The rude employee at the front of the store stepped in front of my path on my way to self checkout then proceeded to argue with me and my son when we brought it to her attention. I didn’t get to see her name tag because I was trying to diffuse the situation between her and my son but she kept on going back and forth with him when all he was trying to do was defend his mother. This employee needs to be retrained and taught how to be more efficient in customer service

Pharmacy worker needs to be fired. They have to hate their job that much that when asked about a vaccine threw an empty box of it and stepped with his shoes shouting can’t you see its empty. This is ridiculous and that person needs to be immediately fired!!! Disgusted of this behavior and will never return to that store!

I've heard inappropriate conversations when I've picked up my meds but this pharmacy is the closest to my house and I'm disabled. My nephew used to work here back in 2018 and said there was rampant bullying amongst female pharmacy staff. He spoke up and was threatened to be fired.

I wish I can give zero stars to this pharmacy. The lack of respect and professionalism the pharmacy customer representatives have towards their customers is disgusting. I was humiliated based on inquiry why a medication to my child was not made. The pharmacy cashier was more focus on rushing me off and loudly complaining “I want to go home”. If they don’t like their job then they shouldn’t be in this line of work. Unfortunately CVS doesn’t care about quality of services to their customers. Such a shame just a few bad apples can place an effect on a whole.

The pharmacy is always understaffed, no matter what time of day you go. They don’t answer their phones in a timely fashion. When they eventually answer, or you eventually get to the head of the line, they are rude and unhelpful. (Of course, there are limited exceptions to all aspects of this - but realistically speaking, you probably have about a 60% shot at having a miserable time if you’re trying to go to or work with the pharmacy.Outside of the pharmacy, the store is basically fine - except for the fact that it features probably the second worst parking lot in all of Staten Island.

Very poor customer service.The minute clinic lady spent time gisting with a Man who probably was a patient. After several knocks on the door, she opened the door and kept gisting until the man left. And she rudely said that we should go to the kiosk.

It is now 3rd prescription they are not filling up. The pharmacy and the doctor are making errors. In the meantime we are still waiting for the prescription to be filled. I called the pharmacy and they hang-up in your face. completely unprofessional. Health service at its lowest.

Francisco and Testimony were very friendly, well spoken, and accommodating. Typically visit the CVS location elsewhere and workers seem frustrated or overwhelmed. During a late night as they looked under staffed, they had both appointed me to where and which was the best cream for my Psoriasis. As a hospitality management employee, I had to take the time to make sure their hard work is acknowledged

Not a bad store you need a quick pick up or pharmacy very convenient place for me nearby have good promotions buy one get one free they even have ready to go snacks That I just discovered couple weeks ago stuff is OK some of them do you know where stuff is located pretty clean

I had a great experience with the pharmacy yesterday.The first I can tell you is that Hylan Blvd is a strip with furniture stores, banks, fast food restaurants, houses and about 3-6 Urgent care facilities.This pharmacy is the closest to all of these urgent care’s and one of staten islands main hospital (Staten Island university hospital); as such they get an influx of over 50-100 people daily.Yesterday I took my mom to urgent care, they gave her a prescription and I immediately said “ can you change the pharmacy to the CVS right here next to you?”They sent her prescription over electronically and I thought “I’m going to be in and out” unfortunately, they had a long line of people waiting to be service.I’m saying all this to tell you to have PATIENCE!They have about 4 people working the pharmacy and there is a intake process. I have the CVS care app so I was able to see when they received the prescription, when they were processing the medicine and when can I pick it up.If you don’t have the app you will have to go to the intake area, have the pharmacy register you on their system and then wait until the workers reach you in the que.I did see a lot of people come in and be rude to the pharmacist so just be mindful they can’t just give you a prescription because you said it’s there or because you can’t wait and have an emergency.Other than that then this is just like a regular pharmacy

First off, I asked an employee if they knew where the hot compresses were and she looked at me with a disgusting look and a terrible attitude. She just says "HUH? What is a hot compress? Idk what that is, I work in the pharmacy" and walked away. That's extremely concerning that someone who works in the medical field doesn't know what a hot compress is and even more concerning that she thinks it's okay to be nasty like that to a customer

The online booking process for a flu shot appointment at CVS is super convenient and fast. Just remember to arrive 15 minute prior to scheduled time and check in with the drop-off counter at the Pharmacy section first. 5-10 minutes wait at the on-site clinic wait area. The pharmacist who gave me the flu shot was very professional and friendly. After the visit, you will receive a detailed vaccine record by email. The whole process is hassle free and pleasant. I am gonna book my Covid booster shot there next year.

