You WILL NOT find higher quality frags especially at this pricing. Corals are packaged with the highest level of care and arrived healthy. I will not do business with anyone but frank.

This is my second order with Nick from Frag Farm. It was a big purchase, two semilavartus butterfly fish. This was the most $ I ever spent on fish and was nervous as hell since they were being shipped. Nick was in constant contact , kept me informed every step of the way. The first pair didn't work out as one developed ick due to an issue that was out of Nicks' control.He refused to send me a sick fish which I really appreciated. It was great he was looking out for me. So he found me a second larger pair that came from an established tank and were eating like pigs and fat and healthy..He didn't even upcharge me for the larger butterflies which was really cool of him. He shipped them last night, I got them this morning at 1030am. Both fish were packed incredibly well and survived the journey just fine. They are floating in my tank in their giant bags as we speak, getting ready to acclimate them. DO NOT HESITATE to buy from Nick and Frank at Frag Farm. They have my trust 1000 percent. Great guys.

Nicholas from Frag Farm has stolen $250 from me. I sent him $250 for some anemones way back on November 1st. Like a fool, I trusted him and sent it via PayPal friends and family because he said he needed the funds fast for a trip he was taking. Nicholss sent the anemones to the wrong person in a different state! The anemones never made it to me. It was 100% his fault and he has admitted to that. However, when it comes to honoring his promises of a refund or replacements, nothing. For 3 months now I've been waiting for a promised refund or replacement anemones. Nicholas has ignored most of my contact attempts and when he does reply, he's full of excuses as to why he hasn't refunded my money or sent replacements. At this point its very clear he has no honor and no intention of ever making this right. As of today, February 6th, I am still out $250. I've been very patient and tried to be understanding. But, I really don't think I'll ever see my refund or replacement anemones. Time to let everyone know what kind of person Nicholas is and the business practices of Frag Farm corals! I have Facebook PM's that can verify all of this info and would be happy to share with everyone!Stay away from them. Pass the word!Addendum: 3/14/24After over 5 months, I finally got something for my $250 this week. It was not what was originally promised and I'm still upset over that, but at least I got something. After a very long and frustrating messenger conversation with both Frank and Nicholas, I was told that the original deal fell through and they wouldn't honor it again. No refund even though they never sent me anything! Nicholas continues to act as if he did nothing wrong, taking a payment and then leaving a customer hanging for 5 months. Frank was cordial and at least professional and promised to send me a couple of anemones for my $250 "store credit". It took several weeks but eventually I was sent a "nothing special" ritteri and a small sebae anemone. I took what I could get as I truly thought I would never see anything for my money. I was also asked to take down my negative review. I would have taken down this review if they had honored the original promised deal or if they would have shown some genuine customer service and understanding of my situation and provided me with my requested refund. Well, they didn't, and my review stays but with this addendum of some resolution. Frank did apologize for this situation. He was unaware of what Nicholas had done to me. He was gracious to offer me some good deals in the future to help make up for this, but I honestly don't think I will be ordering from them again.If you are going to do business with Frag Farm, go through Frank.

The guy there (I think the owner) was extremely nice and helpful. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and without being condescending. Overall very nice guy. As for the coral itself, they had a really really good selection, way better prices than online stores, beginner/hardy coral as well as some crazy nice high end stuff. Went in for a Kenya tree frag but left with about 6 total really beautiful frags for like 80$ (which online 1 Kenya frag alone was 60+$ after shipping). 10/10 would frag farm again. Ps, all the coral have mostly opened up already in under 12 hours.

Originally found Frag Farm on eBay, after a quick internet search I realized this place was only 20 minutes away from me. I decided to take a ride to check it out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Frank who is the owner. Awesome guy to say the least, very friendly and knowledgeable about the hobby. He helped me pick out corals, inverts, and fish that would be good additions to my tank and gave me many honest recommendations. Frank has a fantastic selection of corals, fish, and anemones all at pricing that is very good. The store is also very nicely kept, clean, and organized. At this day in age, places this great are hard to come by. Do yourself a huge favor and check out this gem of a store, you won’t be disappointed. A big special thanks to Frank!!! As long as I’m in this hobby I plan on going to Frag Farm for everything I need.

Nice expansion project for sure with the store. For those who saw the last post I made, I Decided to add a Melanarus Wrasse and this Leather coral 😎 tank is a 50.3 water box, 6 fish, 4 shrimp running 1.5 years.Looking forward to seeing more great livestock in the near future at Frag Farm.

Extremely Disappointing Experienceone of the most disappointing shopping experiences I've ever encountered. From start to finish, everything about this store screamed incompetence and negligence.I’m still utterly frustrated, The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by Nick & Frank was simply unacceptable, customer service is not a priority, Despite several attempts to seek assistance, I was met with indifference and apathy. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to help or address any concerns never responding or giving the runaround. Overall, my experience with the customer service at Frag Farm was disheartening and frustrating. The lack of attentiveness, knowledge, and basic courtesy from the staff left me with a negative impression of the store. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider visiting Frag farm if they value quality service and respect as a consumer. There are plenty of other establishments that prioritize their customers and strive to provide a positive shopping experience. I’m still waiting on a “refund” for the tank they never ordered!

