Tonight at 8 o'clock .The attitude of the staff at this CVS is so bad. I am a dasher who helps customers buy things. The customer bought cosmetics. They were out of stock. I searched for half an hour and couldn't find a similar substitute. I asked a young man. The staff was not helpful. He only told me that it was in aisle 8. I said I couldn't find it. Can you help me look at similar items? He refused. Then I went to the cashier and asked a young female cashier with curly hair for help. She had no customers at the time, so I went over to ask her. She was also rejected. Finally, the customer called me to ask for help. Talk to the staff. Because the customer said that she needs help from the staff every time to find what she wants. Later, the customer asked the female cashier to help me take the items to her. She refused again and just pointed to the direction. I looked for it myself. Thank God I finally found it. But I am very disappointed with the working attitude of this CVS. If I really can't find something in other CVS, the staff will help. This one doesn't care at all. Every staff member is like this . .Then why is there a customer service button in the cosmetics area? Isn't this hilarious? Just put a label here to refuse service. If someone wants to buy things online, it is recommended not to go to this store. I feel obvious racism here. I hope you won't have the same experience as me.

There was no one in sight to ask for assistance, once I located someone they informed me what aisle to go into to find the item. However; the person disappeared once I walked to the aisle and unbeknown to me the item I was looking for was under lock and key. I guess the employee didn’t know that?

Horrible service horrible attitudes horrible people. The head and the workers are very rude they don’t have name tags and they told me they couldn’t call the doctor for my child to get her medicine for the flu because it’s not they job and it’s over the counter medicine and they said it not their fault if my child doesn’t have insurance when she does have insurance. Then they told me they only going to call because she a a child which to me is crazy because all pharmacy should help people with anything they need and not assume that someone doesn’t have something that they do have!!!! The service is bad and the ladies are very disrespectful

I had to update my review to reflect on a new worker at CVS she has to be one of the most uninterested individuals at her job. Young girl brunette did not catch her name most likely cause she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Was kindly eating cookies at the register as she rang out my merchandise. She even rolls her eyes at you when you ask too many questions like a price check on an item. It’s quite funny to me because I have used this CVS for years regardless of the good or bad customer service. I have to admit this is the best one yet.I will give a three star review for this one, an upgrade from my previous 1 star rating.

This has to be one of the worst damn CVS pharmacy’s ever. I literally wait 30-40 minutes on a long line with only one worker on the counter. Please get more workers at the pharmacy counter. By the time they get me my medicine I’m already dead.

There's a manager there white woman. Doesn't know how to treat people. Humans beings. She treat people like she's in a trailer park!

It's ok. When my wife and I were approaching the "human" cashier, he apparently didn't want to ring us up as he just pointed to one of the self check out stations that was available and walked away. Customer service is a thing of the past.

COMPLETE TRASH. Don't waste your time here! Pharmacy sucks with customer service and they are not prompt in picking up. They should just close down! After calling numerous times and being on hold for almost 10 minutes, the person I spoke to asked for my birthday and said he did not have time to look at the order and to call back after lunch. Who does that? I asked if I can at least get a notification through text about my medication. Very unprofessional customer service.
