash

Horrible customer service , employees there are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. They are not knowledgable at all about what they are selling and no experience in how to care for the animals there as they are always sick. I’ve lost 15 fish from this place alone!

I went to PetSmart today and brought my dog in for grooming. I brought my dog in for a haircut, and to have his hair brushed out because some parts are tangled (not matted just tangled). I was charged 90$ for a bath/haircut and an extra 40 dollars to be dematted and and brushed, however, when I came to pick up my dog 3 hours later, my dog did not have any hair at all. I want to know why I was charged 40$ for something that can’t even happen (how can you dematt or brush my dog when my dog has no hair?) This whole experience has been ridiculous and I’m never bringing my dog here for a haircut again. For reference these are before and after pictures of my dog.

The grooming ladies are so nice. My dog is a hyper, annoying little bundle of joy who doesn't like when I give her baths. They handle her and she comes out smelling awesome, with a smile on her face. Literally every employee I've met here is pleasant.

My doggy had a dental cleaning, everything went great. With 1 extraction, pain meds and antibiotics. Total cost 705 dollars. This is including the well plan with dental once a yr.

We just adopted a puppy from Louie's Legacy ar Petsmart. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions, while also assisting us in shopping for everything that we would need to care for Mackie and make him feel at home. He had a stressful morning and is fast asleep now.

They cut my dog eye while grooming him. When I called back about it. I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke with a person by the name of Amanda. The conversation started out nice until she got some what disrespectful and claim that the groo.er didn't cut my dog skin under his eye, she went on to say if he has to much build up in the crease 9f his eye the manager in grooming will do the next grooming & if the manager feels that its not safe to do than my dog can't be served there anymore.