They’re closed and open whenever they want. Disregard the times they claim to be opened because most likely they won’t be. This has to be the 4th time I’ve come to this place during their business hours and when they claim to be open but they’re not. I’ve wasted so much gas coming to this damn place. Never again.

Frank and Nick are great guys. Very personable and provides tremendous customer support. They have vast inventory of corals and fish from all over the world. Picked up a few fish so far. Healthy nice, fat and eating. I heard they are working on building a nice SPS setup soon. Can't wait.

Went there last Sunday. Store usually close at 4pm but owner wait for me till 4:15. They have a very good saltwater fish and coral collection. Bought 2 moorish fish for very reasonable price. Fish is very healthy. There were two guys at the store. Both of them are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely go there again.

I just read the last review before mine. I have no idea what this person is talking about. I go to the shop constantly I love it the people there are super super nice they do not have any political stuff inside the store or outside the store or on the store I live in neighborhood and I always see a car parked outside the shop that has bumper stickers on it but I never seen anything inside or outside the store. The store is owned by two great guys go out of their way to help everybody all the time BEST Shop on earth.

Made a chance trip since I was in the area. I was instantly blown away when I walked through the door. To start, the atmosphere and wall art really set the mood. Then there is the tanks. In my over 6 years of reefing, attending countless shows/swaps and visiting more stores than I care to admit this place hands down has the best and healthiest looking coral selection I've ever seen in person! In a perfect world I would have walked out with one of everything! Not only was it awesome looking at all the corals but the owner took the time to chat with me the entire time I was there(about an hour). Once I told him it would be about 8 hours at least before I would get the corals in the tank he assured me to that he would pack them to last! And they did! Great overall visit and I definitely will be making the 2+ hour trip again sometime to get even more coral from these guys! Oh and by the way, every piece I bought(2 torches, 1 plate coral and a mushroom)not only survived the trip but opened beautifully overnight and is super healthy and happy! Thanks again!

What a great experience! Frank is extremely knowledgeable and patient. The place is very clean and the corals are very healthy looking. I’ve been to many shops that have corals as a sideline - it is the main focus of business here. I have to travel a bit to get to Frag Farm but it is absolutely worth the time.

I have worked in the customer service industry for most of my life so it is something I pay attention to. Frank and his team at Frag Farm always go out of their way to ensure their customers are happy. I have ordered from several larger coral places online, but nothing compares to this place! The frags you get are healthy, super colorful, and big. Great job!

I so badly wanted to like this place. It is gorgeous and lovely and unique. Finding aquarium stores like this is rare! But plastering highly divisive politics on the front of a store doesn't feel comfortable or welcoming whatsoever. I like how small businesses usually feel like they welcome the whole community. Politics kind of muddies that.I also feel really uncomfortable that the shop owner was all "lol" in their response to a negative review from a customer. The response felt a pretty unprofessional and even petty... A little confrontational. I mean these are public responses representing the business. No reason you can't just disagree politely and move on, you know? I know people aren't perfect but it's worth mentioning.To be fair, I have seen some really nice responses to negative customer reviews as well! You can see the owner going out of their way fpr the customer in some of their responsesI grew up in a community-based family small business. And I mean very small business. So to be fair, I am not speaking out of nowhere.Store is still lovely in many ways. Just my two cents.

I went to this store for the first time last week and bought 5 pieces of coral and a fish. The prices were amazing and the selection was impressive. The staff were super friendly(even though I showed up 5 minutes before they closed). After 5 days I had to go back and purchased 3 more coral. Met the owner and another staff member who were very patient and kind . Once again I’ve been to a bunch of places between Staten Island and New Jersey but FragFarm prices are amazingly low. I’ll probably be back next week. Thanks

This company is a complete scam stole $800 from me refused a refund despite a contract saying they would refund by 6/2 if not received fish was never received would not refund agreed on 2 fish in exchange for the one that was never sent for the package today and there is only 1 fish with torn up fins and clearly diseased will be filling a lawsuit and contact the better business bureau. Buyer be ware.

I just started my first saltwater aquarium two months ago and thank god I found Frank and Frag farm! He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers leave happy, and with more knowledge then when they first walked in. I was having some trouble with my tank and Frank happily came by for a home visit to help me run water tests. He helped me dial in my lighting as well! 110% will recommend frag farm to anyone out on Staten Island as well as anyone else around the country that would enjoy some beautiful quality fish and coral!

Bought 1 tomini tang from them and the fish was dead within 2 weeks. Pre paid for a black tang,and was promised would be in solitary qt for a month. 1 week after the fish was due to ship it all of a sudden had flukes. Requested a refund and did get it, the owner contacted me and asked to please give him the chance to heal the fish and he would send pics and videos and I'd have first shot to buy it. He's all about the relationship not money. Checked in with them and they sold the fish without letting me know. Complete waste of time and money. Lied off the bat telling me they qt in isolation. Wouldn't trust their quality.
