Called Pet Oasis for a grooming appointment for our 3 year old Rottie; the person who answered was so sweet and she had the groomer ( Ashley) call me back for an appointment: Ashley called back immediately and Shadows’ appt was within the week, we were so impressed. As soon as Shadow met Ashley it was all over 😂 Shadow will never go to anyone but Ashley. She was so in tune with Shadow and so patient: Really Impressed ! We received 20% off for first time. It was a GREAT experience! Shadow is a BIG girl and she doesn’t do anything she doesn’t want to but Ashley won her over and now she looks forward to going ! That’s a HUGE relief. Thank You so much Ashley !!! You saved us !

I absolutely love the groomer Ashley!! She took good care of my morkie Lucky. She was very patient with him and what a beautiful cut she gave him! She is so lovely and im so glad I found her! Thank you so much Ashley ♥️

I was so happy with the service. First time customer today, called for an appt. The groomer that answered the phone was very nice and upbeat. Just from her conversation I felt confident she would take care of my 🐶. First time customers recieve a discount (02/2019). Regular price for my 9lb Yorkie is 60 to 65 dollars. It included nails and ear cleaning with a bath. The haircut came out great. My dog smelled great. Everything was done care. Will definitely go again. Front desk employee was also very nice. The store is clean. The two employees were both great.

I'm sad to say but as of today I was just told that I can no longer be a customer because I failed to pay the requirement total of $5 of $45 dollars from a grooming appointment for my little chihuahua. The groomer called me and told me my pup was ready to go and had a lot of background noise during the phonecall so I mistakenly heard the price of $35 and gave my sister $40 dollars and sent her to pick up the pup since I was on my way to work. She called me while she was at the store and said the total is $45 I told her im sorry tell them I'll have someone drop off the remaining $5. My wife told me she'll be able to do it for me once she finishes her work at 5 and I told her no worries they close at 7 I believe. At 453pm I recieved a phone call stating they are no longer able to serve me as a customer banning myself and not only me but my two boys. My doberman xeus who has been going there since he was a pup back in 2016 and grew up on a bunch of treats from them and always looked forward to their frozen bones. Now for $5 dollars after spending so much in this store I am no longer able to give my boy what he loves the most or at least look elsewhere. This is such a shame. I hope you the owner who made this executive decision is able to read my concern and I want you to know I dont understand how my loyal commitment for almost 5 years couldn't oversee $5 dollars. As a first responder and with everything going on in the world today we should at least have eachother. Thank you for the last 5 years you guys gave to my boy Xeus.....

Delores is the best!!My furbabies,all picky and fidgety, love pet oasis and Delores is awesome especially with my coco and with hazelbear who was older ,blind in 1 eye...alex is very knowledgeable in the foods especially if your looking to adjust your fur baby's diet for 1 reason or another...Awesomeness!

Excellent service 👍 my girlfriend and I brought in our 5 month old puppy for her first grooming and it couldn't have gone any better. Francesca the groomer was phenomenal very patient and kind did a great job on our baby and the girl at the counter was also very kind and helpful as we purchased some treats. Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this store!! The manager Samantha is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. They carry all the best products for very reasonable prices. Their grooming is great also. I’m very picky when it comes to my caring for my dog and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I highly recommend them for all of your pet supply and grooming needs.

This is my all time favorite pet store!!! They have the best and most natural dog food and treats you can find. They have plenty of options, and if your confused on what to get, Samatha is always ready and willing to give you information on every product they sell. She is amazing and extremely knowledgeable about all the products. I will NEVER step into another pet food store ever again. This is a one stop shop!! They also offer grooming where you can watch your baby get groomed.. love that. 🐶🐶🐶

Nice people and decent prices.. ill let u know about their grooming soon..Hi so this is my second time with Christina and she's great. Her personality with my dogs is so sweet, they actually want to walk into the store and they go to her voluntarily, they love her. So happy with her cuts and skills, and she's sweet.Downside, she's only at this location once a week for a couple of hours.. .And alex, the guy at the register is so cool and accommodating. Anything u need, if he has it he'll be sure u get it or try his best to help u out..And even have a high school internship for kids. How great is that?? Talk about giving back to your community!!!!!

Well run and very informative. Competitive prices and services. You can go high end or low depending on budget. Samantha is a great manager and Francesca is one of the best groomers that my dog and I ever dealt with. Don't go anywhere else.

I absolutely love all the Pet Oasis stores. The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. They always have what I need and if it is out of stock they go out of their way to get it for me. I can't recommend this store enough!!

