On two separate occasions I had an appointment with John, dropped my dog off and received a phone call hours later saying John never showed up. This is completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. John does a great job but is very unprofessional.

My dog was sent back with a terrible hair cut only 3/4 done and what they did was terrible with chunks not cut. They never cut his face. They are supposed to be trained to cut dogs but in my opinion can not do their job at all.

Great grooming for my difficult Shihtzu mix. Patient and professional. I don't know how Krissy does it, but he looks so handsome every time. Discount on the first appointment. Worth the price.

I took my Bichon puppy here for a haircut after 2 months from previous cut. Everything is always fine until an accident or injury happens....and it did. He went in a white, happy and healthy dog. I got him back as a beige, sad and injured dog. I always request the owner to groom him. I don't believe for a second that it was her who shaved his scrotum raw. Obviously after his accident (by them), they didn't even bath him and that explains his color. She never even cut his hair near his eyes or nose. Horrific experience. I then took him to the vet because he's always crying from his injury at their hands...and she confirmed his scrotum was shaved raw. He's on antibiotics to prevent infection and he's on paid meds. I called and it took 7 days to finally speak with her, the owner. I asked that she credit my CC and also pay his vet bill. She REFUSED on both. Her inability to show compassion and to apologize and resolve a horrible situation in favor of the victim is very disgusting and totally unprofessional. Very classless. If this happened to a human, it'd make the evening news. How dare you! She overcharges compared to other groomers and always forgets to complete the cut. Last time, they forgot his bandana. Before that, they forgot to clips his nails. This time...there's a major injury and she's refusing to step up and take care of the matter and make nice after a brutal experience my puppy gad to go through. My dogs are my family and I value them and take care of them as anyone who knows me will vouch. You are a disgrace and clearly don't value your customers! NEVER GO THERE!!!!!

I brought my large puppy for his first grooming. The ladies here were wonderful and patient. Despite the difficulties a big puppy presents, he came out with a first class hair cut. We will be back!

I brought my pomeranian there the same day I adopted him from the shelter, not knowing how he would be getting groomed, I was very very nervous. JOHN was a angel with him. JOHN was patient, kind and loving. JOHN went above and beyond to ensure my new rescued pomeranian was completely at ease. Thank you so very much.

They seem to be incapable of following instructions. I went there to have my dog cleaned and have his fur, around his eyes and butt, trimmed. I explained to them that my dog needed his fur for the winter and that is why I could not have him completely trimmed. Instead, I returned to find my dog fell victim to a full body buzz cut. Upon expressing my dismay, the groomer (which happens to be the owner) exhaulted "I don't have time for this" and walked away from me.

I absolutely love Wendy and her staff. My furrybaby Lola is 16 years old and can be a little grumpy old lady sometimes but she trusts them and they are so patient and good to her.
