Really big & very nice, Cashier was very nice. It was a good experience, but I won't go back, too expensive for my pocket. Ex.. Land o lakes 4 sticks of butter $8.99 & Oscar meyer bacon $1099 for a pound package.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Racist, violent employees, including management, falsely accused me of shoplifting from this store and assaulted me even after I tried to de-escalate. I was shopping for laundry detergent there on March 29, 2024 but they didn't have the quantity or brand I wanted, so I walked out empty-handed. There is no bag check at the door so I had to bring in a bag with my belongings inside. When I tried to walk out at least a half dozen men accosted me. Even when I explained I didn't steal they refused to listen and attacked me. Their merchandise is horrible, their prices are ridiculous and they are violent, filthy racists falsely accusing African American customers of stealing. I repeat, DO NOT SHOP THERE.

I'm glad the supermarket has most stuff I need. From produce to grains. Not ever store sells Planet Oat Milk. But Keyfood does, and they have both the regular and vanilla flavor. And that's amazing.

Unfortunately, it didn’t go so well for me, is very small, barely no space to go down the isles with your cart, very cold, where you feel you’re walking into a walk in freezer. They barely have the things you want, out of stock on a lot of products. Concluding with my complaints, I needed help finding peanut butter, so I went to one of the cash register workers, and said excuse me, excuse me, several times and noticed she had on air pods and was on her phone, while me being right next to her, she didn’t even bother to acknowledge, pretending that I wasn’t there, trying to get her attention, so the next cash register next to her, noticed me trying to get that cash register’s attention, she decided to help me instead, so she was the one that gave me great customer Service, shot out to, Ms Joan, who gave me great customer Service. She deserves a promotion for being professional and having great customer Service Skills. She needs to teach the other rude unprofessional female cash register worker, those skills. Having great customer Skills, would be as its best interest for the business. So I hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Always good to be there to pick up my groceries. Foods are fresh there, if the focus is to make a clean meal everyday, that is the market. I hope they will have more produce & grocery selection.

Wonderful, delightful store for shopping. The prices are good and the sales are great (when they have them). The produce is very fresh, aisles are busy with stockers yet clean and manageable. The manager is fair when there is a disagreement. The cashiers are very helpful and patient. I go there alot and never had a problem. So I recommend you go too.

Maybe it's just me but I find the prices to be ridiculously high, which costed the last star. Always clean, products are actively replenished, and they have the nicest deli staff ever, just might be two of the nicest guys in NY I've met thus far, and the cashiers are knowledgeable and friendly as well.

The owners of these places should be ashamed. Everytime I go in the store I’m amazed at how high the prices are. I know prices of everything have gone up but there is no need for it to be this high. I just can’t understand why something like a pack of Oreos needs to be 7 dollars, or a pack 16 slices of cheese is 6 dollars! Even the bags of cereal that is suppose to be cheaper is almost 6 dollars! They really don’t care! It’s not right

Decent selections but the produce here is NEVER fresh. Often molded or wilty. I try every so often hoping they'll improve but no such luck. Great customer service and good deli selections though. Decent for a quick dinner ingredients run, wouldn't recommend for full grocery shopping.

Even though many prices are higher right now, you can still find some good "buys", if you look for them on shelves & in Key Food's circular. Still $7.99 for "Rotisserie Chicken", which is fresh & "delishioso!" Also, "fresh" string beans on sale, as well as 2 Liter "Pepsi" & 38 oz. Heinz Ketchup for $3.99. Also, Cashiers are helpful, friendly and quick to ring you up, and send you off with your groceries.😎🙂

I purchased Chicken thighs from KEY FOOD with barely any meat on them the packaging looked good but the packaging labels hid the emaciated thighs, two thighs were bones and skin what was the butcher thinking when the thighs were handed over to be packaged [wast not want not. screw the customers] the butcher knew there was barely any meat left to feed a fly, to the BUTCHER leave your bad days at home don't bring it to work, do better at representing KEY FOOD.I spoke to other customers that were not happy with the cut of meats.we like KEY FOOD do better,thank you.THE BUTCHER GETS TWO STARS.

I been here a good amount of times and each time i had a pleasant experience. The cashiers and staff are friendly, meats looked beautiful, Store is well stocked and though expensive some items have been worth it. They have a great cheese selection and already cooked foods. The food is delicious i 've had it a couple of times along with my children and we're picky . Best times are the sales where you can get more for your money. The store is clean overall so no complaints from me.

Pretty organized, clean, most of the cashiers are friendly and so sweet! The meat is fresh, Prices are kind of high, but most of the times they have sales, but at the same time the sale items are not restocked it looks like they run out pretty quickly when you go looking for the items

I only go to Key Food as a last option because I can walk there on my way to work. Their prices are very expensive although restocking is pretty good. Their macaroni salad started changing and I stopped buying it. I guess their chef was changed several times. It was one of the reasons I would shop there. Their cashiers are quite friendly and I know them by first name.

Its a decent grocery store but its small and doesn't have a lot of selection compared to other normally sized grocery stores its more like a large convenience store and its a little over priced. The lines are sometimes long and disorderly. One positive about it is that the store is clean.

Employees stocking shelves watched customer not wearing mask cough repeatedly all over produce items and said nothing, and did nothing. Normally a great store, management needs to step up and protect its customers. Please enforce wearing a mask on the entire face, not a chin. Produce needs better protection.

Used to go, but the cashiers aren't honest. They don't ask if you have a Club Card. Check your receipts! They use their own Key Food card, and swipe it multiple times to steal your Club Points for the sale! So much for being a loyal customer!

Well i shop at several different food markets including a different key food. I was shocked that the prices here on bay st were more expensive than the Met food and Stop and shop. For example a load of white American bread was over $4. I think that's crazy!!!still crazy ecpensive