Run screaming into the night from this minute clinic, a horrible nurse practitioner who gives you high blood pressure and maybe a mini stroke by yelling at you on top of her lungs. I was in CVS to buy a cough medicine and saw she yelled at someone saying, "I can't fix the appointment machine, I am not in charge of that". When the customer requested her to contact who ever is in charge of the appointment machine, she said I have patient and don't waste my time, the customer walled away saying a complain will be lodged regarding her very bad attitude and anger issues, this horrible angry vile nurse practitioner laughed and said good luck, I was shell shocked and some of others who saw it were dumbfounded too. I myself went and informed CVS manager about this crazy nurse, but the manager said that minute clinic is a separate business that they have no control of. I managed to get this horrible and vile persons name through an employee, and I think it's Cecile or something. This happened around 10.30am on 05/01/2023. She was still yelling at the customer while the customer was walking away. CVS and minute clinic management should check the CCTV footage to verify this incident and take necessary action to not let this type of thing happen again. CVS and Minute clinic should be ashamed of hiring such uneducated unprofessional unethical rude angry horrible and vile people.

The staff behind the pharmacy counter are very nasty. Never helpful, they are only helpful if you speak their language, not nice nor fair, or professional. I'd never send my prescriptions there. Management look at who you're hiring, maybe hire individuals who want to help, not nasty individuals who have no empathy and sympathy because your staff has none.

Our shopping experience at the CVS on Hylan Blvd, where Lori is the manageer, is a great shopping experience. The store is clean and neat and Lori makes the experience seamless. She is always eager to help in any way possible. Her personality lights up the store with her smile and attentiveness. When in doubt, ask Lori!

I will only leave a review when’s it’s truly Deserved. Coming from someone ( myself), who worked overnight shift for several years, sometimes an employee working this shift is overlooked for excellence. Its important i give credit to francisco . He is courteous, well mannered, methodical, has wonderful Employee / customer communication skills, and of course great work ethic for a young man ! Keep at it , you are a great role model for other employees!

If I could give a zero for customer service from the pharmacy I would. They speak over you when you are trying to explain a situation and do not want to listen in order to offer a solution. They are rude and if the staff is having an off day, it certainly comes across to the patient/customer

The worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had.Several medications were prescribed.We spoke to the pharmacist on the phone who said that everything will be ready that day.Two hours later,When I got there, they started looking for my medications and clearly couldn’t find it.After 15 minutes or so, the pharmacist came out and said that they had it prepared but they couldn’t find it.When I said that that’s a poor excuse they went looking again for another 15 minutes and miraculously found it.Upon checkout I noticed that one of my prescriptions was still missing.Upon asking I was told that it’s been back ordered for a Week. When I asked why I was told that everything would be ready for me over the phone, I was told that it was impossible.I wasted almost an hour or so in that pharmacy And still didn’t get all my medications.Very frustrating experience and incompetent staff.

Usually I come here all the time for over 2 years but after my recent experience I highly doubt I'll be coming back. Apparently this store is in the business of stealing customers rewards on their Extra Care Cards. I purchased over $200 worth of stuff on Tuesday, January 4th 2022. I had to have a cashier check me out because I had a gift card that needed to be activated. The gift card was for $150. I punch my phone number in on the credit card key pad. I get my receipt & see a Reward for $25.48. Naturally I hold on to it because I frequent this CVS all the time. Today I go in Friday, January 7th 2022 to use said Reward & get told that said Reward doesn't match my account! THE ONLY WAY THAT WOULD OF HAPPENED IS IF THE CASHIER USED HER OWN EXTRA CARE CARD TO REAP THE BENEFITS! Which is stealing from the customers. That's not right. I'm absolutely disgusted & won't be coming back.

This store is the worst. While checking out at the self check out at 11:30 pm one of the employees steps 2 feet behind me. Upon asking for them to maintain 6 foot distance they step away and then step right back. With this I was not polite in asking the second time. This led to the manger urging with me about that the worker was doing their job helping customers.Mind you I was the only one there at this time and did not ask for help. Imagine having to ask for an employee to stay a say distance away with guide lines required.I will be putting a a formal complaint in tomorrow.

Just to confirm, this isn’t your best place to take your Vaccine. They simply don’t care about customer’s time. Without going through every detail, I believe CVS management have to figure out why this branch so far has less than 50% of customers satisfaction

Today I walked In for somethings I need for the family I work for. With the special needs child I watch and a worker screams someone is lost in Multi vitamin aisle. And she needs help. Little did I notice he was making fun of me. The special needs child is humming and your so rude to make fun of someone with special needs. Disgusting.

Long lines always. Understaffed. Incompetent. Even when I told the clerk while picking up my meds that this was the worst pharmacy by far I have ever been too she laughed and said we get that a lot. When I told the pharmacist that they gave me the wrong script, his blank stare and no response sums up the level of service you will receive here. I have coubtless stories because unfortunately I come here 2 or 3 times a month for over a year. This place literally gives me anxiety and has been a major trigger in my life for anger and negativity. Please stay away if you can especially if you find yourself not to be extremely patient and understanding of a person. Which I thought I was.