I can't begin to tell you how happy I'm am with this store and staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about animals and stand by all their products. The manager, Samantha, recently educated me on Honest Kitchen food for my dog and I immediately saw a difference in the better. Honestly speaking, the food I had her on was pure garbage, we went over the ingredients together. Adding to the fact that their prices can't be beat and the grooming is the absolute best on Staten Island. Dolly, Honey's groomer is an absolute pleasure and Honey absolutely adores her. Lastly, they have fun annual parties, raffles all year long for your pet and they take great pics and even post on their website.....Halloween, Christmas, etc., they send out flyers advertising beforehand. They're on top of their game for sure and I hope they never leave!!! p.s. Shout out to Vivienne too...she remembers names, pet stories and is always very helpful too!

What I like about this place is that they have a nice selection of foods. That's my first answer because my dog and cat are my family. Foods from pets are not regulated well and you go into stores, thinking that you see a good food because in a commercial it says so, but it's not. They have foods that I looked up at advisories and have good ratings. I was using a dog food that according to its commercial was great, then I spoke with someone who has been in the vet practice for 20 years, she said that many dogs come in to their vet with stomach issues from that brand. She then told me what she uses for her dogs and sent me to the dog food advisory. I was reading the comments there. Wow, with all of the foods. I found a couple of the foods that I looked for at Pet Oasis. I could buy them toys, I could buy them bowls, I could buy them whatever I want- basically where ever I want. But their foods are more important to me in helping them to be healthy. This store also carries many other things that I bought. They also do things for the holidays, such as parties, where they have treats for your pets and pictures can be taken.

Pet Oasis is the best store! They have everything that parents of healthy pets would want and if they don’t already have it they will gladly order it. Plus it’s always better to patronize mom and pop shops where you can develop a relationship where the customer is valued as opposed to larger chain stores that just don’t carry the healthier products. Samantha and Richie are awesome and have a wealth of knowledge about healthy feeding and the best products out there!

The man who was working there (I think his name was Henry) was wonderful and very helpful. He was patient, knew his pet stuff and didn't try to over-sell or push products. He took the time to help me pick out quality items for maggie (new puppero). I would highly recommend this pet shop to anybody.

Originally, my family and I were pleased with the one-time grooming service we received from this establishment. Our groomer (Francesca) was reportedly effective and amenable during that one visit, however the manager was unprofessional and almost hostile towards customers leading up to that one grooming appt. I was led to believe today that she was no longer employed there. Unfortunately, the bastion of verbal affronts did not end with that original experience. I called for the first time since my one cancelation due to the pandemic and was greeted with defaming accusations of constant no shows whereby Francesca stated came from, undisclosed “mystery management” which was COMPLETELY BASELESS AND ABUSIVE. Do not expect professional and courteous service from this excuse for a grooming business. I am taking my business elsewhere as you have to wonder if they treat their customers so poorly how are they treating your pet?

This is the best pet products store I've been to in a very very long time. They're reasonably priced and the staff is wonderful. Especially the manager Samantha. She is very knowledgeable about her products and very very helpful to the customers.

I absolutely love the variety in dog treats. They really care about animals as you can tell by what products they carry. They're very informative. I highly recommend. I'm so glad there's a store nearby where I live.

Pet Oasis is great I go there on a weekly basis. They carry health extension dog food (great for dogs with allergies) and always have what I need.The manager of the hyland location Samantha is always so helpful and sweet.They also groom which is wonderful they have a pet friendly setup in the back of the store

I tried to support small business for 3 years, it back fired!!! Do not shop at Pet Oasis at 2333 Hylan Blvd, or any of them, all owned by same owner. 2 Days before Teddy passed I spend over $65 on food which he never ate. Primal dog food said they will send Pet Oasis a refund on the items and they should give me a refund or credit. Worker said owner refused. I would have taken a store credit, even though I don't have a pet anymore. Shop Chewy or Petco, they take anything back.

My husband brought our maltese there for grooming on Sunday. This wasn’t the first time. The groomer on that day was Loraine. He told her exactly how we wanted him cut. Not too much because it’s winter. My dog is deaf and can nip if he didn’t know you, is why we told her she can use a muzzle if needed. He asked her if she can still do it and she said yes. When he went to go pick him up, it looked like she took the razor and shaved off all his hair. It was uneven , some spots had no hair. She actually butchered him up. If I could put a picture of him on here I would. The worse grooming I’ve ever seen. Then to top it off they charged me $65.00 for it. I was furious when he brought him home. We are never going there again.

Pet Oasis grade all natural food for animals all their choose two things are all natural it's owned by a family-owned there food my dog really seems to like a lot every one of them that I've been to has been really nice people working there and knowledgeable about their Foods they have ice cream and goats milk and all kinds of crazy stuff for dogs and it's all supposed to be really good for the dogs I would recommend it to anybody any pet Oasis is good

They don’t let you return anything for money back. I even asked the manager prior to purchase and he said I could return it (a harness for a dog). Then on the receipt it read “Only store credit on returns.” Thought maybe it was for food items or something since I just asked him. Manager wasn’t there when I returned it and the cashier wouldn’t let me return it. Forced to buy stuff I don’t need because I’m never coming back here.
