There were 2 employees on Monday Oct. 23rd at 8pm that were the nicest employees ever. They really deserve a raise. Went way beyond their job responsibility to help. Highly recommend this store.

I been calling since a week ago but they don’t pick up the phone or they hang up . I call during I was in the store to see if the was wrong and did not pick up the call .I ask why don’t pick up the phone for customers and didn’t answer me they look at each other like I was crazy .

Was in the area and decided to stop by here for some quick stuff. Dirty place with prices that are absurd. Little did I know there was a homegoods store right across the street that had everything with a lower price.

This place is a joke. Line across the store and only one cashier with?! Also it's not even November what the fudge is up with the Christmas music playing

Only reason not 5 stars is the place always seems to be in flux. Constantly changing the location of items since introducing frozen food section. Staff is always friendly and will open another register if line gets more than a few people. Prices are very reasonable.Usually stop by at least once a week to pick up drinks and bread.

This place never has enough people on register and the employee's are not friendly at all. The employee's also decide to get attitudes when you ask them to please open another register as the line is ridiculously long. The place is always a mess. Theres boxes everywhere all the time. Just not a good store

never again! the only reason i went is bc my storage unit is next door,otherwise i would’ve never enter. they have no heat during the winter and during the summer the poor associate has a fan cause they don’t have AC. Only one line.

The store was a mess which made it hard to move up n down the isles. The music was too loud. The staff was very friendly n helpful. The stock wasn't unpacked n also left in the isles n at the end of a few isles as well. I had to move large boxes to reach my products. Overall my experience was just good. Stocking should be put on shelves n not unpacked sitting in the way of moving around to make my experience better.

People there are just Rude! Place is a mess! After all these years you’d think they’d change that rude Manager named Navi! He’s nasty to People of color!I don’t think that he realizes he himself is a person of color!🙄

Very nice customer service staff, but the manager navi is rude and has a big issue in profile of minorities. Had 2 issues with him, yet there is security watching. He needs to run the store.

The cashier,Monique, just stood and looked at us in line then walked away. She was told to check us out. She did not say one word and walked away before the transaction was complete. Worst experience ever

Very overpriced for a dollar store. Most things are over a dollar and not even a good deal, just in smaller packs. Kinda a ghetto vibe to the place too.

I go to family Dollar regularly and it's pretty dependable the prices are reasonable and the workers are good they are helpful and the prices are reasonable so put on your mask and save a few dollars family Dollar

Poor customer service, refused Ebt transactions stated only cash transactions which I found disturbing, since I had to use atm @$2.99 to get cash to pay for my items.
