I am so happy me and my husband found Love Paws! Ning (the owner) is the sweetest man. I feel safe and confident he takes good care of our little peanut. Peanut is our 9 pound shichon. (Shih tzu and bichon). We have been going for three years now.Since her first haircut, I could tell she loved Ning. He always tends to each dog attentively. He makes sure after the haircuts they are safe in their little spots. (Big dogs obviously get more space). If it’s later in the day and no one is there he will even let our little explorer wonder around a little .The salon is very very clean. The floors, their grooming spots, etc. Another important detail for me is it’s very safe. Ning buzzes you in and out which makes the best possible scenario for no dogs getting loose (god for bid)!Ning will be very honest with you. He never overcharges or adds extra. A few times we asked if she needed her ears extra cleaned and he said she was good. Another place they would just say sure even if she didn’t need it! He is knowledgeable in dogs and what is good for them, which helps an anxious dog mom like myself!She is excited before and after we drop her off. I never have to worry.Ning listens to whatever we would like done depending on the time/season.He is beyond worth the price and trip! He puts a little box, clip, or bandana on her every time. I have SO MANY GOOD THINGS to say about this place!! I moved to Staten Island about 2 years ago, and I was looking for a new grooming salon. I drove by this place to many times and I decided to finally check it out and give it a shot. And boy was I lucky!!First things first, the owner is SO SWEET and SO PROFESSIONAL! He always treats everyone with the outmost respect and gives our pets SO MUCH LOVE! Every time we come , we always have such a positive experience.Second - VERY CLEAN environment, air conditioned, properly secured, doggies have a big play / waiting area, and even their own little booths. Everything is visible, and clean / nice.Third - Our pets ALWAYS come out SUPPPPERRR CUTEEEE and with the most perfect hair cut and smell so good and brushed really really well. Never had any accidental cuts, or a bad hair cut. The way you explain to the owner the hair cut, is the way it comes out , on point.And lastly, our pups never come out super stressed. Always in good spirits.We get excellent communication via Text, when the pup is ready, what was done, how much etc. communication is EXCELLENT.Me and others are very fortunate to find this business, and deal with such amazing people. I HIGHLY recommend this place and always have positive experiences. THANK YOU!! A++++++

I highly recommend Ning for all your dog grooming needs! He is an exceptional groomer who truly cares about the well-being and comfort of the dogs he works with.Ning is incredibly patient and accommodating, taking the time to understand each dog's unique personality and needs. My pup can sometimes be anxious during grooming, but Ning's calm and gentle demeanor always puts them at ease. He is willing to go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.Not only is Ning wonderful with the dogs, but he also does an outstanding job with the actual grooming. My dog looks fantastic every time - the cut is exactly what I asked for, and the coat is soft, clean and well-styled. You can tell Ning takes great pride in his work.I really appreciate having a groomer I can trust to take such good care of my fur baby.

Found Love Paws on Google when I was looking for grooming services for my dad’s dog. Checked out the reviews on Google. Contacted them and asked several questions. Ning is friendly and took great care of my dad’s fur child. Ning sent me a photo after the grooming was done. That was an unexpected and nice touch. I will definitely use Love Paws again.

We have been bringing my dog, Biscuit, here for about a year now and we obviously keep coming back because Ning does a great job every time. Ning is very attentive, listens to what we want for the haircut/other services, and also offers great advice for the dog.The shop is conveniently located in an area where you can go shopping or eat around while your dog is getting groomed. The shop is also very clean and safe for the dogs. I highly recommend Ning and his expertise in grooming dogs!

We are all so happy with our Zeke's first groom since we got him in May. Ning was not only amazing and caring with our precious pup but also extremely considerate of my inexperience with having a dog professionally groomed. He answered all questions and explained everything he would be doing for Zeke and asking me for any preferences in look and styling of cut. We definitely recommend his services and will be gladly returning to keep our pup in tip top style. ♡

Owner is very friendly, I instantly felt welcomed. He gave my puppy time to become familiar with him and the surroundings before I left. Which made me feel way more comfortable/secure leaving my puppy with him rather than dropping him off at PetSmart. The shop is very well organized and clean. He gave my puppy the perfect haircut. I’m 100% satisfied and I will be returning. Strongly recommend if you are looking for a dog groomer. He even sent me pictures of the haircut! I will be leaving before and after pictures.

