Staff are friendly and working hard. ButA Shelves are empty, staple items are always out of stock - frozen vegetables, bread, milk, etc. the healthy items are consistently not on the shelves. Over a month of no cat food or treats. I can afford to go some place else but for many of my neighbors this is the only affordable option they can get to. Very sad.

Make you pay for bags. But when I brought my own bag they rudely came up to me and told me to not put my stuff in it assuming im stealing. Also they never stock there shelf’s. And rarely is there more than one cashier.

One of the better dollar tree around. Clean, organized and generally nice. As with all locations checking out is very slow during busy times but that's expected. People giving 1 star just expects too much from a dollar store, come on now be reasonable.

Finally a dollar tree for the East Shore !Standard typical dollar store that will meet all your needs for cleaning , toiletries, light snacks . Also has balloons and small trinkets for last minute gifts. Plenty of parking in a spacious lot in the heart of Rosebank .

So many things in stock and large selections some things were missing the store is great over all lots of parking and that is wonderful store is nice and clean

I never had any issues with the staff if I had a question the manager would always help even went above and beyond to get me 6 case gallon water from the back of the store; I frequently go to this store since it open and slowly watch inventory get better just wish this new Dollar tree had a better selection of items and a wide range of Dollar Tree Plus items it’s a decent area and would stand out from the rest of the Dollar Trees on Staten Island being that those stores don’t have Dollar Tree Plus either. I’ve only seen a few Plus items in the refrigerated section of the store. Better selection of items would make this store even better. Overall I’m happy with the store and it ‘s always clean and organized one thing I can stand is going into a messy unorganized dollar tree I will just walk out and shop elsewhere. Please get a wider range of Dollar Tree Plus items that would be awesome for that location!

Nice and clean. My issue with this place is at lunch time there should be more than 1 cashier! They have now added an additional cashier but are still slow no change in my rating!

Would not recommend working here. Manager “G” is rude and entitled. I tried to transfer job sites and I told him and his coworker my situation respectfully and he accused me of having an attitude and said I “demanded hours and training” when all I did was simply let him know my situation. I then apologized for my tone even though I made sure I didn’t have an attitude when I spoke to them and he immediately dismissed me without hearing me out and told me to come back when he has an opportunity for me with a disgusting tone. Will not be going back.

Love that we finally have a dollar tree on the north shore! The store is actually still clean and organized after a few months, that's an accomplishment. Beatrice gave me amazing customer service a week ago. I left a card I bought behind and she ran out to hand it to me. That was 5 star customer service! But not every is as customer service oriented. The cashier today just handed me a bag when I asked for one and didn't even help me pack 😒Once again shout out to Beatrice and the rest of the top notch staff, keep up the good work ✨🎉💪🏾

So drove here on the way home to grab a few things. Watch a customer literally asked a staff member for a cleaning product from the back, the staffer said there weren’t any, minutes later the staffer walks out from the back with the product and took it for himself. Sad and they wonder why they don’t hire certain folks for their businesses. Now it makes sense why the shelves over there are never stocked or empty! No matter what days they claim they re-stock, shelves always empty!The lines were longer than usual today, and you have this one cashier who kept leaving the station and chasing after customers for god knows what! The slim, older female manager just looks like she doesn’t even want to be there. Well I’ll just stick to the Hylan Blvd Dollar Tree, there the staff is friendly and not harboring the products for themselves!Happy Trails Ya’ll!😁

Nice new store with a huge parking lot. Lot 95% empty but four entitled shoppers parked their four vehicles in the fire lane to save walking 20 feet.Friendly service inside and nice selection. But let's be real- it's now the "Dollar twenty-five" tree.

Absolutely, positively LOVE LOVE LOVE Dollar Tree as an establishment/company. I used to travel occasionally from Staten Island all the way to Queens to visit one of the dollar tree locations out there. Now that there is a Dollar Tree location confieniently here on Tompkins Avenue in Staten Island, I am certainly ecstatic. 5 stars easily

$1.25 TreeEverything in the store! You go in for 1 or 2 things and 20 items later . . . LOL. They even have a refrigerated and frozen section.Items come in daily so you never know what you'll discover.

They have refrigerated and frozen goods, but now they have a $3 freezer, a $4 freezer and a $5 freezer. Just a few months ago the entire store went from $1 to $1.25. No bargains anymore.
