They hiring. I went to get some sleepy time tea but they didn’t have it. The place is packed with all kinds of merchandise. The line is long and they overcharged me . The manager solved the situation calmly. The price are okay. Family dollar is in a good spot for bargain.

The most unprofessional store ever some of the workers smell like weed and act like they don't know what they are doing workers always act like they are super busy when there's a line but only have one cashier open and the other three cash registers are closed most of the women that are working at this family dollar have no class they talk to customers with no respect this is by far the definition of ratchet at its finest and as for black guys who shop at this family dollar be careful most of the women who works at this family dollar are sexist and will profile you. Don’t have to worry about me shopping here ever again.

Its an ok store. However the Manager seems to have something with me, that's how she makes me feel. Whatever anyone does be careful using your EBT card there bc I used mine there the same day my stamps were taken. That was the last place I used it before it happened. Fair warning to all that use EBT at Family Dollar!

Left waiting to check out at the counter while the cashier disappeared into the back, then 2 people came out when more customers came in and started yelling for the cashier. I had unloaded my cart while I was waiting and when the cashier came out she went to a different register and said "this one " so I had to throw everything back into the cart, move to the other register and as I was unloading again, the other cashier opened the register where I was waiting with my stuff on the counter.It's not a well run store, always messy and unstocked shelves. Only cheap prices make it worth the trouble.

One of the workers came out after me outside the store today (12/3/2022 at around 1:35pm) after I had paid for my 2 items calling me thief and that she had me on camera stealing sausages. I opened my bag just to show her she was wrong and there was stuff from another store, Mexican sausages, which they don’t even sell at this family dollar. All she said was ‘oh’, nothing more, no apologies or anything. Im a 17 year old girl that was shopping with her father. Never going back again. Horrible staff.

Family Dollar is an amazing store with all kinds of products at amazing prices!In the past, this location of Family Dollar has often been pretty disorganized and cluttered.But in the last month or so there must have been new management, and/or some other major changes.Because now the store is getting neater and more organized every time that I return to shop.The staff at this Family Dollar Store; and also most of the customers I've come into contact with; are very friendly and helpful. It's a very nice and mellow place to shop.The only problem is that there are often relatively long lines to check out. But the cashiers work quickly and efficiently, and they maintain their good nature in spite of the backlog of customers waiting to check out. And most of the customers take the check out wait in stride, and don't become demonstrably irritated or obnoxious while waiting.One of the advantages of living in a lower-income neighborhood such as the one I live in is that there's a much greater likelihood of a Family Dollar being nearby than there is in wealthier neighborhoods. I'm very grateful to have a Family Dollar within 10 minutes walk of my home!

Had a very bad experience with a cashier named Donald. He was very rude and unprofessional. The manager had to tell him to calm down. We had a shopping cart full of items. Bigger items being in the bottom and smaller items being on the top. From the moment I get to the register he was already rude. Like he did not want to be at work that day. He wanted the bigger items first. And me and my daughter and mom said what do you want us to do with the smaller items. He was very disorganized too. He even charged us twice for two items and my daughter kept telling him that.but he was so above himself that he just ignored what my daughter was saying. I even tried to not be rude to him. By saying sorry Donald we all have rough days. Put your mask on. Because he had his mask hanging on his chin. And he tells the manager oh I don’t like when people antagonize me. And I wind having items missing that day. Plates and forks.

I went to the family dollar on Sept 23 like 12:20pm on my lunch break and the store was locked for over 44mins.. I asked the manager Tamara why is the door locked and she said with an attitude that she's not letting people until 5 people leave.. so I asked what's was the issue did anything like some kind of incident happen.. And she said no I just don't want a lot of people inside the store.. I said isn't this a business that operates to service the community.. she said well I'm the manager and this is what I choose to do.. so you can wait or just leave with a nasty attitude.. unbelievable.. this has been happening the last 3wweks I came to this store with this manager always nasty and never help it assist any customers..

the family dollar is a store that sells snacks, drinks, clothes, auto and home care products but being told that they dont have money at all and leaving empty handed every single time i come here to buy anything is something unexcusable. at least there are more than one store on castleton. theyre small but i get better service there.

This location is ok if you are picking up small items. I would spend no more than $20 at this place on a giving month. The cashiers are limited especially when there is a line of costumers. The other workers respond very slow to open up the second register. The staff is friendly and helpful when asked, but just not a proactive group in this location.

It says it opens at 8am but the worker refuses to open the door and it’s 9:30am. That just laziness to the max.

The workers are rude they never working boxes all over the place cause they to busy hanging around or on they phone. If you have to use the bathroom it lock and if u ask them for the key they say no because they don't want to clean it.the line be out the door and they're is only 1 cashier a.c never works. Nothing is never on the shelve cause the workers are to busy hanging around. The stir is always dirty you check what u but cause some of the food is expired or u could buy something and when h get home and open it its empty. I would never go they again.

Probably some of the most miserable looking cashiers I have ever seen in my life. One guy caught an attitude because I needed some balloons for my daughter's birthday. He barely put any helium in them, and they withered by the time she got them. I try to spend as little time in here as possible.

The workers there are very rude and disrespectful. I called regarding a phone my son left there. The manager literally laughed at me. I asked, "Why are you laughing at me". He says, "i'm not laughing". he then ask me to call back in fifteen minutes. Very very rude and unprofessional workers.

I've shopped at this store before. This specific location twice within a week. It honestly all depends on who is there as far as seevice. Some people clearly don't want to be there and make your experience there terrible. Others are a charn. Product selection covers the basics for the most part but is really REALLY slim. There is always some level of a line.

There's almost always drama at this place. Thank God I was spared all that mess this visit. They have small aisles and staff always blocking the way with their restocking. Although they have them currently working, freezers are constantly breaking down.