Love it here!! From an initial inquiry to Fast, and Responsive booked schedule. Took my pup to get his first Pup Groom and couldn’t be any happier to had brought him here! Amazing customer service, and really cared for my pup. Highly recommend Love Paws ❤️

Love Paws made it super fast, easy,, and friendly to make an appointment. Excellent experience and first time I had my Shepherd mix dog groomed. Ning was very professional, allowed my dog to become familiar with him and the new surroundings before I left. And did a beautiful job with her fur and nails. Can't wait to bring my other dog for his grooming.

Been using luv paws for sometime so I decided to give a review!! From the first appointment Ning was engaging to not only us but to our dog as well!! He took the time to get familiar with him and answered all questions and concerns we had before taking him to get his haircut!! He does amazing work you can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his work!! Our pup enjoys getting his haircut there!! Ning was great! He responded to my texts quickly and gave me all the info I needed before booking an appointment. My dogs loved him. He was careful with my dog’s skin issues and put cute bows on them after. I loved that it was a cage free shop. My dogs were able to walk around the shop until I got there. When I walked in, they were happy and not scared in anyway.

Love this place. Came here for my puppy’s first visit to the groomer’s and couldn’t be more pleased. Ning treated my pup so well and was very patient with her, and she looks GREAT! He even gave her a little red ribbon, which I thought was very sweet. Making an appointment was also very easy. Will definitely return.

I happened to be fostering a dog and thought it would be best to get him groomed. After some time of googling I found this place. Ning was great at communicating what I wanted and getting me a fast appointment.The place was very clean, and I liked the way the dogs are kept in open pens rather then cages. Ning was amazing with Chewy - - especially since I didn't have much of a back story for the dog. Everything was done in about an hour and chewy came out looking like a handsome doggy.I'm officially this doggys mama and I will definitely be taking Chewy back to see Ning.

I saw that this place just recently opened up and decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did because this is by far the best groomer I’ve come across. The location is convenient and Ning is so sweet and professional. He made the entire process so easy. I absolutely loved that he kept me updated on my dogs via text and asked me things he was unsure about like hair length and flea collar removal. He really made sure to satisfy the customer and get it exactly right. I also liked that he takes Apple Pay and Zelle as a form of payment. I don’t usually carry my wallet around with me so this was very convenient.

First time bringing our Shiba Inu to a groomer and I can definitely say we made the right choice bringing him here. Ning was able answer all of our questions and made sure our dog familiarize himself with the store. He provided us with updates from time to time to show how our dog was doing. I came across with this newly open grooming store and thought to give it a try for the first time since this is the closest one to my home. I have to say it is a very pleasant trip. I had no idea how I want my toy poodle to look like but his fur was very long and knitted. Because of COVID-19, I am not allowed to be inside the store nonetheless, I was able to have a quick glimpse from the window outside and see it’s quite spacious and very clean. I definitely felt safe leaving my little guy here for grooming. It wasn’t too long and I got the call back to pick him up after a coffee break nearby. I was surprised with the outcome. My little guy look exactly the way I wanted. The groomer did exactly what I asked for and even better! Because My little guy has anxiety issue, he doesn’t get along with all the strangers. But I could tell he seems comfortable with the groomer and being taking cared of. I’ve been to few places in Staten Island and this place is pretty interesting, So I would definitely go back again.

I love my dog's haircut!! I have a Maltese and his fur was curly and had knots in it. My dog definitely needed haircut! I called Love Paws and couldn't wait long for appointment. I highly recommend this place. So clean and friendly.

Very good pet grooming salon. Staff is friendly and provide good customer service. Not afraid to leave my dog there somy dog can get groomed. I like that payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, or cash.
