Prices displayed on fish tank for amazon plants were not what i paid at counter. Ended up paying $10 more ar checkout. A fellow customer also chimed in I should have paid the displayed price.In addition clerk claimed one of my bagged plants was originally "put on hold for someone else".Lastly, i told sales clerk repeatedly not to fold the leaves as he put the plants in the bag. He did it anyway.Bottom line; extremely bad staff and management.

After over 15 years servicing this store, the current staff is the absolute most combative I've ever dealt with. Very nasty and accusatory rather than working with customers to help resolve pet issues. VERY NASTY. petsmart found the solution in less than 10 mins. Went home, applied as directed and problem solved within 15 mins!!!!
